I always have a smooth interaction with the service department for my buses. They communicate constantly and typically have the vehicles turned around in a very reasonable time (depending on parts of course). Lori in service is awesome to work with and keeps the process smooth for the customers and techs. The parts department has also always been easy to work with and helpful in finding parts nearby if they can t get it (due to after hour or weekend orders).

Great people to deal with in parts, I live in New York and have never seen the respect of clients like here. First time in this place, but I must say, impressive. One of the best Freightliner spots I've been to so far and I've been to many of them all over the country. The driver can enjoy a beautiful, clean waiting area. You can even take a shower. !!! The staff is very friendly to the drivers. The service is good and quite fast. Good luck, guys. Let the Almighty take care of you. The locksmith forgot to lock the hood of my truck, it's good that nothing happened on the road. I drove 600 miles on the highway.

The service was prompt and upfront with estimates and no hidden fees. They fixed everything we needed and serviced our generator. Pricing wasn t bad, a little high, but the work and customer service was definitely worth it! They re pet friendly, they have a clean waiting room and the shower was clean and super hot, which was a blessing. Thank you again, and hopefully we don t need anything else fixed in the future, but if we do, we re coming here, it s worth the drive! We drove over 220 miles to this place because they were worth it. Careful who you bring your diesel pusher rv too, cuz most places and their reviews were horrible, this place, a blessing. I d recommend them!

I was on the road for work and my Sprinter Van was badly in need of new front brakes. Despite being midday on a Saturday, Truck Centers took me right in and got to work. The waiting room is very comfortable, and I was updated on the progress of my van throughout the process. The parts and labor was top notch, but the price was very reasonable. They had me back on the road within a few hours. I highly recommend Truck Centers, Inc. of Evansville for any and all Freightliner truck and Sprinter van parts and service. It's always refreshing when a bad day is turned into a surprisingly great day by the kindness and quality service of a business.

Super impressed how they got me in immediately and got to work. Told by another driver and my road assist adviser they had similar experience here. Best experience at a dealer I ve had. Give 10 stars if I could!

Laurie at the front desk was kind and understanding, she set up the computer to tree truck right away and explained what the tech told her. I would like to see the techs explain the issues and repairs in more detail to help us, as drivers learn and understand(if we want to) . I know that clients aren't allowed in the shop for safety reasons, so maybe have a way for techs to explain as they go thru an app or something...? Just a thought. I just would have liked more detail explanations for what was done, especially since this is the 8th time my truck has been in the shop for the same issue (DEF Failure).Overall, I'm very appreciative for all the staff and all the thorough work that was done!

First I would like to say that I am owner operator from Chicago. Second,I'm thinking to bring my truck here every time when I need to fix something. I will drive empty from Chicago because in Chicago I need at least 15 days to wait in a dealer,here you can do that for day or 2,max 3 days.By far they are fastest dealer that I know. And most important thing on the end,there is no reclamation on their work. Excellent job guys....

I have been to other Freightliner repair facilities before and this one is awesome! The driver lounge is nice with comfortable recliners, the bathroom is clean, and they even have a shower with the ability to get shower supplies if needed.I was there for several hours while the repairs were done. The staff didn t know if the fast food places had the lobby open so they offered a ride to go get food if I wanted.Once the repairs were completed it was very late and the chance of finding parking at the nearby truck stop was not good. They allowed me to stay over night on their property.This is his all repair facilities should treat customers!

This place is awesome. The customer service is exceptional. Sheila and Makayla are fantastic. The facilities are clean. The staff are extremely courteous and mechanics are knowledgeable and efficient. I will drive 100 miles out of the way to come to this location. I highly recommend this shop for great service and competitive prices. Thanks for the service guys and gals. Keep up the great work. Very satisfied customer here. P.S. The lounge chairs are so comfortable, they are guaranteed to put you sleep after taking a shower in their facility.

Had a great experience tonight. I got here around 1730 and they had my wire issue fixed by 2300. I was so impressed that they were able to diagnose and fix the problem in such a short time. I've been to other dealers that were not as fast. Ill be back in the future with more problems I'm sure.

Terrible placeTechnicians are keep replacing partsThe parts they re replacing giving more problems, codesAfter replacing one part, they start replacing another part.They don t want to look from point A to Point B because that takes their time and more hand work, so they find easy job just replace the part.Hourly working shift, really don t care how much customer have to pay for the nonsense replacing parts and labour cost.If you are owner operator, please stay away from this location.

