When my wife and I were hit and run I knew there was only one place to take it in the area. The guys at Highlander collision were very informative and helped me along the initial process with getting what I needed to the insurance company. They got me scheduled and in for repairs faster than any other shops near Louisville. They were super communicative and let me know every step of the process and even went up to bat against the insurance company to get me what I deserved. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Highlander did a great job on our repair. Paint match is fantastic. Communication during repairs were a constant letting me know exactly what the status of the vehicle was. All repairs were able to be made within the estimated time I was given.

I highly recommend this place! They sent me updates via text through the whole process. Everyone was friendly. They were quick to repair my vehicle. You can't even tell any damage was done!

They did a phenomenal job with my car! I had extensive hail damage and it now looks like a new car! Dylan went above and beyond to keep me apprised of the status and helping me with any of my concerns! Thank you for my car looking like a new one again! Highlander Collision did an amazing job fixing my daughters car! They even got my insurance on board when the insurance company was dragging their feet! The customer service was outstanding with clear and timely communication! They also finished it up 3 days prior to the projected finish date! There's no better place to take your vehicle when it needs fixed than to Highlander Collision. They are easy to work with, they kept us updated as we waited for the needed parts, they got us in immediately after the parts arrived, they kept in constant communication while my vehicle was being worked on, and they even went above and beyond to repaint a nearby piece of the car because it didn't color match the newly painted/repaired piece. Overall just thrilled with the experience and would highly recommend Highlander Collision to anyone that needs this service!!

My experience here was spectacular! The gentleman at HCC were effective and caring. They always reached out to me give me updates to when my vehicle would be ready. I would also like to add that not only did they offer to help switch out my car seat at drop off but again at pick up!!! As a single momma I thought that was so thoughtful. I would recommend HCC to my closest friends because I know they would be taken care of. My car was fixed within a timely manner and I was extremely satisfied!

Best 500 dollars I have ever spent!My truck was in terrible shape cause I started to neglect it after my accident. And these guys fixed it up and made it look brand spanking new. They made the exterior damage look like it didn t even happen, and they even detailed the inside, I wouldn t recommend any other place!! Thank you!!!

The ladies and gentlemen at Highlander Collision were able to get me taken care of in a timely fashion compared to other body and mechanical shops in the Kentuckiana area. My car looked brand new coming out of the shop, fitment and paint looked incredible. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good body or mechanical repair shop.

What a great company! I'm overly impressed with this place! They got me in the next day after I called them. They dealt with the insurance company so I didn't have to. They we all very nice and professional. I hope I dont have another accident but if I do I will definitely bring my car to them.

I 100% recommended Highlander Collision. I dropped my suburban off the same day I hit the deer. Dave and Dylan made this situation less stressful. The turn around time was quick! If you ever need your car repaired this is hands down the place!

There are not enough good things that can be said about Highlander Collision. This winter I slid my car into a tree causing damage to my passenger side door and my rocker panel. My car came out absolutely perfect. The color was matched to a T and not a flaw in it. The gentlemen that worked on my car were very professional, knowledgeable of what it took to get the job done right, but most importantly paid attention to detail. Everything was done to perfection. What makes them the best in my opinion is that they will not give you anything less than a perfect outcome. I can not explain how happy I am with the way my car turned out, hands down Highlander Collision is the best and will have all my future business no questions asked. Dave and his team are awesome. I did not have to put it any efforts to communicate with the insurance company, they handled it all. Very timely repairs and great communication as far as where they were in the process. It's nice that they have the texting option too, if I needed something, I could quickly send a text. No automated system either, real people and friendly and respectful service and staff. Highly recommended.Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Would never tell anyone to go ANYWHERE else. If you do not live close, it is worth the drive. This group of professionals has helped me time and time again on many different types of occasions. If you are unsure, you owe it to yourself to at least hear them out

I could not recommend this business enough! After a collision with a deer I was worried my car just wouldn t be able to look as good as it did before. I shouldn t have been worried! Highlander Collision did a phenomenal job. They treated me and my car like they would a family member.
