This is a review of my experience with sales only, I have not interacted with the service dept. I purchased my '24 X3 M40i from BMW of Fort Wayne. It was a factory order with Performance Center Delivery and still probably the most pain-free car buying experience I've had. My CA, Libby Somers, was awesome to work with. It was a long process, but she never failed to be patient, helpful and kind. There were no games and I never felt pressured. The times when Libby wasn't available the rest of the team, especially Sarah and Caleb, jumped right in to make sure my questions were always answered and I was never left waiting. This was my first "luxury car" experience and it was exactly what I hoped it would be. I will not hesitate to go back to BMW of Fort Wayne when it's time for my next purchase. Thank you to everyone there for helping to make my dream car a reality!

Purchased my M340i from BMW of Fort Wayne. Evan Schmidt did a great job assisting me. He made it a priority to ensure delivery would be smooth and problem-free, as I was an out-of-state buyer from Michigan. Would recommend for those local and out-of-state.

The team at BMW does an excellent job at providing a great experience for their customers throughout the entire car buying process. My wife bought a Ford Edge that she's in love with and they helped us have a great time in doing so. They provide excellent service and fast responses so that you can buy a car without the usual stress and uncertainty that other dealerships will leave you with. I wouldn't buy a car from any other dealership and will be back for more vehicles in the future from this team.

My wife and I were ready to upgrade from our current vehicle to the X3 M40i. Mike Cramer was fantastic to work with and brought a level of professionalism that other dealerships just don't have. He took time to walk us through the features of different vehicles, multiple test drives, and answer all our questions without ever pressuring us for the sale. We were extremely satisfied with both the vehicle and service with Mike and our next purchase will most definitely be back at BMW of Fort Wayne.

From my initial phone call, to my arrival at my appointed time.. every employee I interacted with at BMW of Fort Wayne, were courteous, professional and a pleasure to deal with... I'd definitely recommend this dealership for your service/ repair needs.

BUYER BEWARE - I tried to buy a car valued at close to $100K online with Caleb Bireley at BMW of Fort Wayne. To put it mildly, in my opinion the experience was disappointing and unprofessional both with him and the messaging from his manager. I have bought 4 other BMWs from Dreyer & Reinbold BMW North in Indianapolis without issue and would highly recommend that dealership.

Evan took great care of me! I got my first car from BMW and AFTER the purchase we noticed my windshield was scratched. Evan brought me in and had the whole windshield replaced. BMW stood behind there sale from START to SATISFIED.

I had a fantastic experience with Mike Cramer as my salesman. The entire process, was done through texting and emailing all the way to picking up the car and it was such a seamless process. It ranks among the best car-buying experiences I've had. The Sales Manager also played a crucial role in optimizing the trade-in deal to meet my requirements. I highly recommend them if you're in the market for a car in the area.

I purchased a 2023 MINI 4-door hardtop on Tuesday, October 3rd. Although I was not really looking forward to the new-car buying experience, I was very pleasantly surprised. Every step of the process was professional and all employees were very pleasant.

I couldn t have asked for a better buying experience. The professionals at BMW Fort Wayne treated me like a friend or family. They never tried to sell me a car. Not once. They actually helped me discover the perfect car. Even when I didn t know exactly what I wanted! And I can t thank them enough. Libby, you are awesome. James, I appreciate all that you do to make the purchase process simple.

I had an amazing car buying experience at BMW of Fort Wayne. I worked with Mike Cramer and James Tippman, who were incredibly patient with me in answering all of my questions, fair and reasonable in their pricing and thoughtful in making my experience at the dealership feel first-class. I purchased a 2023 M5 from out of state, and Michael made the process easy. He sent me pictures and videos of the vehicle, whenever I requested, and gave me options to complete the paperwork remotely (and ship the vehicle to me) or in-person. I opted to come to the dealership, and when I flew in, Mike came to the airport to pick me up, making that one less thing I needed to worry about. When I got to the dealership itself, Mike and James had the car detailed, with a bow on it, and a sign showing the vehicle was reserved for me, which were all nice little touches. Lastly, once I got home the next day, Mike sent me a text to see how the car is and how my drive home was, which was incredibly thoughtful. My experience at BMW of Fort Wayne was delightful, and I would for sure give them my business again.

