First off, I am not uploading an after photo, and I realize that s not super helpful to people who want a quick comparison. But I can tell you, the van looks amazing. It looks brand freakin new, actually. I am so incredibly pleased with my experience at Arrow. Cost was very fair, customer service was amazing and they even finished up early for us. I would highly recommend this place.

Super friendly staff. This was my first experience taking my car in for body repair. I chose this shop because they had high ratings. My car was done faster than expected and was returned to me clean(inside and out). This shop not only met but exceeded expectations! Will recommend to everyone! Thank you!!!

As much as I would like to leave a good review I truly cannot. Hopefully they will do better by other customers. Had to take my truck back multiple times for the repair to still not be corrected and to be stuck with shotty work. Do better.

The parking lot was a bit of a nightmare with the amount of cars lined-up. I could not gind a sign for guests to park. There was reservations required to get a denial too months out. I hope to come back and see a more organized, and safe driving environment later on.

Friendly staff, and the shop did a fantastic job. Our SUV was returned to us washed and cleaned up on the inside. Looks brand new

I was a first-time customer to Arrow Auto Body, and (in hopes I will not need their services for some time) will be a lifetime customer. They far exceeded my expectations on every level. (they even had my car done a day early) If I could give Arrow Auto Body more than 5 stars I would, they can have all the stars they want. I would unequivocally, and without hesitation recommend Arrow Auto Body to anyone and everyone. I find great comfort in knowing, should anything happen to my vehicle in the future I can call Arrow Auto Body and rest easy. Best choice I ve made in a while.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

From my first call to the resolution and pick-up, Arrow made the process worry free on my end. They reminded me when to bring my vehicle in and provided updates on the progress until they completed the job. This is the second time I used their services and their workmanship is fantastic. You can t tell there was a scratch or dent there after they are done. Their customer service made you feel so welcome, they are so friendly. I would recommend Arrow to anyone needing Soto body repairs, they are superior in their field.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent service...work done was flawless...had rear-end damage on a 2019 Equinox and it looks like new again...highly recommend...Thanks Arrow !!

I am just starting the process of using Arrow following an accident. They quickly got me in for for an estimate! During the estimate they were professional, kind and attentive. I am needing to wait for a period of time before my appointment however I will gladly wait! The best part . I was nervous about getting parts due to the model of the truck however Donna check on this now and quickly followed up with me!! Now that is excellent customer service (anticipating the need of a customer)I can t wait to follow up my review with the work completed (March). Again I won t go anywhere else!

My car was completed exactly when they estimated it would be and the repair was flawless. The car was clean both inside and out & the seats covered in plastic to protect them. But best of all, an employee personally drove me to the rental car place in her vehicle when they couldn t reach the rental car place to deliver my rental. The employees are so helpful and bend over backwards to do a great job. We ve already scheduled a repair on a second vehicle. I would 100% recommend Arrow to anyone needing body repair to their car!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my Prius to Arrow for repairs from an accident. When I picked it up from them it was better than I expected. The paint job they did flowed smoothly with my existing paint. All other body work done was finished to perfection. They even detailed the inside for me (which was really unexpected but greatly appreciated) The team of people there were amazing to work with. Donna in the office was knowledgeable and very friendly. Will definitely recommend Arrow to family and friends.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The staff at Arrow Auto body are all very friendly and welcoming. They were very flexible with evaluating my new car. They provided a quick turnaround estimate and scheduling an appointment to fix it. They did an excellent job of buffing and painting over a very deep scratch along with changing out the front grill. Very impressed with their work and customer service. Will use them again if needed and would recommend to family and friends.

My insurance suggested Arrow after an accident and I am so happy that I went with them. Even though it was difficult to get parts they were very up front with me about it from the beginning and checked in with me regularly to let me know the status of work and timeline that my vehicle would be done. It is difficult to find honest businesses anymore but Arrow went above and beyond checking to make sure everything was right even after my insurance had already paid for the work. 10/10 won t take my car elsewhere!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. If you need your car repaired after an accident I highly recommend Arrow. They communicated with me constantly throughout the whole process and got the job done very fast. My car looks great and they even cleaned the inside and outside of my car. They repaired my truck and replaced the bumper and trim pieces and had to match paint. They also were able to match the special rims. The truck looked like new. I was very happy with their work.

I went here for some body work after getting into a car accident last December and they did great work. They were pretty busy so I wasn t able to get an appointment right away but once they got my car in it was fixed way quicker than expected. Bumper, fender, hood and headlight assembly were repaired on my Acura TL and my car came back looking better than it did before the accident. I also had them buff out my other headlight and it looked like new. I ll definitely be going back if I ever need body work done again.

All I can say is, Wow! I scratched the rear back door of Toyota Rav 4 and they have it looking as good as the day I drove it off of the lot! I have nothing to say except amazing things from Arrow Auto Body! They had my car fixed in no time and it was an extremely reasonable price! I got my car back clean inside and out and scratch free! I am more than pleased with their work. They kept me updated the whole time they were fixing my car. I highly reccomend them to anyone who has auto body needs. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

I had a fantastic experience at Arrow Auto Body. My driver's side front door needed to be replaced because of an accident, and they did excellent work on it. On top of that, the service I received from the receptionists was nothing short of superb, keeping in touch with me throughout the process as well as making sure I got into a rental car the day I brought mine into Arrow. After running over a raccoon (those suckers cause a lot of damage!) I went to Arrow Autobody for repair. Tracy and Donna were helpful, kind, and able to assist me with everything I needed. The work done was of excellent quality, and it was done quickly. They handled my car rental, insurance requirements , etc. and what's more, when I picked my car up they had done light detailing, and replaced a burnt out lightbulb on their own accord. I have never been so pleased with a car repair business. I will never go anywhere else, and you shouldn't either! Thank you Arrow, working with you was awesome!

We have been going to Arrow since 1978. Most recently, they fixed up my Mini after a parking lot accident. Excellent work, I just some compliments today! They have fixed our European, Japanese, American autos. Quality to the end; we very much recommend them!!

I was struggling trying to find a reliable body shop to take my Highlinder to get it fix until I found arrow body shop; this place it s great! It is small shop, but it is hands on. I love the way they help me to find my rental car while my SUV was at the shop. Their team is awesome! They take the time to help and answer all the questions you might have, for example: finding a rental car at affordable price to mention one among others. I would definitely recommend this place!Thank you Mr. Tim and Donna (all the team )

I chose Arrow Auto Body to repair damage to a rear quarter panel on my vehicle. The repair required replacing and painting the panel, and paint blending of the area surrounding the panel. Arrow performed the work in an exceptional manner, restoring my vehicle to its original condition. I found the Staff members at Arrow to be professional, curteous, conscientious, and focused on customer service. I highly recommend Arrow Auto Body.

I have had two vehicles repaired at Arrow Auto Body. Their staff was friendly and helpful. They worked with the insurance company to handle the details for the cost estimate and for providing a rental car. The repair work was excellent and done on time. I would recommend Arrow Auto Body over any of the large repair shops

The body work done on my car was divine! On top of the stellar job done, Donna was an absolute godsend keeping me updated throughout the process. I'm sure I annoyed the heck out of her by calling everyday but she never once sounded annoyed or unpleasant. Tim volunteered to stay late one evening to finish the work knowing I was desperately wanting my car back. I cannot recommend them enough for their excellent work and above-the-top customer service. 10 out of 10 will use them again for any auto needs!
