High prices and low inventory. Have to drive to Louisville if I am pressed to get some parts same-day. If I have to drive to Louisville, why do I need a store in My home town?!

We came here to have our battery tested. The employee inside was helpful and came out to test it and we soon figured out we needed a new battery. They were helpful and the price was competitive. They installed the new battery free of charge and we were on our way quickly!

I always have great service when I come here. I woke up with a dead battery and it was awesome in about 3 minutes I had my battery and alternator tested. No dealership could ever compete with this type of service. My car is modified with twin turbos and having this service I know it wasn t a battery problem and can trace my system for the battery drain.

I'm only giving a 2 because the person that helped me when I was there was very nice. They told me my battery was fine. Car wouldn't start the next morning so after jumping it, took it to a mechanic. They said the battery was bad. And because they of course ran a diagnostic I paid more than twice what a new battery costs. Unless you're just going for parts and know what you need I'd recommend going to AutoParts or O'Reilly's. And if that wasn't bad enough I called to speak to the manager and she was rude and unapologetic.

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff! We were having trouble with our car battery. They did a full diagnostic test and were very helpful in telling us what might be wrong as well as giving us all our options. Will definitely go here again.

Shout out to Gavin for helping me change my tire in 32 degree weather and also 10 mins before the shop closed. He was super nice and a great conversationalist. Absolute life saver! Give that man a raise!

Called the Greenville store first and be was informed they had what I needed.They didn't. They did eventually find the parts at the Sellersburg store. I had to request that the parts be physically touched before I drove there.I'm not certain they corrected the count in their computers even after this.

I ve always had really good experiences with Autozone purchases, etc., but today I have to acknowledge how extremely helpful Gavin was in solving some issues with my car tail lights. His expertise as a mechanic made all the difference in figuring out the problem as well.

We took our vehicle here and the wrong battery was installed, it fried my car and caused $2,400 in damage. They still haven t paid for the repairs so I don t have a vehicle right now. DO NOT SHOP HERE

This is how an AutoZone should be run! I had avoided the Louisville stores like the plague but this store is wonderful. The staff is friendly and willing to answer questions, they seem actually delighted to see their customers. The store is well stocked and clean. This will be my primary store for auto supplies going forward.

Had the parts we needed, but rang up more than the shelf price. When questioned, the staff was very rude and his excuse was that they're understaffed and the item was not in the correct spot.....but he couldn't find where the item should be located. We paid the higher price, but I will do my best not to return to this store again.

Went there two different times in one day for 2 different vehicles just to by a basic air filter. Just one of the most common replaced parts on the planet. The air filters were for a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 5.3L and a 2018 Mitsubishi eclipse cross 1.5L and they didn t have either air filter. Then I ve been waiting on them to restock their plastic ford drain plugs for 3 months. Still not there. I got on advanced autos app and they had all 3 items in stock.

Geoff (who I believe is the manager) is a great and knowledgeable guy. My car had been in and out of the shop getting misdiagnosed for weeks. Geoff figured out the (extremely simple) issue in a matter of minutes. He was so helpful and gave my husband and I such peace of mind. Can not recommend this AutoZone enough. They truly go above and beyond for their customers.

These guys treated me so awesome! I was driving my husbands car and took our recycling to the recycling center, while dropping off the recycling my battery died! We finally got the car started and I drove straight to auto zone! I had a sleeping baby in the car so I first called them and told them my issue, I was going to buy a battery (and hopefully pay over the phone) and have them install it.The gentleman confirmed I was in the parking lot and came out to me, looked at the battery and said, mam, I could sell you a battery for about $130, but I believe your battery is still under warranty at Walmart.. I recommend you take it to them and see if they will replace it!!My faith in humanity and auto stores is restored! What a crazy day! This young man at auto zone was a huge help! Thank you!

Stopped by the Floyd Knobs store today. I needed to get my battery checked. The guy was really nice. He came out with the right tools for the job, and also checked it for me. Can't remember his name. I know his initials were g m....Thank you for the help!

Auto zone mostly always has the parts I need and if for some reason they don't they will check the local surrounding stores to see if they have it there and if they do then you have a choice to pick up from that location or it can be delivered to your local store for pick up, now if the part cannot be located then they will order the part and you will be called when the part arrives at there location, I think I have always picked my parts up the next business day as far as I can remember back. They are always willing to help, Auto zone also offers great rewards programs, and money back offers. I can always count on my local auto zone for what I need.
