Great Service! I came in Yesterday to have my Ford RS scanned for my check engine light.Nick and the team were super attentive and they provided me with all the information about the car.They fixed the code and installed the part it needed.I feel super grateful & happy to have a dealership I can trust with my cars. Had my car towed to this Ford Service Department after experiencing a total power failure. The master technician couldn t find a problem because the car seemed to be running fine and he depends too much on a code reader to tell him what s wrong with a car. The Service Manager laughingly told me they couldn t fix my car because nothing was wrong with it. I was charged for this lack of service. Five days later I experienced the exact same problem on my drive home from work. This time, I took the car to our normal mechanic and he found the problem right away. A corroded fusible link going to the dashboard and the negative battery post is loose. These should ve been found by the Ford dealership and would probably have been a warranty item. I m happy to pay my really good mechanic to fix it properly and I will never again darken the door of the Service Department at Bob Thomas Ford.

My last experience buying from a dealership was so bad that I stuck to private sellers for years. I didn't want to go to a dealership this time, either, but they had a very reasonable price on a make and model I liked, and my husband convinced me to give it a chance. Luckily, Pavel made the whole experience a good one.Pavel is the first car salesman I have ever encountered who didn't try to talk over me to my husband. He respected that I was the one buying and I know more about cars, so he absolutely deserves a bonus for that. He also never made me feel pressured or "sold to," and took the time to get me copies of the service records and answer all my questions.On the whole, though I'm not particularly thrilled about having to buy a car in the first place (this purchase was predicated by the unexpected demise of my husband's previous car), Pavel made the whole process easy, relatively painless, and significantly more comfortable than any other dealership experience I've had. I don't intend to buy another car for may years yet, but when I do, I would be happy to come back here.

The service department here has been nothing but spectacular. I've had an F150 since 2019 and they do all the service. Found a screw in a tire once before I was getting ready to leave for one of my many road trips and they were able to get me in for a last-minute fix before heading out of town. Just got an Expedition from the north store and will definitely be getting service done here.

In town for a funeral. Had an issue with my key. Internet search sent me here as the closest Ford dealership. I walked in and explained that the top of my key remote needed to be put back on.. A gentlemen immediately assisted me and spoke with another gentlemen to put it back together. I wish I had gotten their names.Very impressive service department!! Prompt and kind. I wish my hometown dealership had this level of service.

Pavel and Mark were easy to deal with for a used car purchase (that said, so was I ). I knew what I wanted, they had a great price on the vehicle, and they worked with me on a few extras to make me feel good about staying there and not exploring other options. Pavel came and picked me up from Enterprise when I dropped off my rental, and took me back to the dealership to finalize. They have a very reasonably priced warranty for used vehicles that the dealership itself backs up. Feeling really great about the experience so far. I would definitely recommend swinging by and talking to them if you are in the market for a vehicle. No-nonsense straight shooters.

In my experience so far buying a car is never an easy process. However, I was really pleasantly surprised by my trip to Bob Thomas Ford. Their selection of trucks was awesome, i got absolutely everything I was looking for in a truck. My salesmen Pavel helped with all of my questions and I had quite a few about towing ability, power options. He got me all of the info I needed.. Really happy with my new F150.Thanks Pavel & Bob Thomas Ford!

Great dealership, The salesman was very helpful and actually had knolage of the product he was selling me. We were to reach a deal quickly with my trade in. Very satisfied customer. Will go here again in the future to buy the wife a vehicle.

I read some of the previous reviews. They were less than stellar. I would rather go to the dentist than buy a car. However, my car buying process this time was exceptionally fantastic. My first contact was with Mark. He was professional and very helpful. I explained what vehicle I was looking for. He ended up hooking me up with my salesman Jamie.Once I finally decided what model I really wanted, Jamie located one in Indianapolis. There were not any high pressure tactics by Jamie. He seemed genuinely concerned that I only settle for exactly what I wanted. My car arrived the next day from Indy. I went to the dealership a few days later.We got thru the buying and finance process. Jamie then got in the car with me and made sure I understood how everything worked and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed because the deal was over. I felt like I could have stayed twice as long with Jamie , if I needed to.From the moment I first walked into the showroom, to the point where I drove away in my new car, this was a stellar experience for me. Thanks Mark and Jamie.

