Katie, Antion, and Devon helped me immensely. Katie installed my halogen headlights and Antion and Devon were very informative in concerning each categorical status of my oil change and other components. When I used a prepaid coupon, they did not make me feel less valued as a customer (like nearly every other experience I have had using a coupon). I will always go to this Valvoline, as I never receive less than the best service!

Went in for a full service oil change. I wish they checked diff fluids with this. Not at all the workers fault, but a cooperate issue.Terry is extremely professional and customer service driven. That dude deserves a raise. He knows his job and does it well.

Been going here since i got my license. Ive had Terry work on my car a handful of times and he s awesome! Very knowledgeable and always super nice. Seriously some of the best customer service ive ever received!! Always does a great job

I was there for a radiator flush & fill and an oil change. Technician that worked on vehicle was nice, easy going and respectful.I was waiting on immediately upon arrival, which was approximately 9am, and drove away at 9:25ish. Very clean facility but no coffee to be had in the customer waiting area.Prices, in my opinion, were high. But prices are HIGH AT ALL automotive shops.GREAT JOB, TERRY!!!

From the time I arrived to the time I was pulling out was about half an hour. Very pleased with the amount of time I was there, and the staff was friendly. I had a license plate light out, so they were able to fix that in addition to the oil change. Would highly recommend!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Had a great and painless experience here. Very very friendly and respectful staff, fast process, and I was in and out in 20 minutes. I drive a Camaro so I expect a pricier oil change, and the cost for me was lower than I was expecting. I will be back here!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

do not go here. First of all they are very expensive second of all I went in for an oil change and I told them I wanted the $55 oil change. He s then tried to convince me to get the $84 oil change but I said no I ll take the $55 one. He then charged me for the $83 one instead. Then I need my headlights replaced because they were getting a little dim and one was out. I provided the bulbs because I bought them the night before because I knew they need changed. I understand charging for the labor of putting them in but one of the lights he put int didn t work and before he told me he wouldn t charge me. but he didn t test it until after I paid and then said he wouldn t refund me He also did the very stereotypical thing male mechanics due to women and thatis just tell them everything needs replaced and tell them to buy it. Only reason it's not 5nstats is because they were short staffed (not their fault) but iy took a bit longer. I've never had a problem here.

If I could give a 2.5 I would. To be honest I love the place and the guys were real nice. My first time going they told me real info for something I was gonna get done and ended up telling me I should honestly wait and look more into the issue before having my transmission flushed. They were super real with me and cool about everything. I went a couple times, and never had an issue and only positive things to say until the last visit. I have a 2000 Monte Carlo and they left the air filter housing open. That being the case caused major issues after a while with my engine. I had no idea it was even left opened until I managed to drive it to my hometown (by this point the engine was being choked by too much air intake and would die when idling if not given a little gas) and had my uncle, who is a mechanic, take a look at it. Shortly after the visit my car s check engine light came on and it said it was the Idle air control valve, so I bought one and replaced it. Then it started saying it was other stuff. Turns out after making sure the housing was closed and there weren t any other vacuum leaks, it no longer has the issue of the engine being flooded with air (there were no other major vacuum leaks). As a broke college student I wish I would ve gotten it into the shop but I could not afford it with everything going on. Still love the place, and may even go back tomorrow with the vehicle I m using till my Monte Carlo is back up and running. Everybody makes mistakes, but this one has cost me. At the same time though they have saved me money in the passed from telling me to look into flushing my transmission fluid before full sending it on the flush. Mixed feelings.

These guys and gals are the best. They combined great customer service, great prices and, great skillsets to help me with a variety of mechanical needs in a fast and efficient way. I have been very pleased with my experiences here. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

I went here for a oil change. They did the oil change and checked my filter, stated that I needed a replacement so I said yes. I drove home and my engine light came on. I called back and no answer. First thing the next day I came and spoke to Keith which was one of the guys that worked on my car the day before. He stated that they did not have a way to check my engine light code and that I had to go to autozone to find out. I asked Keith if him and his team could check out the work they did yesterday because my car was acting funny. He stated that if it was something that they did I would be reimbursed. So after asking him multiple times to check their work he finally decided to check it out. Several employees came to work on my car. Shortly after a employee named Antoine came and assisted. He was more helpful than the others. Antoine pulled out a device that turned off my engine light and they said I was good to go. Again shortly after leaving the light came back on. I called and told them what happened and I was told to check with my mechanic and if it was something they did wrong then I would be reimbursed. I took my vehicle to my normal mechanic and was notified that my filter tab was broken. The repair costed $400. I took the broken filter and paperwork to the manager on duty Ryan. Ryan immediately denied that his team did anything that could of caused the issue. I asked him to look into it and asked for the GM Terry, which Ryan decided to be secretive and state he would talk to him. I gave Ryan my number and asked for him to have someone call me regarding being reimbursed since I was promised. I have called several times and been told by Ryan that it is being investigated and what not but that was weeks ago, now everytime I call the phone goes straight to voicemail. I called another location and asked for Terry who is the GM and was given the run around stating that it s against their policy to contact their GM. I work in customer service and completely understand the game they are playing. This is unacceptable and I do not recommend using their services. I am currently playing phone tag with them and I am being ignored as a paying customer. All I wanted to be was reimbursed for them breaking my filter causing me to pay for repairs. I am very upset and would love to talk to someone in corporate or someone that could help me. Sounds like I might have to take legal action in order to resolve a simple issue which is unfortunate. **UPDATED**DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE** I am an ASE Certified Auto Tech with 17 years of professional work in my background including managing a quick lube. I took one of my customers car to here to get the oil changed, because i do not have time or make any money on oil changes(honestly a good quick lube are an auto techs best friend), and on the first day it gets driven, it is pouring oil all over its parking space, no oil on the dipstick with only 16 miles on the oil change. This is not the first car I have taken here and I understand things happen so I take care of my customer and wait for the next business day. Next day I call and speak to the manager, explain the problem, he says he will talk to his area manager and call me back. About a half hour later he calls me back and without ever even looking he says after reviewing the video the car had a pan saver in it and they could do nothing about it. Let me stop here and say if the pan saver was indeed the problem I would have no problem with what he said. But they never looked at the car, at this point it could be anything, maybe it really had nothing to do with the oil change, but again they never even tried to verify this is the case. So I picked up the car took it to the garage and found the drain plug was completely missing. A faulty pan saver might leak but it does not fall completely out all by itself, that happens because of technician error. I went back with pictures to talk to the manager face to face, he has given me options to take this further. I will update this review according to how this is handled further....After calling and dealing with the customer care twice and talking to the Area Manager and now waiting for a call back for three days. I suspect they have decided they will not do anything about it. I am only out about $100 but this could be an engine. Again do not get your car services here.

I always have great service at this Valvoline and I brag on them that they are my favorite oil change place in town. Even if there is a line, I m never there longer than an hour. Never had an issue with my oil changes either. Natalie is my favorite, but I met Michael today and he was just as nice.

People are nice enough and they did their job. I drive a company truck and it took them forever to figure out how to look up the fleet number and get approved for the oil change. And then after that their workers kept getting distracted and gossiping with each other I ended up being there for over an hour and a half just for an oil change and tire rotation. People seem very nice though overall

I was very pleased with my experience. Staff was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Not the cheapest oil change around, but worth it for the quality of service, technology and speed. They informed me of dealer recommended maintenance but didn t pressure me into anything.
