Bill has been servicing my car (and my mother's) for several years and he has always treated me with the utmost respect. He has always been honest with me & has never made me feel like I don't know anything about cars (even though I don't). He has been flexibile with meeting my needs in terms of drop-off, pick-up, paying over the phone. There is a wait for services currently due to staff/busy schedule but I've adjusted - I will continue to take my car here. Thanks, Bill!

Best Mechanic in Fort Wayne by far. Most Honest and Best Bang for your Buck you can get. I met Billy over 20 years ago and he earned my Loyalty and Respect right from the first day. Since then Billy isn't just my Mechanic I consider him to be a Great friend too. If you have and issue on a older car that your mechanic just can't seem to figure out. Billy's your guy then. Just be prepared to set an appointment to get your repairs done. Billy's Excellent knowledge and Great skills of Diagnosing issues with your vehicles and NOT just throwing parts at it is not a secret. Everyone I know in the 46808 knows respects and uses Billy's services. Your the Best Billy Thank You for all the years of Great and Friendly Service.

Bill's was beyond Satisfaction, I am a older single female so I have to rely on great service and fairness at all times. Billy has always done me right, when I had major problems on a truck that sat for several years, Billy went out of his way in fairness and high quality to fix that old truck. That was several years ago and that old truck just like me keeps on going perfectly. I would not go to anyone else, unless something would happen to Billy but God Willing he will live to be close to a hundred!!!Nel

The word, integrity, is what comes to mind when I think about Bill s Auto Repair. My father was a mechanic and I grew up in a shop very similar to Bills. On my first visit, with a problem involving the gas system, Bill suggested I try replacing the gas cap before bringing it in to him. It did not fix the problem, but Bill earned himself a customer. Later, when a brand new GM water pump failed, he replaced it, the lost coolant and charged me not a penny. Not since my father passed away have I found a mechanic I truly trust, until I started taking my car to Bill s.

This man goes over and above all expectations in the work he does; I would never have my vehicle worked on by anyone else, no matter how long I had to wait for an appointment. If I could rate Bill's ten stars, I would.

Very helpful. Made a appointment however didnt make due to being hospitalized. Have heard from many others that his work is outstanding and very fair on labor rates