I wanted to take a few minutes to Thank the Bob Thomas. My husband an I have been a repeat customer since 2011 and bought several vehicles from Bob Thomas. We started as customers at the Coliseum location where we were introduced to Derrick Bryant, who has been amazing over the years so much that we followed him when he was promoted and relocated to the West location. He is currently doing a great job at their West location to and would be happy to help anyone that needs to buy/sell or trade a vehicle. Bob Thomas as a company may not have always done things correctly (to my standards that is) the first time but they are amazing at correcting any issues to make sure that I am satisfied and that you leave with a smile on your face. I also want to give a big shout out to Derek that handles service for Bob Thomas, he is pretty amazing as well and Bob Thomas is lucky to have both Derrick's.

This review is for the service department. Bob Thomas Ford West Service Department has to be the most professional dealer service department I ve ever worked with as a customer. They were incredibly responsive and squeezed me in a day earlier than scheduled, performed all the service perfectly, and were very affordable. The service manager, Kent and Derek did a great job of explaining everything and the courtesy shuttle driver, Bill, was incredibly friendly. I didn t buy my current Ford from Bob Thomas, but I ll certainly by my next Ford from them!

Working with the folks at Bob Thomas Ford West was a true pleasure. Everyone was knowledgeable and efficient. I was on a tight budget and they worked with me on a price I felt comfortable with. My daughter is so happy with her first car. True professionals!

Staff was extremely courteous and friendly. Andy and Ryan did a great job helping us find the right truck for us. We immediately tested the truck and drove a few hundred miles to Gatlinburg. The truck handled great! Jeff in parts was awesome in helping me get a new USB mod so I could update Sync 3 and use Apple CarPlay in my 2016 F-150. Next time I m in the market, I ll be back here looking.

I was recently shopping for a Tahoe SUV. I found a really nice one listed at $38k used on their lot. I went in to look at it and loved it. I left a message for a salesman to call me. Mysteriously, the price went up top $44k. I pointed out that was not the price listed online. They were not apologetic. I went to another dealer and bought the same truck, very nearly for the market price. I see that here it is weeks later and they STILL have that truck now listed for $37k. Might want to reevaluate your pricing structure.

I purchased a vehicle in April of 2021 and had an awesome experience with the sales process. I paid cash for gap insurance and the extended warranty. Together around 3k if not more. Unfortunately, I totaled my vehicle nearly 5 months ago. I immediately let them know the situation. I went in and signed paperwork less than a week after the accident. My insurance had already processed the claim on the vehicle, paid it off and gave me my remainder left over. It took Bob Thomas over a month to get my portion of the extended warranty that was owed to me. I am still waiting on my gap insurance money. I have spoke with Tim at least 8 times. There are several messages that he has not returned. He always tells me he's calling someone and he will call me back. He has never 1 time called me back. I can understand 1 month... but 5. I was going to return there to buy my next vehicle but unfortunately because of this I won't. It's really unfortunate. Tim in finance, if you get to see this review, the 1 star is because of you. I'm sorry to the sales team. Please consider calling me and giving me the money that is still owed.

We purchased a 6k used truck from this dealership. After 3 weeks we started calling them as we hadnt received the title. Were told to wait. 2.5 months and several calls later, they finally admit they've lost the title and we have to go to the dealership to get a dealer tag. Cannot recommend this dealership as they just dont seem to know what theyre doing and are not helpful at all to a paying customer.

Me and my wife decided to purchase a used car at Bob Thomas Ford. We asked for them to show us the sheet that the mechanic filled out during inspection and everything he marked off good. Well, fast forward a month later I was doing the front differential I noticed the fluid was silver, then I decided to check the drive shaft, and the front axle to the differential and come to find out the front differential was completely shot, and the drive shaft from the transfercase had play in it to. So as I called Bob Thomas Ford about the problems that were there when they said everything was good, I asked to see if they can fix this since since they said everything was good on the vehicle. After waiting for the response back they asked me if I purchased the warranty and I said no. And all in response I get was "sorry we can't do anything about it." So if you purchase a vehicle there bring your own mechanic you trust. Because these mechanics don't know what they are doing. Now since there no help from them for missing the mistake they made. I have to pay $4500 to get this replaced. So I'm never going there again.

