I'd give this location 10 stars if I could. My daughter and I were leaving a soccer tournament in Indianapolis and facing a 4.5 hr drive home yesterday (late Sunday) afternoon when we hit a pothole and instantly blew a run flat tire. There was a Firestone store nearby but they didn't have the unusual sized tire that my car requires. It was also fairly obvious that they didn't want to deal with us at 3:30 on a Sun. afternoon with several cars to do already, people in the waiting room and the store closing at 5. They found a tire for me at the Fishers location, called ahead and sent me there, about 12 miles away. We arrived at 4:05 p.m. with the store closing at 5. Gage who was at the front desk when we walked in. He told us he would get us taken care of as soon as he could, regardless of the store closing time. He asked us for our patience as they were short staffed with only he and one other guy working. There was a mother and daughter there who were also stranded far from home with brake failure after leaving a basketball tournament. As we waited I watched Gage hustling back and forth handling customers at the counter, performing work in the shop, and answering the store phone all while communicating with us and maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude toward everyone. He literally never stopped moving and working. He got us and the other distressed travelers back on the road within 1.5 hours of my arrival and well after store closing time. I cannot express how grateful I am to Gage and his partner for not only taking care of us, but doing it with kindness, compassion and professionalism. They put their customers' well-being before their own. This whole experience went a long way not only toward restoring my faith in customer service, but in humanity as well. To the store owner--you've got a really good guy there in Gage--take good care of him!

I ve experienced nothing but complete incompetence at this location. Last week I had my oil changed and they recommended I replace my battery. I didn t have time to wait so I scheduled an appointment to come back another day. No problems there.I returned for my scheduled appointment and they didn t have my battery. They had ordered one but sold it to someone else. So I left and rescheduled for today.I called ahead and they confirmed they had the part. When I checked in they said it would take 10-15 minutes. After about 40 minutes I asked for an update. They admitted they had ordered the wrong battery and would need to order it. I didn t have another hour to wait so they reinstalled the old battery and I left.I had a similar experience with break pads a few months ago and made the mistake of writing it off as a fluke. I drive a common Nissan, parts should be easy to get. I will not return to this location.

Was able to get an appointment quickly and easily. Waited in the location while the vehicle was being worked on, I was told it would be just a couple of hours, which I did not mind waiting. After checking in and sitting down in the lobby, all communication to me stopped, and no updates were ever given. Even though I was no more than 10 feet away for the entire duration. I witnessed the parts I needed (spark plugs) getting delivered 1 1/2 - 2 hours after checking in and witnessed nothing being done to my vehicle until then. An additional 2 hours for the job (oil change and spark plug replacement) to be completed after getting the parts. Then, an extra $110 charge was included (after declining their additional add-on service of a fuel system cleaning,) for a service and part that was not included in the quote and was I never informed of, or given an option to do or not. Since the part and service were already done and completed, I had no choice but to accept it, but it would have been fantastic if I knew anything going on with my vehicle during the appointment.

We had an amazing experience in a very stressful time!! We had both of our vehicles break down within weeks of Christmas, the second vehicle was literally less than a week before. Needless to say I was super stressed and Gage, the store manager, was not only very kind but super efficient and timely helping us get back on the road. I couldn t recommend them, and particularly him any more!! We will definitely recommend them and continue to use them in the future for maintenance as well!!

Gage and Jaime were both helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Gage even gave me significant discount due to my long wait time. I ve never had an issue with any staff here.However, their scheduling is a mess; I had to call to confirm my appointment, only to be told they couldn t offer the service I had booked online. If I hadn t called i would not have known this. I was offered a different service but at a later time with no explanation. When I showed there was no wait but I waited 90 minutes after being told the service would take 10.I was told I urgently needed new brake pads. When I pointed out they were covered by a warranty I was told the brakes could wait until my next scheduled maintenance. The following week a different Firestone location told me my brakes were nowhere near needing to be replaced.It s hard to trust any recommendations, despite the great employees.

Thank you Gage for going beyond and above. I had a nasty nail in my tire and Gave reassured and took excellent care of me. He got my tire order in a timely and fast manner and even though they were booked they got me in the next day after work and got it replaced.

Walked in for battery inspection as my vehicle was popping up a battery error. After inspection they mentioned it as alternator issue not battery and quoted 1200$ for alternator replacement. Went to other mechanic shop for second opinion and it a battery issue.Should have checked the other reviews before going to this store.

