Ordered a battery for my motorcycle and was told they would call me when it came in. A week later I called, was told that the shipment of batteries was slow. Called again several days later only to find out that their supplier had no record of the purchase. Was assured that I would receive my battery in a couple of days as they would order from different supplier. Through all this the staff was very nice, however when I picked up my battery it was not the one I had ordered but a cheaper one. Didn t loose it as they all were very nice and trying to be helpful. Would not order from them again.

I drop my 2005 CBR 1000 off to have transmission work done now it has a different problem than what I dropped it off for and they re telling me that they need to re-charge me to fix it definitely won t recommend them to anybody. At some point they left a washer out and had to redo the work. It was jumping out of second gear before now it s jumping out of six gear, which I wasn t doing before.

These ppl took my bike in to change the shift forks in my bike left a washer out of my shift forks so they thought it wasn't working right still so orderd a new transmission then they found the washer an relized they didnt put it in an so I told em go ahead an change the whole transmission then they still didn't get it fixed right after an was slipping in 6th an 5th gear instead of it jumping in the second gear when I brought it in would not trust them they didn't want to give a refund or hold up for what they did

This was such an amazing experience. It's if I entered a time warp. The last time I was in this store was around 35-40 years ago. Walked in on 6-27 about 4 pm. I was in the store for 15 minutes and was not once acknowledged for me even being in the store. Exactly the same reason I walked out of the store so many years ago to never return. There is not another 35-40 years left in me to come back and try again. But obviously, you don't need my business anyway.

Bought my 1100 here.Josh was great. He took care of all the paper work over the phone and my bike was ready to go when I got there.Paper work was sent to me within a week!They seemed to have a good inventory of all latest Honda motorcycles. But certainly low on parts/accessories for my motorcycle.

Better than the other guys across town by a mile (also cheaper)I got lucky with the exact bike I wanted being in stock at more than one place in town. Josh took good care of me when I came in and didn't push me whatsoever into anything. I highly recommend working with Josh, he'll listen to you and find an answer for you no matter what it is about the bike. West Side for the Win. Will be back and endlessly recommend Josh AND West Side for bike purchases.

A Fantastic dealership with a service department that sets the standard for excellent. I was traveling from out of state, had a check engine light on my new Goldwing DCT.i picked this dealership because it was in the direction I was heading. I arrived, unloaded, the took my bike in, diagnosed, cleared a fault, and I was loading up in less than 30 minutes, no charge. Great people, and a nice showroom too. Thank you Westside Honda.

A hidden gem in Evansville. I called for an appointment to have my forks redone in my bike, the service department lady (forgive me I cannot remember her name) she was so polite and willing to help without hesitation.Prior to this I've never been to or heard of Westside Honda, but after calling, and my first visit, I'm a dedicated customer now.They have a great shop, unique in its own way, and looks nothing like any other shop in town...They will continue to have my business as long as they do me right, which they have.Thank you Westside Honda for your great service and an unexpected early completion of the work needed to be done.

Omg it was the best service ever I had a man trap down a new bike we bought today and he did a whole lot better job than we would have done and that's very important and they went over the bike with us and made sure we new how everything worked and how to service the bike it was a really good experience GREAT JOB WEST SIDE HONDA

I ve always had good customer service with the gentleman at the first desk. He s always a pleasure to deal with whether you re buying something or just looking around he ll answer any question you have he s the reason I purchased my new Cf Moto Uforce XL 1000.

We have purchased and sold several items through West Side Honda. We currently have a side x side and we take it in regularly for service. Staff has always been helpful and prices are competitive. I will continue to purchase from West Side Honda.

I have always had great service from the service staff. Five stars to them!I recently called about a battery warranty that came with my Goldwing. They won't honor a nation wide warranty. It was to much work for them, like 15 minutes of their time to call for approval. I was told to take it back to where I bought the bike. Because I didn't have a problem buying the bike from the competition, I could go back. I bought my bike ells ware because they couldn't get the bike I wanted and if they could, it would be $7000 more than a competitor.I have been spending at least $1000 a year for the last 6 years with Westside Honda. And since I, like them can pick and choose who I do business with, it WON"T BE WESTSIDE HONDA AGAIN!Hey parts counter kid, 15 minutes just cost your employer a lot of money from me.

Stopped by here to inquiry about the KRX100, the sales man ignored me for 10 minutes. I had to get his attention by standing on one leg and dancing awkwardly. He finally asked me if I needed anything. I tried to ask him when they would be getting a green one and what did they do to the too the 2 that were on the sales floor. He acted as if I was bothering him and that I was just a window shopper. I have bought several sides by sides and quads I had the cash with me ready to buy at that time. Unfortunately I will be taken my business some where else. Good luck maybe some one will have a better result

Dropped my scooter off with explicit instructions on what I wanted done.2 MONTHS LATER I get a message asking if I wanted the work done and was asked to come prepay for parts. So I just went and got my scooter back. As a disabled American military service veteran I will not and can not recommend them for any type of service.

Tried doing business with them because they are located near my home. Sales people seemed OK until I bought an accessory and 1 day later was denied the opportunity to return it. The sales person got crappy with me on the phone and then the manager or owner got on and hung up on me. Very poor service and I will never go back. Highly recommend using the other big shop on the east side.

Awful customer service, rude employees. Dropped my four wheeler off for a simple repair they were unable to perform, instead they broke it worse than it was before and charged me 2 hours of labor.

Stopped by today for some add on to the Goldwing, well I guess they don't need any business, no one had time to speak or say welcome can we help you, until we were out in the parking lot leaving TO LATE! 5 person working, my wife and I where only ones in the shop. I Don't need them, their service, their parts, or their bikes. Many other places will appreciate my business. Will never return.

I have bought several items from west side over the years. They have always treated me fair and taken great care of me. I recently purchased and atv from them and the service was excellent. Thank you guys for being my local go to dealer for the best deals and service in town.

Bought a new Kawasaki Teryx there, and they made me a good fair deal with very little hassle. Their sales staff is stretched a little too thin and the 3 times I went there I had to wait a considerable amount of time. Management needs to restructure so other can step into those rolls to help with paperwork and getting people in and out faster. Otherwise a nice store with many units on display and a great many accessories.

The job is done the advice was good, but I have an older bike and it's not perfect but they could have wiped off their greasy finger prints. I bet if I had rode a nice bike they would have taken good care of it. Not impressed overall. I will be doing my own work from now on. This was the first time I had ever let anyone else work on my bike and it will be my last. It's all way over priced.

Took my 2020 KRX to have some warranty work done on the head unit, I was pretty happy with how quick they got it done and no hassle whatsoever. Thanks!

I put $200 down as a deposit on a CFMOTO back in May 2021 that was going to come in at the end of the week. It didn t come in on time. I changed my mind and they kept my deposit. Maybe that s their policy but I didn t like it. I don t recommend putting money down to hold your place.

Shay was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction as far as what i was needing. he also helped my father when he came in to purchase his bike. i will always come back in the future because of their excellent service

I ordered a set of points and condenser for my 1986 Honda XR80 and they only send me a points and then whenever I returned my part I paid $23 and some change and then they only give me $19 back don't ever go to this place cuz they overcharge and then they don't honor their word

Great Service, they got my bike in and out in a very timely manner. Service people and the mechanics were both very helpful and knowledgeable. The show room was clean and products were well displayed.

Hard to find a salesmen who was interested in selling.Also got slammed with some warranties. Luckily I wanted them anyway.

I like the place but anytime I go I. There for something they have to order it. I can order it myself I go in there to support the local business but if you don't have things people need they will buy online.
