I highly recommend this Belle Tire location for their excellent customer service and speedy, thorough work. The store manager, John, and employee Gavin were excellent to work with. Kelley Auto down the road quoted a single tire replacement on a leased vehicle at just under $500. Belle Tire was able to get the same brand of the leased tire, install it and include a warranty for about $225 cheaper. Do not settle for dealership prices - use Belle Tire!

Was in town and had an emergency tire issue on a trailer tire that I don't use much. At first he said he can't help me as they close in 1 hour. Then after a little persuasion he asked to look at the tire, then he said he can't do it because the tire was too old! All it needed was a new tire stem. The tire was perfectly fine! All they want to do is sell you new tires! Common sense has been lost! As well as helping someone out!

I m unsure of who I spoke to, but I took my car in here to get my brakes and tire fixed. I had a pretty tight budget and couldn t exceed beyond that, and once I got my quote I thought I would have to cut out a few repairs to stick to my budget. The manager spoke with and emphasized he wanted to make sure my car would be fixed completely, so he worked the quote with my budget and cut off $200 of the original price ! I wish I knew his name so I could mention him, but his commitment to making sure I could leave that day with a safe car was amazing. I am for sure coming back to this location whenever I need.

We've always been pleased with the Ft. Wayne Illinois Rd team at Belle Tire with the typical tire and brakes. But two days ago my driver side window rolled down but would not roll up. The dealership said they couldn't get my vehicle in for four weeks.It was 2� outside! I needed it fixed now! We called Belle and to our delight they said they could repair it and did it the next day! Great service and a great repair job!

Called early in the week and spoke with Wes about getting some new shoes for my beater F150 and my slick top cruiser. I knew what I wanted, scheduled my appointment. Wes greeted me upon arrival 3 days later (had to get the tires in). Got me checked in, the tech in the back did great work as the tires were mounted and run out smooth down the road on both vehicles. They didn't try to hard sell me on stuff I didn't need. It was a good visit. I'll return in the future. Nice work guys!

Was driving and noticed my tire was on 18 and there was a nail. Immediately called and Chris answered and said they could take care of me. I walked in and he recognized my voice and started taking care of me in store. I walked in flustered my toddler and he made me feel so comfortable & gave me Excellent service!!! God bless him!

I came in 20 minutes before closing before a holiday weekend after my tire blew, was traveling and could not make the drive on a donut, not only was the staff kind and understanding of my situation, but truly did what they could to help me out at the lowest cost. I have almost always had trouble with cars as I am often upsold for things I do not need, and they explained everything thoroughly to me. Very kind staff, helpful, and truly saved my butt even though it inconvenienced them. Would highly recommend to anyone

The Illinois Road location. My low tire pressure light came on and I still had a 2 hour drive on 69 before I word be home. I pulled up, Ethan and Joe were so helpful. They showed me where to find my tire PSI and they showed me how to use the machine. They helped me get my tires filled to the correct amount so I could get back on the road and home to my family. Thank you Ethan and Joe!

John is a gem!! Even if not servicing your vehicle, he will earn repeat business just being kind and giving great informative advice. Service goes above and beyond and inspires customers to choose Belle Tire before considering elsewhere.

Tire fell off my rim. I damaged the rim, had my car towed to belle tire to replace it. Specifically asked if my rim needed replaced. They said no. Took it back the following week to get the other two new tires put on. Asked them again for the second time to. Check the rim I messed up. Again said I didn t need to replace it. New tire is leaking air and rim is bent. Got a second opinion and needed replaced. This place is cheap

I bought tires with the road hazard warranty. The only way they can get me in to get a nail out is if I drop my car of at 1230pm and they may be able to get to it by 530pm. Or, the other option is to show up at 8am (I have kids in school), and just wait, but they can't give me a estimated wait time. Why can't you just put my in the computer to come in a 530pm so I don't have to leave my car there for 5+ hours. I get that they're busy, but to expect customers to leave their cars there for hours for a minor tire repair seems very unprofessional. I'm disappointed I got my tires here and paid the extra for the road hazard because I'm going to have to go pay to get it fixed when I have the plan.

