100% recommend!!! The family always goes above and beyond. Reasonable prices with easy payoff. I purchased my first car when I moved to Fort Wayne 2017, it blew my mind how helpful and easy it was with purchasing then later on trading in when I wanted an SUV they had on the lot. Came back about a month ago to purchase another SUV and they continue to surprise me. Purchased a Jeep this time around and it had a few issue pop up AND THEY HELPED. They helped with the few repairs to get back on the road. 1,000% recommend and they have a forever customer. I will get all my cars and have family come if they need a car. 10 thumbs up.

Very excellent & caring customer service. The owners/family there has extended kindness, grace, & understanding to me in times when I feel like they didn t have to. I m grateful for that. They make payments easy, & if there are any repairs needed to your car, they leave you the option to make small payments towards that balance as well. I highly recommend Brothers Auto Sales.

I thought from a small lot, that we would be hounded the instantly drove into the lot. But it wasn't the case! We looked at a few minutes at some stuff and when we're ready to talk, we went inside and the gentleman that owns the lot was a really nice fellow! Not the usual car salesman type, but like talking to your dad! We didn't find anything that we liked there, but his customer service was really nice! Stop and take a look and see if you can find something! I don't think you'll regret it

The people at Brothers are honest and sell the cars they have for a very reasonable price. I also used them when I blew a head gasket to repair my car and they did the work for well below what others quoted. I've had my car back now for over a year with no issues. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal on a used car.

Not what I had expected going into it but it ended up working out... rod and becky both were very helpful.The cars prices range anywhere from $500 down/$25 a week to $1300/$70 a week.. so it's pretty affordable for anyone's budget.If I'm looking for another 'buy here pay here' car I'd stop back by.

I would recommend them to anyone. Their vehicles are nice and they have a monthly drawing for a free payment. They also have a program if you send someone in that buys a vehicle they give you money off of your vehicle. Like the people.

Horrible customer service! Walked in with my son, wanting to buy a car straight out, and none of the lazy workers would even come out to help us. I went inside and the female working was just rude. Took our business elsewhere. He was able to get a very nice 2014 Chevy Impala, from another car lot. Sorry for their luck, as they missed out on a good sale.

Brothers Auto Sales on Sherman is the best buy here pay here ive ever been to. They are all honest people who will bend over backwards to help you fix your car or if you have a problem they are willing to help you any way possible. I would recommend anyone to go there for a car.

Very helpful I just bought my car from them and something happened to the car to where i couldn't drive it and as soon as I let them know they went to fix it and gave me a ride home with there own gas and car untill the car is fixed all the way and the owner was a very nice guy and very helpful and I'd highly recommend getting a car from here!

Never will buy a vehicle from them again. Transmission went out 3 weeks of having the vehicle. Yea they will add repairs to your payment. But the amount that they want you to pay is ridiculous

The down payment of the cars are clearly wrote on the windshields. They are also printed clearly on their website..so expect to pay at least $200 more than what either says

Worst place I had ever been to will never by a vehicle Orr get a vehicle repaired there again they broke my radiator putting a new engine in and charged me for the radiator