We brought our rv in for factory recall. Right away we knew this was THE place for service. We were greeted by Sheila who right away started the procedure. We have never received the level of courtesy, professionalism, and genuine interest in our problems anywhere like this business. We were kept informed of the progress and when we had to leave it overnight we were shuttled 70 miles to our home. Like I said we were quite satisfied and will recommend Truck Centers to anyone who is in need of great service.

First time in this location, but have to say - nicely impressive.One of the best Freightliner location I have been so far ,and I have been in a lot of them around whole country.Driver can enjoy nice, clean waiting area.Even can take a shower!!!Employees are very nice to drivers.Service good and pretty fast .

Mike's the man... Fast good service, very polite and competent, Extremely knowledgeable. Continued working all the way up to and past closing to get me finished. Forgot to grab my spare key, Mike brought it down the road to me. You can tell these people enjoy their jobs and take pride in it. It shows in their work ethic. Had continual updates on truck as they were figuring things, finding the issue, getting approval, and fixing the issue... Highly recommended

These guys were awesome. Got us in on Friday night and found wire on Injector was bad and fixed. Nice to have a dealer that actually can get their trucks in and take care of them. Thank you everyone in Service

Since day 1, I have only been so impressed with Truck Centers! Their team cares. Makayla in the service department is super helpful and so is Drew who is one of their skilled service technicians. It seems like the word "no" does not exist in their vocabulary. When I need the truck fixed quickly, they find a way to get it done. If I need a ride back or can't drop my truck off, they've got it covered. They make it so easy for the customer and are very accommodating! Also, their PM services come at some of the best rates I have ever found! They consistently go above and beyond in the customer service they provide. If 6 stars were an option, I would give it to them!

I am the owner of JC transportation, this is byfar the best service center I have ever been too to get work done,,they got me in and out in a timely manner.... people there are really nice and very helpful. Just wanted to say thank you for a wonderful experience

This service team was absolutely awesome!I broke down on Friday night about 10 miles away. The service advisor gave me phone number and info on wrecker service, upon arrival my truck was given immediate attention and before they closed for the day, I had diagnosis, and estimate. They had the parts in stock and by 3pm Saturday I was back on the road! Hat's off to this team of professionals!

Three words, Super, helpful and politeness. Bought a 600k+ miles Cascadia 2 months ago, been driving it now for one month and it has brought me a few surprises that quite frankly, I was a little surprised about. As the saying goes "chance favors the prepared" or something like that. Well, I was prepared but could not find a place that gave me any confidence or they couldn't touch my truck for two weeks. Called Truck Centers and was told to bring the truck in for diagnosis. These guys are faster than lightning, got me in, dealt with my warranty company and got me fixed and back on the road. They even had the part in stock for the problem I was having with my after treatment system. The tech even took the time to explain some idiosyncratic qualities of my particular truck to look out for. Now, I don't even want any other Freightliner dealer to touch my truck. A+++ class service, have no worries about where to service your Freightliner, just take to this store. BTW the lounge is amazing and there is a shower in the lounge area. Did I mention A+++ class?

One of the best Freightliner dealerships!Friendly staff!Steve the second shift (service department)manager very knowledgeable and will work you in as quick as possible!Comparing to other dealerships this one is easy to communicate!And Parts Department very knowledgeable guys (2nd shift)They are always ready to help whether you call them or come in person!

You cannot take your class 8 truck to a better place. PERIOD!! I live just over 100mi away and have no reservations about driving there for repairs. There is a dealership a lot closer to me but I do not go there any more because of the level of service I receive when I come here. I have sent many of my owner operator associates here to have their needs met. Laurie, Steve, Dallas, and the whole maintenance crew ARE THE BEST!! They are the Paragons of Excellence!

I have only bought parts here, but the staff is always courteous and more than willing to help find the correct parts or solutions to the issues you have. I have to come from Louisville (240 miles round trip). Each person I've dealt with over the last year has been great.

Compared to other dealers such as Volvo Peterbilt Kenworth cat these guys do a great job overall prices are decent and they will get you out in a timely manner for this reason I'll go with Freightliner again downtime reduction is very important in this industry
