Charles is awesome! He opened the hood and figured out quickly why my car was shaking and giving off fumes. A part was not put back together correctly the last time my car was in the shop. Instead of going back and giving the shop more money, Charles was able to attach it right there. My car drove fine again after that. Thanks Charles! You are the man!

I was visiting from out of town and needed a quart of oil. The store is very clean, well lit and uncluttered.The staff greeted me as soon as I entered and checked me out promptly.Well done.

Was passing through Ft Wayne tonight (12/31/2023) and I stopped in for some new wipers. After struggling to get them installed on my wife s Rav 4 the male store employee or manager came out and gave me a hand. It was greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot autozone!!!

Was in a tight spot after being turned down at a couple other places close by because of either not wanting to help install (Disc A P) or not having the battery (Wal-Mart) but these guys at AutoZone came thru. Despite this being later in the evening and a little more complex of a battery install, Jeremy and his crew went above and beyond and got the job done at a high level. You don't see this type of customer service much anymore. Thank you for your help and doing an outstanding job... I will be coming back.

I want to give a special shout out to Jeremy the store manager. He helped out tremendously with a battery malfunction and honored my warranty and even installed the new battery himself. He was super friendly and informational about the issues at hand. Great customer service and hospitality from him. I never felt like I was ignored and was helped until the very end. Thanks again Jeremy!

Tested my alternator and told me it "was good". So then I put it back into my vehicle. Only further down the road, my vehicle starts smoking. I stopped at an O'Reily's and test it again and it said good again. however, they offered the kindness of replacing it. I installed the new one and the problem was solved. Really disappointing that they could have simply switched me out and i would have been fine with the warranty, instead of me spending $150 on a new alternator. Will not be coming back

I have been to this location a couple of times and Auto Zone numerous times over the years. The last time the guy helped me find the best wiper blades for my car. This time I needed help with some stubborn screws with my license plate. The young man was able to help me get those screws and Auto Zone had replacement screws available. Very pleased with the service at this location

wish I could give 10/5 stars. Dakota (I think that's how you spell his name) and his coworker provided amazing customer service. My car broke down across the street at the tube car wash and Dakota actually came out to help us because we couldn't figure out the issue. the car didn't start, but his advice as to why the car wouldn't start helped immensely and saved me a lot of money. I appreciate the awesome service and hope you give that boy a raise.

A couple of weeks ago I needed a battery installed in my truck. I visited the Magnavox Way AutoZone for assistance. They had the battery my truck required and within 10 minutes they installed it for me. Two employees helped me with this process, and one was the store manager. I think his name was Mac. These guys were so helpful and I appreciated them so much.

Phenomenal service! Our car battery was dead and originally they didn t think they could change it. But Mack worked for over 45 minutes in the cold and wind to get out the corroded battery and put the new one in. Highly recommend!

Auto Zone is my go to place to begin with, but this particular Auto Zone put them on a whole other plane ! They were happy to help and when the exact wiper blade I needed was MIA, they searched til they found it, installed it without having to ask AND made sure it worked. I am blown away. Special Kudos to Randy and I wish I would have gotten the lady's name, but she had the wipers on before I finished paying! This place is now in my favorites.

Nick and Gary are the best! Had an issue with some rotors and without skipping a beat, they pulled through and made my trip to this autozone review worthy!! Best one in town

I received outstanding customer service from Auto Zone (Fort Wayne store at Magnavox Way). I went to purchase windshield wiper replacements (on Tues, Oct 4). The store had low inventory on the size needed but the rep found budget-friendly ones, and provided free installation. Something happened with the wiper mechanism and one of the replacements didn't fit correctly. Since the wiper blade wasn't fitting, the rep provided an upgrade at no additional cost to me. I am grateful for the excellent service from the staff at Auto Zone. I'll be back!

Went there to buy a battery for my car. Gave him the information on the car and he gave me the wrong battery. Drove all the way home to find out the battery would not fit in my car. Then had to drive back and get the correct battery. Very poor experience.

Thank God for this autozone. In particular I want to shout out Dakota. My keys were locked in my car and the store didn t have anything in inventory that could help me directly, but he was nice enough to offer to come over after work and see what he could do. I d never even met him! Sure enough he came over later that evening, and he got my car unlocked! He even helped me replace a wind shield wiper. He has a great heart and really went above and beyond. Look for him if you ever need anything!

I came in and tried to buy another battery from them today. The young man was very nice but the price was insanely high. Last time, i HAD to buy their battery and get ripped off. This time, I left and went to a competitor and paid $60 less. I won't be trying again, I'm afraid.

They saved our lives! My family and I were heading to Michigan from Kentucky for a funeral and our tire fell off almost on the highway! We were blessed to have been near an exit and safely limo off the main highway! We slowly scraped into the AutoZone parking lot trying to figure out what to do. It was Memorial Weekend and we were 100 miles from our destination and 200miles from home. Even with AAA Premium we couldn't get a flat bed tow truck to drive us all the way to Michigan. Then the Regional Manager, Jason Kuhns, came to our rescue! He really was a God-send! He approached us sitting in the grass, and asked us if he could assist us. He then proceeded to call a friend of his who was a traveling mechanic, named Nash (You can find him on Facebook at Honest Mechanical) and then covered the services provided! Between the two of them, they saved us! Our two daughters and our rescue pup (on her first road trip) my husband and myself. We will never forget the kindness we received and when the world is so ugly these days... Finding people who love and care for their fellow man is truly incredible and inspiring! I left in grateful tears, moved by their compassion. Thank you to the AutoZone employees who helped us and sat with us while we waited and were so kind to continually check in us and offer support and help. We will NEVER forget any one of you!

I've dealt with this branch many times, every time they screw you over somehow. One time it was calling me to let me know my part was in when it wasnt, one time it was having me stand there at the desk for about 40 minutes while their person in charge went out for some errand while dealing with me - they say "oh sorry about that" when they returned, tonight I called and they said sure come on over turned out they were going to close in like 30 minutes though they were saying they'd work with my battery which takes about an hour.I'm normally very polite and try to be kind as I too have been in the service industry for years but this branch really stretches my capacity in dealing with spacey apathetic employees.I don't know if it's the management or the employees themselves just being really high but avoid this one if you can.

On 2-24-22 during the snow storm I had ice and snow building up on my wipers as I drove. I stopped at the AutoZone on Magnavox Way. Bryce and Emma were awesome to work with. I bought new wipers but had issues of replacing my current ones. I went back inside and both Bryce and Emma were more than happy to assist me. While Bryce took care of other customers, Emma helped me with the adapters that were needed in order for the new wipers worked. They were difficult to remove and adjust but Emma never gave up and stuck with it until the wipers snapped into the wiper arm. Thanks to them I am able to drive safely with my windshield clear.

Mac H. saved and made my day! Thank you so much for changing my battery in such a timely matter that I was able to get right back to my work day without delay. So kind of him, I cannot say thank you enough! A super frustrating situation turned in to me wanting to do good for someone else, thank you Mac!
