Although I had to wait 10-15 minutes for service today, the guys working were all polite, efficient and friendly. They apologized for the wait and said they have been slammed all day. I am glad to hear that business is booming! They do a great job!

Not only does this place do amazing, quality work, but has some of the most genuine and kind people working for them. Two days ago I was stranded on a busy road when I ran out of gas. Not one person stopped to even ask if I was okay or needed help. Not anyone expect Early. He is an employee at this shop and he saw that I was in trouble and didn t hesitate to help me. When we figured out I was out of gas and that was the problem he immediately went and got a gas can and got me some gas to get to the closest gas station. He refused to let me pay him, pay him back, or for his own gas he needed. He showed such compassion and kindness for a complete stranger I can only imagine how amazing he is to the people he loves. I cannot thank you enough Early and I will always remember the love and kindness you showed me!! Keep up the amazing work. I very impressed on the care I received. My oil change went quickly and was provided with detailed information on the correct oil to be used in my truck and will definitely use them again.

This place is great! Shoutout to Dusty: He's awesome! He took care of the corrosion on my car's battery and replaced the air valve caps on my tires. I appreciated that so much! It was great. The guy who changed my oil told me how to get the air filter you all were out of. Then said I could bring back & he would put in. He was fantastic & informative - and deserves a raise.I would also like to recommend you all have MC oil changes. Harley Davidson is very high. I had a headlight changed at this location. The staff was knowledgeable and changed out my light within minutes. Their prices are great as they charged me significantly less than the quotes I received from other body shops. I would recommend.

I looooooooove SB! The people were great. Derek took such good care of me. I didn t have to get out of my car (which is great for me since I have anxiety). And he was so nice and helpful.They topped off my wiper fluid which cost just $2.99 extra, but their oil prices are also pretty competitive with the area oil prices. I called around and checked.Derek also checked my tires for free and helped to educate me about what was a good tire air pressure. Also, one of my tires was a little low and was missing the tire cap. He gave me a new one for free!It was really nice to have them work on all of my car stuff right in front of me because they talked me through everything they did and I was able to ask questions along the way. It was really helpful for me because I don t know much about cars, so having them walk me through each of the steps helped me to be more educated about my own car.Also, every time I go to BigO or tire discounters or the dealership, they always give me a laundry list of things that my car needs work on at the end of the oil change. Either I need $3,000 new tires or I need a new $5,000 transmission or I need a new $10,000 windshield wiper. I always turn those things down unless the people say that I CRITICALLY need that new thing and then I get a second opinion. However, I didn t feel pressured by these guys at all to have anything crazy expensive extra done to my car. I really feel like this place gives a whole new name to car maintenance! Started working on the car as soon as I put it in park. Was able to sit car while one man was underneath and the other was under the hood. They both worked with precision. This was my 3rd visit to them. Great group of people working there. They were quick and efficient. I will continue to return here for all my future oil changes.This was my second visit to them. They were absolutely wonderful!!! Very fast and caring!!! They even offered me bottled water while they worked! Amazing group of guys!!! They also sent me coupons in the mail reminding me that it was time for a change and giving me $5 off! I got a total of $10 off my oil change because I used my coupon and turned in my old sticker (you get $5 off every time just for giving them your old sticker!)!!! Great experience! My first time there after the brand change earlier this year. VERY IMPRESSED. Professional operation. First time I've ever seen an oil change place use a vacuum cleaner to clean the air filter and compartment.My oil drain plug was slightly chewed on the threads from some past change, and they replaced it at no additional charge.Quick, well done, competitive prices.
