They did a great job repairing my truck and completed the job quickly. Staff informed me what was going on with the repair along and dealt with insurance.Would highly recommend their services.

Great place for auto repair. Staff friendly and professional and provide great service. Repair work was very well done and they went beyond what they had to do. Highly recommend and would be my first choice if I need repair work done in the future.

Great service - fixed a damaged fender and it looks great. The insurance company worked with them and covered everything, and Matt was knowledgeable and helpful. 10/10 would go there again.

I got hit and my insurance had me take my car here. They had my vehicle for almost a month and a half before they even looked at it, once they did I was told it was totaled. When I went to go pick my car up because it had to be released by insurance, I noticed something was off. I had left a few mikes Carwash free wash books in there as well as a brand new pair of the newest AirPods, they were all missing. I talked to the owner and they reassured nothing was stolen even though I tracked my AirPods and it said they were inside the building still. The owner once again told me that my tracker was wrong and I must ve misplaced my items. I could even see that my last location of my AirPods being used was at the shop after my car had been dropped off. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever after my experience. It s not about the money, it s the principle of it being MY vehicle and MY items and I expected everything to remain inside.

Overly satisfied. I'm really picky when it comes to my truck but they kept me updated thru the whole process. They had a real task finding all my aftermarket parts but it looks and drives like a brand new truck again.

Auto collision service was a great place to take my vehicle for service. They take care of talking to the insurance company, offer shuttle service if you need picked up or dropped off during an appointment, and had my vehicle done quickly, washed and cleaned! I would strongly recommend going here for repair.

Walked in for an estimate, was told I needed to commit to them before they would give me one. I went with one of the other shops, both of which talked me through their expected costs. Lots of poor reviews from the folks I talked to before I came in, but figured I would give them a shot. Not worth the stop.

This place does some beautiful work. Not only do they fix your car, but they clean it too! And I must say, whoever cleaned mine did a stellar job! They really should give the car washers a raise

It took almost 4 months to get my car in only because of how hard it is to get parts. I dropped my vehicle off late Monday morning. I received a call early Wednesday afternoon that my truck was done. I couldn't believe it. I figured it would take at least a week. I'm very impressed.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a fantastic experience with these guys!I brought my civic in to have my bumper replaced after a minor fender bender, and Matt was great. He got me a quote very quickly and was able to answer all of my random questions. When it came time for me to have my repairs done, they gave me a great rate on a very nice rental, did the repairs quickly, and ended up doing the work slightly cheaper than what they quoted me. I'm very happy with the work as well - my car looks brand new!

We used Auto Collision for our company vehicle repair after it was involved in an accident. I loved how easy it was to submit pictures electronically for a estimate without having to even bring in the vehicle to be looked at. They then kept us up to date via an email continuously throughout the entire repair process. Such wonderful service! Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to work with my schedule. Vehicle was fixed perfectly and on the time frame that they told me it would take. Work done on my truck was perfect and without any issues.

I had to have a door replaced in a color that everyone told me was extremely difficult to match. I got my car back this week and the paint job is perfect. Customer service was great and they provided a very nice rental car at no additional cost to me (just what my insurance would pay). Highly recommend.

I stopped in for an estimate. I was told it would be emailed to me within the hour. I called at the end of the day after not receiving the estimate and the receptionist apologized and told me she would followup with the estimator for me. -all that no big deal.The following day, I was called and was told will not be estimating the repair of my car. I asked "why" he acted like he didn't hear me 3 or 4 times... he talked to me about some cars we choose not to repair, like rusted cars... I told him this car has ZERO rust. He agreed but then told me the car had been repair before and they just dont know what they are getting into... I told him this car has NEVER been repaired before. I could tell he was then at a loss for words and didnt know what to say beyond rejecting my business.I asked for his name, he said... "why you gonna look me up or something?" I said, you work for an Auto Collision Service a professional and reputable collision repair shop and you wont tell me your name? You are turning away my business, I would like to know your name as a professional so I can understand why. I then asked him name again again, he said his name was "Bruce". I then asked for his last name and he refused to respond.My 2018 Honda that has never been repaired from a mild front end collision, "Bruce" refused to offer me an estimate for the repair and told me so once again as I calmly tried to understand why. I asked again for his last name which is when he then hung up on me.Owner, Dwight Jewett - if you see this, please contact me and I will be happy to show you my car and share my account of this experience directly with you or the shop manager. Whoever this man was I spoke with should not be doing what he is doing... not to mention his incredibly poor customer service skills.