Amazing experience all around!Many thanks to Kim Till, my primary contact. Outstanding sales lady who helped throughout the whole buying process. Bought a 3 series M sport in mere 2 days after it arrived at the dealership. The car was coming soon on the website when it all started. Kim sent a detailed video of the car the next day when it was done inspecting and detailed. Exactly what I was looking for, made my decision to buy, reserved the car. The deal is closed on the second day after I contacted the dealership. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Kudos to Rob (the Tech guy who let me know about the features I didn t know about even after being a huge BMW nerd). Financed through BMW, they matched the rate I was approved for (thanks to Scott.)Couldn t be happier. Highly recommended.

Awesome experience! With the help of Luke and Kevin I was able to purchase a Mini Cooper for my wife. Was a great surprise and they didn t disappoint in the whole process. From picking out the perfect vehicle, to the paperwork to the encore meeting with the Mini Genius the process was seamless! Very happy new Kelley customers!

I drove from Chicago to Fort Wayne Indian, I was there with my family buying a 2019 M5 wile I was making the purchase my son got really high fever And he threw up in the dealership. Kim , Scott GM , Scott Eubank and James become paramedic help me to get him clean up. Scott GM give me his personal car to run to Menards so I can get a medicine for my son. It was the best experience in my life from the dealership. If I ever wanna buy Bmw again I will go to them. When we were leaving Kim gave us snacks paper towel plastic bag things that I might need it if my son threw up again in the car. Omg I can t thanks them enough. It was the world best customer experience love them a lot.

The sales management team at this dealership is beyond world class. We bought a BMW X5 M and the service we got was priceless. I have bought many vehicles yet I've never experienced service this way. It doesn't matter if it's a brand new BMW or anything used that they have on the lot this is by far the best dealership in Northeast Indiana.

Great customer service. I had recently hit an object in the road and caused significant damage to my vehicle. Took it to a couple places that my insurance company requested me to take it. None of them wanted to work on it (saying they weren't BMW cerified to work on it) and gave me the run around. Kelley Auto Body Shop and BMW worked together and got me back on the road. Doug (BMW service advisor) and Greg (BMW tech) did a great job of getting everything taken care of. Doug handled all the insurance needs for me so i didnt have to take time out of my day to call them, and Greg got my car back to it's original condition. I didnt think it would ride the same, but they made it happen. Thanks again for getting this taken care of.

I had a wonderful easy experience buying here. The staff is easy to work with and makes you feel comfortable during the process. Mike was great to work with, Sage as well. Nice to have a product specialist to show you all the amazing things a BMW can do

We purchased a used Mini from Mike at FW BMW, and were blown away by the customer service and attention even though the car we were buying was used. Caleb assisted us when Mike had to be out of the office. 10 out of 10 recommend either of these gents if you are looking for a vehicle.

I recently bought my 540 from Michael Cramer and I couldn't be happier. Mike made the process smooth, he answered all my questions, he went out of his way to help with the purchasing of the car too. I probably have 30 emails from Mike. When I went to look at the car, Mike had it inside the delivery area so I had plenty of time to go over the car and stay out of the weather. It was a great experience. Thanks Mike!

I paid $1,400 to have BMW of Fort Wayne replace my son's fuel pump and sensor module. My son and my mother-in-law broke down shortly after in Ohio, 3 and 1/2 hours away. We had the vehicle towed to BMW of Akron. The technician at the BMW of Akron sent me a video displaying the improper replacement of the fuel pump. The repair had been done incorrectly according to BMW protocol. BMW of Fort Wayne refused to do anything to correct their mistake and we were forced to pay $3200 to have the entire gas tank replaced, which is BMW protocol. I now have $4600 wrapped up in one repair and I have to seek legal counsel for the situation. I would never recommend BMW of Fort Wayne.
