I bought a car from Bart's in Fort Wayne a couple weeks ago, and I have nothing but good things to say!I worked with Troy Laux, and he was respectful and took the time to listen to my needs and budget. He showed me on his computer what they had there and at their Columbia City location, and then offered me a test drive on the vehicle I was interested in. Troy was not pushy at all, and even suggested I looked around more before making a decision. I visited other car dealerships, but I ended up coming back to Bart's to buy the Dodge Journey I originally test drove. Troy then walked me through the warranty options offered, and let me know Three Rivers (who I financed through) probably had warranty options as well. I never felt pressured into buying, and Troy took the time to answer every question I had! I would definitely recommend buying a car here to any of my friends! Two weeks later, and I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Love this place! They re really great people and helped me out a few years ago & I m so glad I could come back and get a nicer car from them. I got a 2018 Ford Escape & Corey, my salesman was friendly, funny and overall amazing! He only showed me vehicles that fit my needs/wants, my price range and was honest with everything. Thank you for answering all my silly questions and being so patient with my mom & I! Same with Caleb, their financial manager (I think that s his position anyways ) But he was great, Incredibly helpful and explained to me everything!Appreciate y all so much!

Adam was amazing! We had been at 3 other dealerships that day and received less than stellar service. Adam was knowledgeable about the cars they had in stock and helped us find the right vehicle and we were out the door with a new used car in just a few hours. We will continue to shop with Barts!

This dealership is incredibly shady. We purchased a luxury vehicle who's features don't work because it's a car made for Canada and isn't supported in the United States. There is absolutely no solution to fix it and the dealership basically said we were S.O.L. the lawyer said that this indeed is fraud based on the listing of my vehicle!!

We stopped at Bart's Car Store in Fort Wayne when we couldn't find what we wanted at other car dealerships. Right away we were greeted by a very friendly staff. Adam Sinclair helped us find our perfect vehicle, it was everything we wanted and more! Adam has earned top salesperson of the year several times and there is a reason for that. He's amazing! The whole staff was amazing! If you're in the market for a vehicle make this your first stop, you won't be disappointed!

I have bad credit and my work history wasn t so solid but James and everyone one else there the whole team. I was literally sitting there watching everyone work together in order to find me a lender who would take my credit and let me get a car. Not only did they eventually get me an SUV perfect for myself and my two kids I only had $800 to put down and my monthly payment was under $300 and that was exactly what I was looking for. James also went out his way to try to find me the best deal for getting car insurance they really worked with me it was a great experience. I really hope anyone who needs a car and feels like that just have their back in a corner at least stops in to see what the people at Barts can do for them. I had went down the street somewhere else and they said i needed at least $1800 down and my car payment would be $400+ a month. They gave me everything I needed I appreciate the whole team at the Illinois Rd location! Thank you guys so so much

I wasn t sure what I to expect from Barts but I m so glad I went through them for my new suv! They all were so helpful and kind. Reed and Adam worked with us and were so down to earth and friendly.Adam spent quite a lot of time with lenders to make sure we could stick around our budget we wanted with no money down but a trade in car (from Grote that had some issues)Forever thankful to them all for helping my fianc�e and I get into a bigger suv that suited our family.Go to Barts!! They will find something that works within your budget and work to find you what you need!Ask for Reed or Adam!They didn t try to upsell anything either which was something I had dealt with prior at Grote..10/10 recommend Barts car store.Thanks guys!!

We was looking for a bigger SUV went to afew car dealership saw afew we liked. We were also trading in my SUV. One dealership talked us into running our credit and ended up really low balling our trade. We decided to go to Barts as they had afew we wanted to look at. We meet with Adam he worked hard on a dealwe left in our new Suburban. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

My son bought a mini van from them. Engine shaking started almost right away. It needs a new motor. $6000 !! He's had it for a year and is stuck with a van he can't drive while he waits to come up with the money to fix it.