I don't like to leave bad reviews but the service and attention to detail that used to make Auto Collision a premier shop in Fort Wayne is gone. I have another vehicle presently in another shop and I've been much happier with them.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

This place has been a nightmare they had my daughter's car for almost 30 days and did nothing to it. Refused to get insurance what they needed, to move forward. She took her car in for water damage and then they said they could not work on water damage. She talked to Dewhite who said he could work with insurance and not pick up her car after 2 weeks of them having it. Then he did nothing to the car at all. Then we were trying to get it towed to the next place to actually get it worked on and had a tow truck on the way and was told the vehicle was not where we had dropped it off. Dan who was being absolutely rude said if the tow truck could not get to this other location in 45 minutes we could not even get the vehicle towd. Then Dan was very rude to me and hung up on me when I told him he did not need to talk to my daughter in that manner and his actions were completely unacceptable. We just needed to get our vehicle towd. If I could give less than 1 star this place would definitely get 0 stars. The only person I feel has been helpful in any manner is Emily.

I was in a fender bender, other driver's fault, and I took my car to Auto Collision Service to get an estimate for their insurance. Quote came back reasonable. They told me it would take 2 days, and I got the car back good as new. Great service, polite staff, and they even gave me a small bottle of touch-up paint to match the color of my car (it is red, but with 16 years worth of paint fade I can't just use the original paint). I would definitely go back!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced, they had my vehicle for two weeks and called and told me they couldn t do anything to it. Annoyed I went to go pick it up and got a message from Dwight that he was going to take care of my car. We trusted them and in return my car has sat with a water leak and damage now for almost a month for us to find out today they are telling myself and insurance they don t do water damaged vehicles. that is my cars issue which was discussed MANY times from myself and my insurance while trying to get my car figured out. They have lied to me and my insurance company and now refused to set my car outside of their gates at a location I never even knew it was moved to, so I could get my tow truck and have it taken somewhere that could actually help me. One star is being nice. Also Dan from Hanna street was the one who yelled at me told me to shut up and that this was my fault and then hung up on my mom. Emily tried to get Dan to move my car outside the gate as well but apparently he said it has a flat tire now and won t start .wild! Maybe you ll see this message Dwight since you blocked my number!

I had a great pulled pork sandwich and hubby had the Ruben. Both were mouth watering delicious and more than either of us could eat. Our waiter was awesome making sure all was well several times. The place was clean and decorated was very cool. Highly recommend! !

I'm only giving this place three stars for the simple fact that they've had my car 18+ days now. I've been ready to pick my car up for the longest. Well, today they closed at 5:30. They called to inform me that they would wait after for me. Let me remind you that they told me to I can come around 5:00 to get my car but I may still be waiting for them to wash it. I had to turn in my rental before coming to get my car. They told me they would wait. I got there at 5:45 and everyone was leaving as I was pulling up. No one stopped and acknowledged me or anything. So now I'm without a car all weekend and I have to work all weekend. Thanks a lot Auto Collision ! I really hope this headache and wait is worth it Monday morning.

We had our daughters SUV shipped to Auto Collision from San Diego, CA to have them repair a dent in her vehicle. She was heading back to college at Purdue and needed her car fixed in a timely matter. We had heard from word of mouth this was a good company to repair her car. It was well worth the 2 hour drive back to Purdue in West Lafayette.They made this complicated situation extremely easy for us from start to finish. Her car was delivered on Wednesday and we picked it up on Friday. We couldn't even remember what side the damage was on. It looks perfect!!!!!! They really went above and beyond.

This place is amazing! Just got the trunk of my mom s car fixed. Not only did they finish the car repair in half a day, they even gave us a free rental. Service was speedy and friendly. Highly recommend.

I was in an accident in 2014. They fixed my bumper. I returned to them last year because the bumper they fixed was falling off. They refused to help. Said I was probably hit again, in which I was not. I was involved in a hit and run 2 months ago. Took it to a different shop. That shop fixed this shops work for free. Said this shop didn't used the right rivets on my bumper and didn't align it correctly. I have never been back and never will.
