The staff there was very patient, they provided quality service. I was looking for a certain car and they found the car I wanted. They were very attentive to my needs, they made follow up calls to reassure my needs were being met. My journey with the staff at Audi was not stressful at all. The staff were very attentive and helpful and the car was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. It had an issue from the factory (assuming as much) and management addressed it immediately at no charge to us. The values they gave us on our trade-ins were fair and they even knocked a little off the price of the new car. Great dealer to work with!

I have purchased multiple 6 figure vehicles from this dealership over the past seven years. My 20 year old daughter made her first big girl purchase and bought a used q7 for 32k and it had engine troubles within 30 days and they refused to fix the car or buy it back.I called numerous times and got multiple different stories from salesman, service techs and managers and it s quite embarrassing they operate this way.To make matters worse, we even offered to buy a different vehicle and all they had to do was let us trade it and Odaniel s would still make markup on two vehicles instead of one but they say no this car has a bad engine and we have to just dump it at auction and we would take a 7k loss (then don t sell cars with bad engines).This is direct from the mouth of sales manager Aaron Weaver who mot only lied but belittled my daughter and told her what she can afford without knowing her worth.It s sad day when customer service and shady business ethics aren t as important as making money.

I've been getting my Audis serviced here for 20+ years. I'm always treated with consideration, and I know I am valued as a customer. My cars are well taken care of, and they do maintenance right the first time.My only complaint with Audi has nothing to do with Audi Fort Wayne; nor with the quality of the cars. I have an Audi I bought new in 2003, and with Audi Fort Wayne's excellent maintenance, it still runs strong as a daily driver. However, the parts needed to keep this car going are getting harder to source.Audi AG in Germany does NOT focus on continued parts availability for their older vehicles, UNLIKE their competitors at BMW, Porsche, and Daimler-Benz. This is too bad, as eventually cars with plenty of life left in them end up off the road permanently. I am currently preventatively ordering some major parts for an upcoming timing belt replacement, so I have them on hand if Audi AG stops stocking them.Maybe now that their boutique sports cars (R8) are getting on in years, they might decide to up their game in this area; but I'll believe it when I see it.

Audi FW maintained a relationship with me for 3-5 years. Never bought a car, but I would stop in a check out the new Audi and Porsche models. They d call every 6-12 months to see if I was in the market. When I was, a week ago, I gave them a shot. It wasn t easy - but they earned the sale. JOSE is very knowledgeable and even better, he s a great person.A5 Sportback is the right car for us. Tired of the SUV ride, and the 4 door hatch has good functionality. Car has excellent dynamics as you d expect from Audi.If you re in the market for a real luxury vehicle don t forget Audi of FW.

Well, usually things go pretty well here but this time was unlike any of our other visits.About 2 weeks ago we had our annual car service and oil change and everything came back looking good with zero issues and everything firmly "in the green" on our Audi.A couple days later the check engine light came on and so I spoke with someone in service center and asked if something could have gotten "tripped" during the service we had and it accidently came on. He said its possible, but that they would do a free sensor scan to see what was going on. Come to find out it was a crack in the O ring of the gas cap is what was found in the first few minutes. Nothing major, just a small crack that flipped the sensor.The "free" scan ended up being $224.97 and then they decided to quote me for an entire new gas cap on top of that for $175. The only problem identified by the tech according to the video they sent was the seal, and those are about $30.So in summation, a problem that should have been caught during my annual service wasn't. I brought it back in when theirs and my schedules would allow, charged again, and sent a video where the technician pretty much said he found the problem instantly based on the scan.UPDATE:After a chat with Jacob to discuss the above issues, we were able to accept fault on both sides and come up with a solution that keeps everyone happy. We are still paying for the time involved seeking out the problem, but decided to replace the O ring ourselves instead of getting an entirely new gas cap. I will still be coming back for my usual needs in the future. Good communication can prevent most (if not all) customer concerns.