I bought a 16 expedition in may this year. "certified inspection" sticker on the windshield. After the first week found 2 blown struts and the transmission is now getting replaced...would never recommend this place to anyone.

Bought at Bart's Car Store Inc for a long time and bought in 2014. No problem. Very good. Buy a new car soon .The service is very good. The monthly payment is not too expensive.

Would like to talk to Bart himself about his vehicles they are selling on Fort Wayne, IN.2015 F150 Lariat Loaded.... $38,0000To find out it was in a bad complete side collision with bad frame damage.So disappointing to of bought Nice Truck with a Bent Frame.Ford was not impressed at all with frame damage.No car fax offered at purchase or would not of bought. Traded a $30,500.00 for messed up new oneAnd some other things on car fax not right either.WANT: To talk to Bart himself about his vehicles being sold without proper inspections of vehicle or car fax.

Our personal salesman was Big Jim who was very friendly. Never pushed too hard on the price and let us take the car to a mechanic during our test drive. Talked us over warranty options and gave us his number to contact him if we need anything down the road.

Not Happy with sales staff. Still waiting for my owners manual.and my service appointment been 2 weeks waiting for call back.probably neither one will happen. Sorry guys but calls em as I see them.

Man!! Where do I start the praise!! Christopher T "Chris" was my salesman whom was a referral to me, after so many let downs at other dealerships.I went in with a budget and a few cars already in mind. Chris was very helpful and gave me a few options within my budget. He was not pushy or Mr. Rush to just sell, I went home and thought over my choices, while Chris kept his eyes open for more options that may work better for me, and I wasn't even there!!Now that's customer service!!Next day I was ready, an as a added plus Chris was able to take my old vehicle as a trade!! I myself didn't think it would be useful but Bart's as a whole team pulled everything together for me, from the car to the payment process 2 sold!!! (Smooth sailing)I am very MUCH happy with my purchase and I won't hesitate to buy from them again!!Thanks guys for making my life a little more easier to get around!Grateful, Ashleigh

Do not recommend this place at all! This has been the absolute worst car buying experience for myself and my husband. They ran out credit more times than we told them they could. They sold us a car that they said had work done. We had problems with the car before even driving it off the lot. When we said something about it we were told by the sales man that we could still take the car to the service appointment. However when we called no one ever answered us. When the car literally began falling apart on the highway I drove it back. I was told I would be called back by the manager. Never got a call and now they ignore our calls.

Not very good experience with this place.. Shortly after I purchased it, I contacted the location and they didn t want to fix a problem with the suspension. Now, nine months later and I ve had four different suspension problems.

Bought my 3rd car with them. Two weeks after I had it started giving me problems starting. They argued with me and said there was nothing they could do. It ended up that it was missing something to protect the electrical system. I put over a grand trying to fix it before I lost my job and it got repoed. Thanks Bart's. You guys are awesome

Listen guys...me and my husband have had the hardest time finding a vehicle and someone to finance us...Barts was the...7th? place we have been to and after hearing sooo many "no's", we finally heard a "YES!". Our salesman Adam really did all he could to get us what we wanted. So thank you. So much.

I regret ever buying a car from Barts car store. They definitely use predatory practices. They showed me a few vehicles, let us sitting in the main office for hours waiting and even when I had repeatedly said I didn't want to buy the vehicle I was offered because I was just browsing but they made me do a downpayment to "reserve the car" following up by getting the sale paperworked signed up. I knew in my gut that it was a bad deal. I was very hesitant to sign the paperwork and I don't know why I did it. It's been about a year now since the purchase date (may 8th 2021) and the truck we bought we have had to throw about $3000 dollars in repair. We purchased a separate warranty for the truck, otherwise it would be a lot more. The 4 wheel drive does not engage anymore, but I have not tried to get it fixed. The fuel pump was cracked this whole time and when we took it to check it, we found out the underbody was so rusted, they had to weld the new one to the frame. If the fuel pump goes out now.. the truck is done for. This was the worst purchase of my life. I wish I would have checked the reviews prior to buying anything from them.