Justin and Derek are by far the sleaziest salesman and mangers the auto industry has ever seen. Justin spent more time on playing on his phone or talking to his buddy more than sitting with us while we waiting for Tim (finance guy) to approve our loan. Our credit score is an 830 so this was a no brainer. Tim, who smelt like the original Marlboro man, tried to sneak in a couple of shady add ins but we caught that when signing. READ YOUR PAPERWORK BEFORE SIGNING. Derek spent more time vaping outside the door than he did trying to structure our deal. If this wasn t the only style of vehicle within 500 miles that we wanted, we would of went elsewhere. This place is so unprofessional and I don t know why Bob Thomas doesn t see this. He must live in Indianapolis and not come up here often

I went in on a Friday about an hour before close and everyone was very rude and they were all out front vaping and sitting on their motorcycles. Found that odd for being at work. When I mentioned an issue with the car as to why I didn t want to buy it he instantly got rude with me. I bought the same car at Furthmiller for 4k less.

Predatory lending at it's finest - a little long winded post, but worth the read. My wife and I recently bought out our lease and originally purchased the vehicle at another Ford dealership. Decided to use Bob Thomas as it was just down the road from us rather than driving 1.5 hours. Shame on me for not reviewing the purchase agreement prior to having the check cut from our bank. I assumed it was a straightforward car deal and they would appreciate the car sale for their forecast and dealership performance from the manufacturer enough to make this easy and worry free. After a review of the purchase agreement, they added a shadow marking ($300 add-on fancy name for window etching stickers) to our car deal. Mind you, nothing said we had to bring this vehicle to Bob Thomas to sign the paperwork nor did they ever ask us to make sure we brought the vehicle in so they could pull it into the service department and install the window etching. In fact, they told me I would be in and out in 15 minutes which further confirms they had no intention of adding the window etching to our vehicle.Just goes to show you even when you are helping a dealership out by giving them an additional car deal they will still try and screw you over. Not sure if they saw an opportunity of my wife coming in by herself and thought was an easy $300 for them to make. Unfortunately for them, I read over the agreement and am familiar with car deals enough to spot predatory lending when I see it. Buyers beware, just when you have a little trust in the automotive space, they always show you why you shouldn't. I'm sure they will just say it's default added to every car deal they do, and slipped through the cracks. However, any honest business would never charge you for a service they didn't perform and would make sure they didn't. They know they had no intention of adding this to my vehicle and wanted to make a quick buck. Hope this helps future customers when deciding whether or not to choose Bob Thomas Ford.

After visiting a few showrooms.... Bob Thomas West was the best place I ve dealt with in a long time. They listened to my specific needs, found me the exact car and color I wanted and worked with me under special circumstances to make it a win win situation for both of us. Everyone at the dealership seemed to go over and above the call of duty to make me feel comfortable and like I was more than just the next car sale. I sincerely recommend this dealership if you are interested in buying a car.....stop in and see Zack for the best customer service around and someone who will go out of his way to accommodate your every need.

I went in just browsing to see if I wanted to purchase a new to me vehicle. Steve Robb was very helpful and not pushy at all, I actually left and came back later. I found the vehicle I liked and Steve was very helpful in getting a deal done. I love my new car and I'm very happy with my experience at this dealership.

I had a great experience with the Bob Thomas Ford West team! I started looking last fall knowing I was going to need to change vehicles within the next year.Brian and Matt were wonderful to work with an very non-pushy. They gave me some options to try and didn't hound me as they knew it was going to be probably this year until I did something.Last week my motor went out in my Impala and I knew it was time to make a change. They found me the perfect Ford Edge and I am so very happy with it. Nikki was great to work with as well with financing and warranty options.I would highly recommend the team when looking for a new vehicle and I am telling my friends as well.

I just purchased my second Explorer from Bob Thomas West. Ryan Johnson helped me with the first one and I had the pleasure of working with Andrew Hicks this time! Both times - the experience was awesome! Their customer service and knowledge about their product is unmatched by other dealerships. I searched for other vehicles at other establishments, but nothing beats my Explorer. Ryan and Andy - thank you so much for all your help! It truly was a pleasure. As for the service department - anytime I call, John and the rest of the service team are all so friendly and helpful. They really understand customer service. Thanks again! P.S. I LOVE MY CAR!

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Andy was a complete pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and understanding to help me get the car I wanted. Nikki was also the best to work with too. She was very helpful in my wife's and I very busy schedule. Was very thorough. My next car purchases will be with them, and have already given out business cards to family. (will need more..:))
