Rich Schacter is an outstanding worker great guy who helped me with my car 2005 Chevy equinox anybody visiting this location I would highly recommend going with this employee or if he's a manager I couldn't really tell this guy is 100% outstanding hard worker he's also a great guy to talk to if you're stopping by I would recommend talking with him as he is a wonderful worker

I had my check engine light come on, the gentleman at the register came out and checked my obd, he then told me how much the part costs, whether I can get it there or not, how urgent the repair was, and how far I could drive with my vehicle like this. He literally answered everything question I had before I could even ask it and all for free. 100% recommend!

If you absolutely have to have something and they are the only place in town that has it that I guess it's okay. If there's any way you can get your parts somewhere else I suggest you do it for the safety of your vehicle. They don't sell anything quality yeah they try to get quality part prices out of the generic Goods they sell.

We had a run around trying to find a tool to get my wheel bearing off. We had to stop by this store to pick up my wheel bearings and Liz was wonderful. She was very sweet and knowledgeable. She helped us find the tool we needed and made our process so easy! Highly recommend this store and the store manager Liz!

Overtime, the employees of AutoZone have changed headlight bulbs tail light bulbs diagnose transmission problems installed batteries replaced windshield wipers and overall have been very cool. Thank you very much and rock on brothers and sisters.

I get DuraLast wipers from here. I like them a lot! They're very good at cleaning the windshield. The store is organized and well-kept. Staff is helpful.

store was clean and fairly organized, there was some boxes of product in the I aisle ways that had not put on the Shelf yet. They were very busy and the people behind the counter we're really not working all that fast so I had to wait quite a while to get some service. Once I was able to get some service I was able to get rung out and got what I needed

Had to pay 112 bucks for a headlight ended up not needing it returned it a day later manager wouldn't give me my money back in cash or on my card even tho he rung me up I had everything but the receipt so I have to get my money on a gift card just for their store whats the point of taking all my info will never shop at this store here again so I have a gift card for sale

I finally found an AutoZone Commercial department that is actually "good" - Nikki/Nicole is very professional and actually does her job right. Not sure I would use them if she left thoIf you have a problem ask for her she will fix everything

They exchanged our wipers that the one off Clinton gave us because they were the wrong ones and they even put them on because the one on Clinton said they couldn't. Better service at this one and knew what they were doing. Thank you

Today my light bulb burned out and didn't know what kind to buy nor how to do it. A worker named Jimmy helped me pick the best for my liking and showed me how to put them on. His customer service was awesome and extremely helpful! I highly recommend going to this AutoZone. :)

I went in to get a few things for my new vehicle when I asked for help to buy license plate screws I told the man the make model and year of my vehicle he told me he couldn't look it up for the kind of screws that I should buy so he shows me a multiple package for $10 but doesn't tell me it needs a special screw driver which I didn't find out until I got home.Then I go up to the register and the lady asked if I was ready I said yes she told me which register to go to and then a man came in and she started helping him and left me standing at the register.Needless to say I wasn't very happy and will be returning the screws.

Car was hard to start, took it there had it tested for free (after advanced was too busy to help me and only reason i stopped there 1st was because it was closer) bought a battery and they changed it for me on the spot! Then made sure it started and i was good before i left! It made me smile on a bad day!

Seems like its a gamble. I can get parts. No refunds when its done. But get a sack from commercial desk. There all high .. Liz is a horrible customer service and employee time management rep... Never there . overworks these people

The salesman I talked to was rude, obviously inexperienced - although he tried to make me believe otherwise, and lackadaisical about performing his job (I had to wave to get his attention before he would stop trying to impress his female co-worker with his stand-up comedy act, designed to apparently cover for his lack of knowledge and initiative). I will never return to this store location.

I walk in and was greeted. I asked them to check battery to see if I needed a new one. He tested it and recommended it get a new one. Gave me three options and I bought one and installed it. Perfect!

If you pick a battery that's in the center of the floor. You have to watch the dates on the battery because when they stock, they don't stock in order. Then it's usually taken the freshest battery is taken off the shelf first. One battery that I looked at had a F3 sticker on it. Which meant that was from the 3rd month and the fifth year. Which would have made it March 2015. Just too old to sell.

This is a good store for anything automotive related . The shelves are well stocked And the employees are always polite and eager to help. The parking lot is well lit with plenty of space

It was pouring down rain and our wipers came off, and the clerk installed new ones for us. He was very nice and courteous. He really made our day!
