Alex is a pleasure to work with. Prompt information and communication is always appreciated and he delivers. When I had any inquiry about what was happening or when to expect completion he delivered quickly. My vehicle is in good order and they even took care of some things that I had let go. 10/10 every time I visit.

The guys at the shop are a top notch bunch. Very curious and do great work. Have started taking both me and the wife's vehicles here for all our needs. Recently bought a used vehicle from Chris H. over at the truck store. Absolute pleasure working with him. Did most of the paperwork online, when I got there I only spent 40minutes in store and that included my test drive and finishing paperwork. No long waiting around for approval, he was very quit!. He wasn t pushy at all, listened exactly to what We said and got it done! Thank you Chris for all your hard work and dedication!!

We brought our 2016 Ram eco-diesel in for a second opinion. After being told by another dealership it needed $10,000-$15,000 in repairs, we were pleasantly surprised to have it repaired by this team in under two hours for $107. While some places use only the computer to tell them what may may not be wrong with a vehicle these guys actually look at the vehicle, troubleshoot and get it fixed. Alex and his group of mechanics are just honest and awesome!! We bought vehicles from Best Deal Autos and they covered some warranty repairs for us. We were so impressed that we take our other vehicle that we already owned there. Alex gives me piece of mind and comforting trust in all their work. We live in Albion Indiana and take our vehicles here in Ft. Wayne because their just that great.

Drove over an hour to check out a truck. Dealership was excellent. No pressure at all. This was truly the quickest and most stress free vehicle I ve ever bought. My salesman was Kevin and was great. Will definitely buy from here again and recommend.

UPDATE: May 7 2020,The car had to go back in for service for NO FAULT of the dealership, they towed my car 140 miles FOR FREE, took care of the problem albeit at my cost, failed sunroof drains, and some other assorted things that were to be finished the last time the car was in. They remembered my poor experience last time around and we re INCREDIBLY accommodating to be sure I had a better experience this time. Due to this experience, I ve edited my previous review some. They did mention they wanted me to change this review after having a positive experience this time, but they absolutely went out of their way to improve my experience and that was worth making this update.March 2020-Had a very poor first experience, which is described below:While they did fix one of two problems the car came in for and are attempting to fix the second it has been a MASSIVE pain. In all fairness some things have been outside their control, BUT Best Deal has had my car for 2 weeks and has not called me themselves a single time, if I want an update on progress or if it is ready to be picked up I have to call myself only to be met with rude and short responses!! Between lack of time management, lack of parts availability, rude phone calls and no updates unless you call yourself I HAD a poor FIRST experience with Best Deal Auto Sales.

My previous experience at best deal I was upset simply because I had a very rough weekend. The service department was and has always been courteous to me. I was upset because of the issues that kept surfacing. Alex and his team didnt deserve that type of energy from me. I will take my vehicle back there in the future for sure. I had to take into consideration that it is a business first

They have a mechanic named Bill that is great he has worked on my vehicles many times I have only had positive experiences with Bill he is honest and does really good work which is hard to find someone you can trust these days. There are three scenarios that I don't have to worry about with Bill telling me something is broken when it's not or over charging me to much or not fixing my vehicles correctly if you find good mechanic stick with him! Unless you rich and can buy a new vehicle when ever you want.

Worse place ever to get a car! The service department doesn't know anything about Audi's! Just a waste of money! I haven't even had the car a month and it's been in their shop 5 times. Now they won't return my calls. I have to put oil in whenever I drive over 50 miles and there is a oil burning smell

Friendly staff but I waited over a week to be able to get my AC checked out just to go and have them tell me they don't have the machine it takes to check it. I just feel like you knew what kind of vehicle I had so I shouldn't have had to wait to bring it it to hear that, they did however give me info on a place that can check it out for me.
