Honest trustworthy and reliable. I stopped in to have my key fob battery for my Passat replaced and apparently the battery had a previous sticker for warranty replacement, they quickly swapped it free of charge. I either had it done and forgot or the dealer did it new. They could have charged me for the replacement and I wouldn t have known any better. Elijah was super helpful and honest. In the future I ll check with them first for all my battery needs. Did you know they change phone batteries and car batteries too?? I had no idea! While programming my key fob, my cup holder was damaged. The manager had no interest in correcting the issue. He didn't respond to my email regarding an estimate to fix the damage. Programming the fob itself took two hours. They'd ordered the wrong fob to begin with. The service was terrible and I'd certainly expect more from management but unfortunately he didn't care at all. He actually treated me like I was lying about the damage even after I sent pictures. He said that he was the person who worked on the car when I literally watched another employee struggle with it for approximately two hours. The lying was totally unprofessional. He didn't think it was possible for his staff to have made any mistakes. I wasn't upset at first but his lack of care and lies irritated me to say the least!

Fast and efficient with programming my car key fob. They offer great long-lasting coupons. Helpful when it comes to battery recycling. Super knowledgeable!

I never knew they sold car batteries but glad I know now. Finding the battery, online checkout and picking up in the store was a breeze. It's a bonus the guy in the store was friendly and quick to help...not to mention the price wasn't as steep as other places either. Will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend.

I called ahead of time the gentleman gave me a good price, and was very friendly. When I arrived a different associate helped me, but he knew everything because the first gentleman told him. Friendly, quick transaction, great price. Thanks!

I'm trying to figure out why I was lied to about the type of battery that was put into my watch. Without blinking an eye the guy told me that the battery I just purchased had a lifetime warranty in my watch and he did not take down my information to confirm the warranty. Left me puzzle for a moment but then I realize what it was. Why he went out of his way tell a lie to a long time customer. I've been coming to battery plus ever since they got stated here in Fort Wayne and this was THE WORST experience I've ever had to deal with when it comes to this place. I know he hasn't been there long because I have never seen him before I am much older than he is so I know he is a newcomer pretty much when it comes to the workers. So sad. With already enough problems in the world there are still some people that would take the time to show just how unqualified,undeserving and will always sprue that bad energy whenever he can and wherever he can. I just want to say to that confused young man Enjoy the world that you create..

Delt with mike. Tried telling me there s no screen at the bottom of my phone where the speaker is. Had my wife take hers out of her case so I could prove there is a screen since we have the same exact brand of phone. Was being rude. I asked if they can clean the screen, when he did he pushed in the screen that was protecting the speaker and 2 of the 4 holes now have no screen at all because he pushed them back to far. I will never come back here again.If I could I d give this place a -10

5 stars because of a wonderful helpful, and knowledgeable staff member, Rob. My wife was stranded in a parking lot with a dead battery, and Rob found the right battery over the phone, set it aside for me to pick up and go install in my wife's truck. Transaction was less the 3 min, in and out. Hard to get good customer service these days. Give Rob a raise!!!

I ve been to Batteries Plus a few times and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful! This last time I worked with Jay and he was very patient with me as I tried to explain what was wrong with my phone. He said he d take care of it and figure out the issue. Once he fixed it, he told me what was wrong and I have haven t had a problem since. Thank you Jay and thank you Batteries Plus staff!

I brought my iPhone X into the Washington Center location to have my phone battery repaired, as it would not hold a charge. I left my phone there, and when I returned, the battery was replaced, but my screen would no longer work correctly. I could not swipe up or return to my home screen. I went back into the store and spoke with Jay at the front desk. He was unapologetic and was not helpful in any way. I told him that the screen was not working and he offered no suggestions and did not apologize for ruining the screen. He said I could purchase a new screen for $140.I told him I should not have to pay for a new screen, since it was fully functional when I dropped it off. I left batteries plus, and went to AT&T. They then sent me to geek squad. Geek squad told me that it was up to batteries plus to fix the problem. After returning to batteries plus, no employees offered ways to help or apologies. We lost $100 and the staff was completely unhelpful. We do not recommend batteries plus to anyone.

Went here for a watch battery change and the service was so fast if youd blink youd miss it. Also priced reasonable for a specialty store too. The help there was no nonsense great and fast !

I've bought several batteries here and was happy with all of them.I took my lawnmower battery to them for testing on 9/7/2022Mike helped me. He carried the battery from my car trunk inside the store and tested it for me. The battery was good. He put the battery back in my trunk. He didn't charge me for testing it. Thank you Mike.For that service and for the other times I've stopped in, I give them 5 Stars.

I was able to schedule an appointment online, go into the store and was immediately greeted by an associate. I explained the reasoning for my visit. He was able to give me an accurate time expectancy for the repair. The entire process was quick, required the least amount of effort with superior convenience and well within a reasonable price.

I've been here several times - the guys are knowledgeable, helpful and if they don't have it, they will get it for you (if it exists). They have a program for lifetime charge for your key fob, good at ANY Batteries Plus. They may not solve every problem in the world but if it has to do with batteries, this is the place.

I wish there was a way to give them 10 stars because they are the greatest place to get your phone repair at by Rob, Jay, and Hanna who work there. They were extremely helpful and went up and beyond. I went to many phone repairs shops and said it was too old luckily they said it was repairable. Thanks Batteries plus of FW.

Several weeks ago, I took some light bulbs in for recycling. I was told there was a $1.50 charge per bulb. I was also told that all recycling centers charge for bulb recycling. I called a local store that also recycles, and they do not charge for bulb recycling. Basically, I was told a lie.

People at the local store were fine. Battery was ordered on-line, supposedly in stock, but had to be trucked in. Truck broke down. So buy on-line and made three trips to store to get it installed. The web store needs to be improved to communicate accurately on stock and delivery status with customers. Also their cell phone batteries are only guaranteed for 6 months and may swell up to break your phone (personal experience). They'll be happy to charge you to fix what their defective battery broke.

I was very impressed with the service I received. I was looking to have an iPad screen replaced, and I selected this location over others because of the extended hours (I was coming from out of town, and all the other places would already be closed by the time I got there). The employees kept me in the loop of the progress of my repair from beginning to end. The online scheduling service was seamless. The price was very competitive with what was being offered at other locations.

Unexpectedly needed a battery that was a special order battery for a product it would have taken 3 days to get from every place I could have ordered it from they had the exact battery it was a different brand but it was made for that type of products specifically and it worked in the product perfectly and I got it the same day