If you would like your car to run, I would strongly suggest you not take your car to this or any Firestone location.The store manager took ownership of the error by his worker of not reattaching the radiator clamp which ultimately blew off and made our engine block crack. Outcome being engine no longer functional. It appears the store manager did the right thing by accepting responsibility of the problem but regional and corporate representatives determined that was not the optics they were in support of. How horrible of a business to not support a person who accepted responsibility for an error. All we wanted was for this to be made right. Mind you we had the car in several times before for overheating in the months prior to the exact same location. We had several things replaced or fixed throughout this process fixing things what they said was making it overheat. Spending a few thousand dollars at that location.Firestone corporate was a nightmare to work with and never once returned our calls. They closed the ticket about a complaint we made against the claims adjuster who denied our filing and claim ( he who was not qualified to be in his position) without speaking to the us the customer. The regional manager informed us that the manager was no longer able to talk to us about the issue. We made a complaint with the Tennessee Consumer complaint division (since their corporate office is located in Tennessee) and initially Firestone did not respond to their initial communications. The Better Business Bureau also tried to do outreach prior to going to the TN s consumer affairs. We have remained quiet with any reviews for many months. We want others to be warned of the gross negligence of this location and their corporate offices.

This place scams people who aren t knowledgeable about cars by suggesting repairs and replacements that are not needed. The dishonest mechanic tried selling me a new engine air filter when it was still very clean. Overcharged me severely for a cabin air filter under the premise they are a pain to replace. Upon further research they take maybe a minute to replace if you know what you re doing. To me it seems they value making a quick buck over helping their customers get what they need at a reasonable price. Not taking my vehicle here again.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Scheduled an oil changed, the front service person named G**E, stated it would take about an hour and overheard him on the phone stated they were short staff that day. The guy that waited before me was upset and communicated his unsatisfactory experience when his vehicle completed service. Poor guy! I felt his pain. When my vehicle was completed after waiting for 2 hours, I thanked him for making sure my vehicle was ready and left. After a few minutes, I returned and asked him about the service payment. He stated he compensated me with no charge for the oil change since he told me it would take about hour or so. I didn't expect it and was really surprised. Kudos to G**E, he is the model for giving excellent customer service and should be considered for employee of the month. He stood by his word and cared about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this place for excellent customer service of employees and hopefully that potential customers be patient with the employees when they are understaffed and attempting to satisfy everyone's vehicle needs with the situation they were dealt with.Service: Oil change

These guys working are great! Gage helped me out and knew everything. I drove with bad wheel bearings for too long and the expert technician had to work really hard for me to get them off but was the most pleasant and easy going guy. He knew exactly what to put on the new bearings so they would last much longer. Great customer service. The lobby is very relaxed and it has cable TV and not just antenna and the remote is accessible. I am happy with the way it drives and the cost. I was really lucky to find this place.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Needed a new set of tires, called them the day before, dropped off the car the next day and it was done in two hours. Gage was easy to work with and did a great job presenting my options. I am definitely coming back here from now on.

Very pleased with Firestone Fishers. They did a thorough diagnosis to figure out why my car was making noises for less than $10. They detailed out exactly what needed to be fixed and did not pressure me to schedule those services until absolutely necessary.I ended up doing all the necessary repairs a few weeks later, and they were able to fix all the issues!While waiting to pick up my car, I saw Gage in action and was very impressed with his multi-tasking, composure, and level of service. Highly recommend Firestone Fishers!

I hate car maintenance... it always puts me on edge. My appointment time was moved 4 hours later than what was originally schedule. The attendant, Gage, was very helpful and took the vehicle ahead of time. My vehicle was processed within an hour of my appointment window. Pick up was easy and no surprise fees/costs.

My husband and I made an appointment at this location to have our car looked at because it started making noise when turning. We showed up on time for our appointment and were rudely told that they would not be able to work on the car at our scheduled time. We asked why and were told there were several people in line ahead of us and they couldn t just push everyone aside to work on our car. We asked why was there such a long line ahead of us if we had an appointment and explained we had never had issues with appointments being honored at other locations. We never asked them to push anyone else aside, we just were trying to figure out why they were so resistant in fulfilling our appointment. The entire interaction we were treated as if we were inconveniencing the staff. We decided to leave based on how rude they were and had to drive across town to another location to have our car looked at. The other locations staff was extremely helpful. They even fit us in for a last minute appointment after I called them in advance to make sure they could take us. They apologized for the behavior of the other location and gave us a discount on their services for our troubles. If you ve had a good experience at another location, go there instead. Or else you ll end up like us, driving a car making strange noises hoping you ll make it in one piece to the location you should have went to in the first place.

