Monday, March 25, 2024 @ 9:05aOnce again, store manager, Charles C. shines in the darkness of the 310 Rudisill Blvd, Fort Wayne location! I remembered his stellar service from the North Clinton location and vowed to only purchase from that location as long as he was there.He is ALWAYS friendly, helpful, and respectful! He is the only one that has asked for me if I was a member of the rewards program and explained how it works. I've been a member since October 2022, but no one has asked me about it since then, except TODAY when Charles helped me. I'm very thankful that he installed my head light for me and told me how to clean the other head light Every place of business needs a "Charles". I'd hire him on the spot! Thank you, Charles, for representing well.

These guys always help me find what I need but their is always a line, I believe they may be under staffed. I went in on a Monday with 5 people in line and only one cashier. One other gentleman was in the back doing commercial clients and one was on the phone, after he was done he did help calm the line. They could use 2 more guys in there one more on the register and one to help out customers questions in store with products.

Nick was absolutely amazing! The end cap for my headlight was stuck and I couldn t get it open. Nick came and saved the day! And then I realized my other headlight was out and he came out and replaced that one as well! Thank you Nick!!!

Edwin R. knows cars! He's the type of employee who doesn't just come to work for a paycheck! He truly enjoys his job & it shows in his willingness to go the extra mile so the customer is satisfied. His patience when explaining things is awesome & his demeanor is very professional too. I Will be back to This location because of how he treated me, like I was a valued customer .

That new.Manager needs to be retrained.I pacifically told her I wanted to return the item for store credit and she sends it back to my card She supposed to be a manager She don't even know how to do a job I will Never go back to that store again And she does not need to be a manager!!!!!!!

I use this store often and the workers have always been friendly and helpful the store is always clean when I've had to order my package came in a reasonably amount of time.

the staff here gets down to business. If you need parts, they'll go the extra mile to locate the part you're looking for if they don't have it. i went to get brake pads, and they called the other stores to check availability for me. Prices are average and they usually have parts available for most domestic vehicles. Definitely would recommend this store for anyone who is looking for auto parts and supplies.

Amazing staff and service, helped me to diagnose my car issues and then helped me to get a new battery so I could make it back to my apartment, all while it was cold and raining outside.

My 2012 Chevy impala was shutting off while I was driving and the dashboard was flickering. Edwin and another gentleman took a look at my car. Edwin was running back and forth helping other customers instal batteries in their car and still came to help me out. Can t remember the other guys name but both were really helpful.

Had to stop in tonight for a radiator hose. Would just like to say this might have been the best service I have received in an auto parts store. I was debating on going back to this store because last time I was in few months ago the lady I had was short and rude. But the two gentleman that assisted me this evening were great! Thank you.

Always helpful. Nice employees. I try to go to long time employees. These employees would look up everything I need and not have me move over, so they can help someone else, then come back to me. Sometimes they have new employees that don't know much. I don't like being told that I don't know what I'm talking about or need, by new people. Especially when I'm right. Still love this store.

Stopped by 10 minutes before closing time to get a new headlight, thinking it would be a simple in-and-out. I was helped by Brian P and Eric W and they helped me find the product I needed. After helping me figure out what to do on my vehicle for nearly 30 minutes, they decided to come out and help me, since the headlight seemed to be a bigger issue than just replacing it. The whole time they were both very friendly, and despite keeping them working until nearly 20 minutes over their closing, they continued to troubleshoot with a smile on their face. Never felt more valued by an auto place. They were genuinely happy to help me get set up and eventually fixed everything, even when it went way beyond the scope of what I was initially there for. These guys were literal rockstars. I don't know what kind of long days they had leading up to tonight, but they dropped all of that to help a stranger figure his stuff out way past closing. Cannot emphasize enough how hospitable these guys were.

I cant give a great review on this location. To much finger pointing when stuff goes wrong, not to mention the management. Its not cool having to go back and fourth from this store and lima store for a 8 buck refund and lost a point off my rewards for a differnt transaction. Just made no sense. Most time you also have more wait time and evenly explained things go wrong and incorrect items get ordered here. I just do the drive to Lima rd. Seems much better at that location.

Was told from the auto zone in wayendale that this location had the part I needed. That they actually had two in stock. I go clear across town wasting gas, get there was told yet again they have two in stock. He looks maybe 2 minutes if that comes back to me and says we don't have this part. Really then why did you and the other place tell me you did and the computer says you do. Either fix your computers or train your employees to find the parts your customers need. Will never go into another auto zone again. Advanced auto parts employees were friendlier and even offered to order the part I needed.

I went in this afternoon after work with my husband for a battery terminal brush. Eric W. greeted us and showed us where it was at, along with giving some advice and knowledge about what else could be the issue with my car not starting. Turns out it was the battery. I called after my car wouldn t turn over to come in for it tested and he told me (and at this point my friend) that if we could get it out he d test it in the store. Turns out it was 100% dead and he helped me pick a replacement, told us about needed maintenance, and answered a couple other questions I had about other issues. He was very helpful and I would definitely trust him to go to again!

The greeting was wonderful!! I was having a frustrating day with rushing trying to get things done before closing and I ran in and a young man greeted me with..R u OK?Wow ..I needed that thank u!!
