Excellent service, I loved the service.This place is great! I was having trouble choosing a place to fix my windshields and through all the troubles my car is fixed. The dealership quoted me $290 to fix my window that would come down after being rolled up. I could not wait until Wednesday when the part would arrive due to scheduling. I googled places that could help and Auto Glass Now popped up. I went in around 9:15/9:20am 4/2/24. Caleb was the technician that worked on my vehicle. He explained it was a programming issue and a quick fix and did not charge me. There was a customer ahead of me, but I was there about one hour and walked away with a smile. Honest people! These guy's came and had my window fixed within a hour. Also , when i called and asked for them to come earlier so i could make it to my son's football banquet in time they did just that!! Pleasure doing business with them. Called in, Gabriel got me scheduled in for service very next day. Met with Caleb for pickup and drop off. The quality parts used and the service you get here can t be beat. Price A+, Turnaround time A+, Service A+. Everyone there was super nice and easy to work with. You can tell they take great care in their work. Would recommend.

Even during a busy day, they were able to replace my windshield an hour before their expected time and it came out great. Not only were they fast, but they were way less than the competition here in Fort Wayne. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a windshield repair or replacement.

The GM was a great person to deal with. He is prompt with results that a person needs in time of repair. His staff has great customer service. Over all they gave me a quality job when they replaced my windshield on my 2020 Crysler pacifica. I give this team a 5 star rating if not more......I highly recommend them, if you want great service and a decent price for the repair job.....

I was very pleased with the services I received with Auto Glass Now. I will recommend to all my friends and family. I will never go back to Safelite because they are the ones who cracked my windshield. AUTO GLASS NOW IS THE BEST PLACE TO GO.

They were so nice! They also got the job done fast but still made sure everything was right and set before I drove off! And had great pricing! I m VERY happy with my window and my service if I ever need a window fixed again I will most definitely be going back and recommending this place to anyone who needs any window repair! Great pricing, a little bit of an issue with having or not having the glass in stock, but good with contacting with updates. Seemed to be a disconnect with their answering/scheduling after hours service. But overall I would recommend them.

The staff was pleasant and even though I was running behind, they told me they will still take me in and have my glass put in day of. I appreciate that fact they were very understanding to my situation.I would recommend them to anyone.

Great place to bring your car for windshield replacement. Brought my Shelby gt500 in and they had the windshield replaced in about 50 minutes and left no damage to anywhere around the windshield.

After being completely frustrated at Safelite not having any way for you to speak with a live person I called Auto Glass now. They actually answer the phone and were amazingly helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I had the utmost best experience with their team.