I had an appointment at 2pm today. I was called at 1pm and asked if we could reschedule another day. I stated that my tires are bad and need to be replaced, hence the appointment. I was then told that someone was calling off all week and then again today so they weren t going to be able to do it. So at first it was a question and then turned into it s not going to happen. I advised it s already in the middle of the day no one would have an opening, and I was right. I called everywhere. They stated to use his name as a referral at discount tire. So I went there and it cost me $100 more then what I would of paid at Firestone. Honestly ridiculous and expensive hassle for very little accountability and reliability

Most disappointing experience I ve ever had with my car. I had an appointment for 8 am for an oil change, tire rotation, car inspection and windshield wiper pump replacement. I told them I d be picking it up today as I have to go to work this afternoon. I called them a little over 3 hours later to see if it was ready and it hadn t even been touched. They told me there were still two cars ahead of me. What is the point of making an appointment if it s not honored? If they got backed up that s one thing, but then they should have called and let me know. The guy I talked to when I dropped it off was very helpful, but this has been the most unprofessional visit I ve ever experienced overall. I will never be bringing my car back to Firestone.

Firestone Complete Auto Care has been amazing to work with. I bought a pre-owned car last August and Joe and his team have been honest and trustworthy through every issue we have brought to them.I have always found the staff at this location to be warm and friendly while acting with integrity and professionalism. I never felt I could trust a shop the way I can trust the staff here.When I had a weird noise, they were able to determine my power steering needed an update. They didn't hesitate to refer me to the dealership to have the issue addressed. I had about 1 month left of factory warranty and the update was covered.When I bought my tires, the person who worked my quote took the time to help me find the right tires for my needs. I never felt pushed or pressured to purchase, and 9 months later I still love my tires.Living in the Indianapolis area, I bought the lifetime alignment package and I couldn't be happier. Anytime I take my Raven in for an oil change and rotation I get my alignment adjusted. It is great piece of mind knowing that if I hit a pot hole I am not looking at spending $100 or so bucks just to keep driving straight on the road.Most recently I had my shocks and struts replaced. It's been about a month and so far I have been very satisfied with the work that was done.I look forward the exemplary service I will receive in the future.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, didn't pay an abundance either. Staff had to replace a lug nut and was able to get the part delivered from another retailer. Service was great, would recommend them!

I made an appointment online for an oil change and I selected the soonest available which was 5:30 pm. I showed up at 5:20 and came into the store and waited for someone to talk to. When the person came out, I told them I was there for my 5:30 appointment to which he responded saying they were closed and that he tried calling me earlier. I showed him that I was not ever called and I double checked the number on file, which was right. They wasted my time and lied to me about trying to call based on my phone records. I will find my business elsewhere.

First off, we have been a loyal customer to Firestone for over a decade and usually work with the one down in Casleton. They have always been very responsive and trustworthy.We moved to Fishers a year ago and thought we would get the same customer service but boy was I wrong.I have now had to bring my car in twice because they didn t fix everything the first. Also not to mention they are terrible at communicating on the status of your car. I understand things are out of their control but just would appreciate an update on my car if anything changes or if they don t have my car done by the promised date. If I don t reach out to them they would probably keep my car in there for weeks at the lowest priority. If you want reliable and quick service in the Fishers area I would HIGHLY recommend going to another place.

This is by far the worst service of any auto mechanic I have ever had.I completely understand being super slammed. I had a flat tire and could barely drive the car when I stopped by. This was the closest place I could go and had to get a tire that cost me $200 bucks. I usually have my work on my Toyota done at Tom Wood (super nice and friendly service at Tom Wood) but I had to go here because of an emergency. They had my car sitting with a flat tire a whole day and I had to call to find out the status. Luckily I worked close by and was able to walk to work. I finally got an update one and half days later. I was told that I did not have to have an appointment and then I had to have one. Just poor service all around and they overcharged me for a tire they had to order for me as I was in a find. I hope I never have to go there again!

AVOID THIS FIRESTONE AT ALL COST! They stole one of my tire covers and told me they were already missing when I arrived. They lied about maintenance and told me that if I dont get it fixed by then, my car will not be driveable.Service: TiresService: Tires

Dropped off for an oil change, and later asked them to check out a dragging sound the brakes are making. I was told they took it on a courtesy test drive, and didn t find anything wrong but they weren t aware I suspected a brake issue . This noise cannot be missed. Was told it would have to be another day as they were 20 minutes from the mechanics leaving. Fine. The icing on top was the handle on the inside door of the drivers side being completely filth covered black, as well as the floor mat! Hoping they weren t that sloppy and careless with the simple oil change. Needless to say I won t be going back.