I bought a new tire for my son s car over a week ago. Since it was changed, it continues to lose air. He took it back due to the warranty. He was told Belle was too busy and set an appointment for over a week from when he took the car in. That s not until this coming Thursday at 7 pm.My son and I have to hand pump his tire to reinflate the tire. He has to do this after school, work, and after ball practice. He s had to do this for a week now.Customer service would be that you get him in asap. He s trying to use the warranty. Please stand behind your work. Get him in earlier so his rims don t become damage or so he doesn t have an accident.

Had a screw in a tire I had bought in April 2023. I had bought the warranty on the tires also. (I bought tires for 3 cars. All with warranty).Went to have it repaired,and was told they couldn't get to it that day. I could either schedule an appointment (was told they were 2 weeks out) or bring it at 8am and they'd try to get to it. Took it 3 times in a week, and they never got to it! What if i would have been someone on vacation?

Everyone I have worked with has been top-notch. There was no panic news, like you HAVE to get your transmission fluid flushed and you power steering is going out.They address only the true problems and keeps an eye on everything else.

I had to call them because I blew a tire on the highway. They were very professional on the phone. We I went in I was greeted very kindly unlike some other places. Great prices on tires and services. I will be coming here from now on. Thank you for the great service. They stayed over just to get new tires and an alignment on my car.

Brought an SUV in to replace a flat tire. They took 6hrs and replaced all 4 tires. We weren t aware they were replacing all 4 tires until we called and asked what was taking so long and the explained that they had to pick up the tire(s).. plural. We either had to accept and pay for the 4 tires or wait until the next day to pick the vehicle up. We just paid for the new tires and got the vehicle out of there with an offer for a free oil change. I brought my car in several months to use the free oil change. I dropped my car off next in line and it took them 2 hours to do a basic oil change.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of getting in my truck and seeing that one of my tires had a puncture. After calling numerous other places for a patch and getting very rude responses being it was a Friday afternoon, I called Belle Tire and spoke with Gavin who was very helpful and able to get me in no problem. After they looked at my tires, they realized the tread was too low to patch and recommended I get new. Even though no one s wallet likes to hear that, Gavin and his crew were able to get my truck up on the lift and have 4 brand new tires put on in under 2 hours. I cannot put into words how much I appreciated their time and effort, and would recommend anyone to send their business to this location! First class customer service.

Sean was awesome and a pleasure to work with! I have gone to another well known establishment for my tire needs for decades, however, they simply couldn't fit me in and I really couldn't wait.I purchased tires online, scheduled an appointment and now I'm done! Yay!I should probably mention that they beat my *regular* places price by about $45.00. Yay again!Also, odd note... Generally, being stuck in a waiting area is coma inducing, but they play great music. Triple yay!

Got brake job done there about a year ago, didn t last. Warped. Was offered the best rotors and they were rusty within 6 months and not worth the $1000 I paid. Better off googling and doing yourselves. Can get rotors,pads and calibers from the part store for under $400! Don t let them touch your car

If I could leave a zero stars I would, I previously was here for a alignment and I got it done and realized after they completed twisted my boot and tore it up, they zip tied it too tight and just twisted it on like how do you not see your doing that? I went back to tell them about it and what they did, keep in mind I also had to come back 2 time to get alignment bc they didn't do it correctly the first time and was still off and me coming back AGAIN for the boot fix was my 3rd! I had to come up 3 TIMES bc of them. But also I had a boot for them to put on of my own and they wanted to charge me for something they broke and also for double labor because it's my own part and not theirs, that's the stupidest thing ever like really I've wanted gas and time at this location and won't be back but luckily the lima location was way better service and completely understood. Don't go here

Little over 2 in a half hours of waiting when I was told to come in at 5. Didn't leave until close to 7 30 and I got to leave. Would NOT recommend them to anybody!!! Find a different tire shop
