Needed a fuel filter for an odd ball application, Rob was friendly and excelled in finding a filter that worked ! Great job, great people , Teresa receptionist also very helpful.

Very easy to work with for the purchsse of high quality merchandise, for ony case lawn upkeep & maintenance. Very friendily, I felt like I wad on the "Cheers Bar" with the warm and cheerful acknowledgement upon entering their building. They help select/marry their proper lawn equipment to my yard needs. The purchasing process went smoothly and yhdy are to deliver the new lawn mower to mu residence. Acquiring the Military Doscount for my former country sdrvice was nice and greatly appreciated. Parkong wad easy and service was wonderful.

While the employees have been usually nice and helped me out before, I'm going to have to give two stars because the same issue is repeatedly the problem to fix my mower. Had I known three years ago that I'd literally pay for the same thing over and over again, I could have paid for a brand new mower in full. I'm talking hundreds a year and often repeatedly going back for the same issue every time I need to mow my lawn.

Ordered a lawn tractor on a Wednesday in Flora, and was led to believe it would be delivered in a few days. Several attempts to get the sales rep to track the shipment were unsuccessful. He said he was unable to tell exactly where it was. After a week of this, I contacted TTG main office, and low and behold, I was told the tractor was still in a warehouse in Tennessee, and hadn't even shipped. Demanded my money back, ordered a Cub through TSC, and was given complete info on when machine was shipped, and a timetable for delivery. BIG DIFFERENCE!

First time John deere purchase . Was nervous , never spending on a big item , but Tyler with his detailed description on all the operations of our riding mower helped ease our minds . When Jack delivered our mower he was really helpful with any and all questions we had . I'm so proud to be a new John deere owner . Tri Green Tractor is a great example of how professionalism and skilled team work , serves their community ! Thank you Tri Green Tractor !
