Nick Cox was our salesman and I cannot say enough great things. He was recommended to me by a friend and was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and detailed. I contacted him about buying a used vehicle on the lot to surprise my wife and he guided me through the process with ease. When I brought my wife in he had it in the showroom, completely detailed, ready to go, and with a bow on it. Thank you for making my purchase memorable for my wife and the transaction easy.

I always have a fantastic experience when I need to bring my car in to get fixed. All of the employees are extremely attentive. The waiting room is so comfortable and has all of the amenities. The process to get a loaner car is quick and easy. Not only am I so happy with my car in general I am really impressed with the whole way that the company is run. Thank you Cadillac you have definitely made me want to be a customer for life!

First time going here and I m thoroughly impressed. Purchased a used ATS. Had an oil leak from Camshaft cover that only dealer could install. They inspected my vehicle, fixed the oil leak, shared results that included reports and video. Consultant Adam Davis communicated prior to service with phone call and link to inspection. I definitely will be a returning customer

It has been one awesome experience working with David the introduction to Scott and the other team here Robyn I believe is in registration and she was awesome as my top rating would be when David picked me up at the house and drove me here and a lyric to pick up my vehicle. My vehicle is nice and clean and it has everything that I need in it. Perfect job thank you.

Justin was honest and low pressure. The vehicle I wanted had been acquired by them on a trade and had not been inspected yet. He gave me the option to put it on hold and discuss my trade in on it pending inspection. Lockhart sent the vehicle to get all recalls done, oil change, inspection, detailing, and had a wheel expert repair the road rash off of the black wheels. I wasn t in a hurry to purchase, and preferred having the vehicle ready and perfect before buying it. Justin kept me updated on the vehicle while it went through all of the beautification process. Justin was even a trooper as my baby cried the whole test drive! We are very happy with our vehicle, and the warranty/packages Lockhart offers on their used vehicles.

I went into Lockhart Cadillac looking for a used 2023 Jeep Gladiator. Fortunately for me I was paired with Nick Cox. What a breath of fresh air. Josh Conner had been my service tech for over a year now and has been instrumental in helping me and keeping my business at Lockhart. He understands my unique needs and ALWAYS goes the extra mile to keep my vehicles and my business running smoothly.Last week we had a very unique situation where the mechanics said they couldn t do what I needed done. I had my car serviced at Lockhard for recommended services due to mileage/warranty. When pulling into the service area there were at least 3 cars in each port. I just knew that my 8:00 appointment would be more like 10:00 and I had to get downtown for work. Josh informed me that it would be at least 2 to 2 1/2 hours wait. I explained that I needed to get to work and would rather not wait. He called the shuttle to pick me up and take me to work. I had NEVER had that happen before. The shuttle driver was awesome (sorry I don't remember his name). Once my car was finished they also drove it downtown so that I wouldn't have to get a ride there and then come all the way back downtown. I couldn't be more satisfied with a dealership than I am with Lockhart. May I add that the free snacks and drinks in the waiting area is another plus. Keep doing what you are doing Lockhart they've changed my narrative of nit wanting to do business with dealerships all together. Kudos to the entire team. Very professional!

The sales staff, particularly Lamont, took their time to show us the models we were interested in and the features of each. We both negotiated in good faith and came to an agreement. This was our first Cadillac. After this experience we will also be purchasing our next Cadillac from Lockhart.

Worked with Scott and Cameron in purchasing a vehicle, he was great. Let us take the car over night to make sure we were comfortable with the vehicle we chose before we purchased. He has been very helpful and responsive after the purchase as well. He comes to pick it up for oil changes which is a huge help to me. Great experience not only purchasing the vehicle but with maintenance as well.

Just recently had my 14 CTS4 Performance Sedan serviced at Cadillac for its routine oil change and tire rotation. But a much bigger issue arose right before I got there. The front passenger Presence Airbag Control Module was bad. Airbag light was on. I was taken care of with having a loaner vehicle while the part was on back order. It took about 2 weeks till I had my car back but rather it be safe than sorry. My car was in good hands. I am very satisfied with the work that was performed knowing I do not have a safety concern/issue. Hence 5 out of 5 Stars rating for Lockhart Cadillac of Fisher s. Excellent quality and service.

I was assisted by Christian on March 5, 2024, with an oil change and tire rotation. He was polite, professional, and attentive throughout my time at the dealership. I asked that my car be done more quickly than the service department had initially promised, and Christian and the service department saw that the work was completed within the timeframe I requested. I was very pleased with my entire experience.

We are really trying hard to be excited about doing all of our business here. Just not quite sold! We want to be loyal, however we re not feeling the love. This last experience left us feeling like we were robbed yet again. The fact that my quote for repairs not performed were so outrageous. $200 for 2 air filters. I paid $57 and installed them myself in less than 45 minutes. 4 spark plugs for $323. I ordered plugs and coils for $210 and found a mechanic to install for $80. Then to add insult to injury, after spending $1000 there s a cleanliness checklist hanging from my mirror with none of the items performed. If they were done I may not have felt so bad about over paying. Cmon Lockhart, I m looking for that family feeling I remember from the days when you were on Keystone. Just my 2 cents.

I want to express my enthusiastic appreciation for the professional and friendly service I have come to expect at Lockhart Cadillac. Starting with Sales Manager Matt Mustafa and continuing with the extraordinary work of my sales consultant, Nick Cox, the team at Lockhart made the experience of researching and then ordering and delivering my new electric Lyriq. Over the years I have purchased several cars and I can say without hesitation that this was the best experience yet. I highly recommend the dedicated team at Lockhart Cadillac if you are considering a new car purchase.

Cory, the sales representative, handled the entire process with ease! From start to finish, the experience was great. Online purchases require finesse & experience. The team at Lockhart delivered! Shoutout to Charlie, who handles all the paperwork. Pricing was honest & fair .hard to come by when purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. Coupe was run through service shop & items needing attention where taken care of .at no cost! First class show at Lockhart. Would you settle for anything less at a Cadillac dealership? We don t! Lockhart provided an excellent car-buying experience. Our sales rep, David T, hooked us up for sure ! We live quite a ways away from the dealership, so the majority of our communication was over the phone. He was sure to convey any important information and was quickly responsive when we needed something from him as well. Processing of the purchase went very quick and smooth also. Very appreciative of David and the team as a whole

I am from Central Florida and found the CT5V Blackwing on Lockhart's website. I sent an inquiry after hours and the next morning Justin was on the phone. Agreed to terms and the business manager Tyler put together a great finance package. We executed the purchase contract electronically...a very painpess process. My wife and I scheduled a flight to Indy to pick up the car and were prepared to Uber to the dealership but Justin went above and beyond when he picked us up at the airport! Justin and Tyler earned 5 stars!