O Daniel is attentive and customer-focused. We found Griffin to be very personable, highly knowledgeable, and his approach was consultative in nature. They understood our configuration priorities, and found a vehicle we liked.We were pleased with their low-key approach. At other dealers, we were immediately being sold on paint protection packages, nitrogen in the tires, anti-theft stickers, and dealer prep charges.We had a very positive experience at O Daniel Audi.

Your charger is locked with a pin that doesn t allow me to continue. When I called the customer support number they weren t able to help since it s the equipment manufacturer. Do the EV public a favor and figure this out if you re claiming to offer charging

This was my first adult car purchase, which can be a bit of a daunting experience. Jose was an excellent person to work with - his patience and quick communication in answering all of my kajillion questions was much appreciated and well above any standard presented by your typical pushy car salesman. I had a really fantastic purchase experience at Audi of Fort Wayne and would absolutely recommend it if you're looking for a new car. Ed Bean was my salesperson and he was very generous with his time and kept me updated throughout the purchase process. My car was shipped from Germany and Ed would text me regularly with updates and even sent me a link to track the ship, which I thought was a great touch. Melissa Fiandt was the finance manager on duty when I took delivery and she was very pleasant and easy to work with. Overall, this is the best car buying experience I've ever had and the only dealership I've ever walked out of feeling like I wasn't ripped off in some way.

5 stars! Ed Bean was my sales person, Melissa our sales manager and Coltyn the finance manager. All around such a great experience, I really know what the O Daniel difference is now! Ed was so helpful and knowledgeable about the SQ5 I purchased, taking the time to explain the features in detail. I m very pleased with the finance department, they were able to get a great rate even more competitive than my local credit union. I will certainly be back here for my next purchase!

Out of state leasee and this has been nightmare. Incorrect contracts, temp reg about to expire, and there is no sense of urgency to supply a solution. If I could ship the car back and cut my losses I would.

bought a new S5 from Dale. He was the best an most accommodating person I have ever dealt with. I can be a tough customer but this dealership was amazing to deal with. Quick and best deal around! I drove 2 1/2 hours just to deal with this team. I also recommend Audi care and tire and wheel coverage for any new Audi. It saves you tons! I will be back to get another vehicle from here.

Jose Canas was fantastic to work with! Extremely knowledgeable, professional and you can tell he truly cares about his customer base. I purchased my first Audi, a certified pre-owned and it was by far the best experience I have had making a vehicle purchase. He was very understanding of what I was looking for and exceeded my expectations. My wife and I had to bring our two small children with us, and everyone was understanding and welcoming, even with two little kids that can t sit still for long. Best automotive purchasing experience ever. This is the kindest most respectful team. They truly work together and are kind with each other. I have had such awful experiences in the past that I was truly dreading looking for a car. This was the smoothest most comfortable transaction. When I first called, I spoke with Jose who really listened to me and what I wanted. He was kind. What I didn t know was he took detail notes from our conversation. He scheduled a test drive and made sure a vehicle was available. On test drive day, II was contacted by an individual to remind me of my appointment and informed me that I would have a different salesman. When I arrived I was truly impressed that the new salesman, Ed Bean had read up on all the notes and made a smooth transition. He had the car ready and off we went. They put the car on hold until we could return with out trade in. Aaron, the manager, was ready to test drive our vehicle and appraise the car. He was kind and complimentary.. Casey, the document guru, was kind speedy and helpful. I have never seen an auto dealership act so much as a team. Thank you for being so kind and patient with us. We look forward to picking up our vehicle. I highly recommend this amazing team! In addition, as a healthcare worker I was impressed with how clean everything was and how self conscious they all were. Everyone wore masks, and used had sanitizer. They had hand sanitizer in several locations and a washing station. Very impressive!

I called to get some information about an E-tron lease. I spoke with Jose. He said he would get me a quote in a few minutes after we talked. He never bothered to get in contact with me again which I guess is a good thing for him if he's that busy and does not need to sell anything near the end of the month. His tone was condescending anyway and he acted like he would be doing me a favor by selling me a car. I was able to do business with another dealer who wanted to sell me a car but I just wanted to post about my experience here.
