I ve had several oil changes done on my car here. Today my low break fluid light came on and I called because I didn t know what that meant and they told me to bring it on by. I was there about 5 minutes later. A gentleman by the name of Brian (I think) came out and checked it for me and put more fluid in. I didn t have to wait and they didn t charge me for that. They take GREAT care of their customers. They earned my business!

I took my van to this shop 2 months ago and they changed put all new parts for the breaks and then later now the wheels got rusty and they say it s normal I took a second option and they are going to have to replace everything again because they did a bad job the first time.Not recommended to go here because they are not good at seeing what the problem is they need to see the car in very bad position to see what the problem is. It was not cheap either not a good price for these results.

Great service, wonderful experience!! Quoted me on tires over the phone but didn't have 4 of my size when I dropped it off. So they gave me 4 others at the same price they quoted me. My vehicle was finished in no time. I would highly recommend going here!!

Had the bad fortune of running over a screw that put a slow leak in one of my back tires. In a time crunch, I (carefully) drove over to Discount Tire who tried to convince me that all of my tires needed to be replaced because they "could not put the tire back on once they took it off". I took my business to Tornatta and couldn't have been happier. No questions asked; they patched the leak and I was on my way in no time. Efficient, no-nonsense business.

These guys are great at what they do. And what do they do? Anything to do with the underside of a car or small truck, period. The guys that took care of my vehicles were professional mechanics. I traveled more than 500 miles passing maybe a thousand others to be sure to get the very best of service and I was not even remotely disappointed. Thanks Tornatta Tire, I'll see you next time I need service.

I made an appointment and they kept the appointment time as scheduled. They looked at my car and got back with me very fast. They told me everything that was wrong with it and the cost to fix it. They told me they would have to schedule a time to do it because it would take a few hours. They did not charge me anything to look at my car. Also I noticed some prices for different services on their board on the wall and in my opinion they were very fair. I would recommend this place.

Tornatta ripped me off!!I went in there needing a set of new tires and I asked him if they had any deals. So they set me up with four new tires for about $700. About 8 months later I had a flat tire and come to find out all four of my tires were bald. How could this be that tires that were less than a year old were already bald? It turns out that the tires that they gave me were only rated for 20,000 mi. And just to for some context here, I just bought four new tires from Costco that are rated for 65,000 mi with installation came to $650. Tornatta did this hoping that I would come back in to get more tires from them. I've been a customer of Tornatta for many years, but after this they will never see me again.

I was concerned about my brakes, so I took my car in to Tornatta. I dropped it off in the evening when they were closed, and they looked at it first thing in the morning. Turns out there was just some air in the brake line and they flushed it out. They didn't charge me anything! I was both surprised and appreciative. I will definitely return for any future service I need.

They were very nice and friendly and even though I didn't have an appointment they got my truck in and changed the brakes that day, I only had to wait a little bit. They checked both front and back brakes only told me that I needed the back brakes, did not try to sell me not needed front brakes. I felt the price was good.

The guys here are always nice and get the job done well. Pricing is always fair, and they never try and talk you into getting a service that you don't need. Highly recommend going here for any of your vehicle needs!

Caught out without a spare tire(stolen from truck bed)when wouldn't you know it, flat tire! Couldn't have been a much worse time either. I wasn't in a real good location giving me few options for getting a replacement. The closest being Tornatta East. The existing tire wasn't worth saving at this point and I chose to drive the 1 1/2 miles to the store which of course shredded it. I was in a fix, I knew it, they knew it and I was already figuring on being taken advantage of when I pulled in. Walked in, met with friendly staff who quickly took care of me and didn't gouge me with inflated price. I couldn't be happier with the service and price and left their lot telling my companion that I wouldn't do business with anyone else from this point forward. My new go to store for tires. All I can do is say Thank You Tormatta Tire, you have a new customer.

I bought tires there in June ..I ran over a screw in Nov..They were very busy when I arrived ..They took the time to fix my tire..promptly..They are very professional..A great team there....

This place is far by the quickest, least expensive, and do great work. David, the manager, always makes sure that the coustmer is notified as soon as problems have been diagnosed, before any work is done. In a timely manner, I'll add. Use these guys all the time, for all kinds of repairs. They treat you with kindness and respect. Great bunch of fellas, and very knowledgeable.

No frills, straight talk. I've trusted Tornatta Tire for the past 15 years with all my tire purchases and they always take care of me quickly & efficiently. If I've ever had a flat they get me in right away and fix the flat (if possible) free of charge. Highly recommended!

Great place! I needed 4 new tires, they were able to get me in and out within 35 min. Administrative staff is friendly and knowledgeable . Decent pricing! Definitely recommend!

My mom made an appointment a week ago to have an axle changed that they said was bad. She drives 40minutes to get there this morning when they would not answer their phone. They checked her in and gave her a loaner van that her and my boys said smelled like 3 homeless people had been living in it.They then called her about 30minutes later told her they didn't the part for it in. So thanks for wasting her day.

Great place, great service with fair prices. Would recommend. They work on most cars including my Ford, Volvo, Jag and Honda. From oil change to belts and hoses. Of course they also do the basics. Tires, rotations, radiators alternators.

Went in at 7:30 this morning to get my Sequoia's tires rotated and balanced. Cost was very reasonable and they were incredibly fast and truck is riding just as it should. Would definitely go back.

Buyer beware, they sold me 2nd rate blems at full price so make sure you double check what tires you ended up with and are not stamped "blem". Look close it's hard to see but you'll see it. After I called them out on it they offered me a partial to full refund or 1st rate tires at my choosing without any hesitation like they'd spewed this speech before you know?Also' they checked alignment and printed report to show I needed one. A week later I showed my alignment reports both before/after to a certified Toyota tech who said my truck was not out of alignment at all to start, Tornatta turned my steering wheel just a ticks turd and then printed out the report saying the alignment was needed. Then they pretended to do an alignment...Buyer beware!!

My husband walked into their shop stating he needed new tires...one had a slow leak. Owner (we think) checked out the problem & said new tires weren t needed. Mechanic removed nail & repaired tire. Honest business!

Someone told me about this place 2 years ago and I've been going ever since the man yes they are men but the correct term to use for them is gentleman inside of that establishment it's so respectful kind-hearted sweet and generous they will go out their way to make sure you are happy before you leave every time I walk in everyone has a smile on their face even the owner then get the pleasure of meeting him yet but I for sure look forward to it

I had prompt and courteous service. They took my car in as soon as I got there, patched my tire, and had me back on the road for a decent price. I will definitely go back. :)

My daughter and I were in Evansville when the brakes on my truck locked up and they went the extra mile to get us back on the road. Very friendly and much appreciated all the hard work to help us so we could get home.

Started using them again this past year after being out of the state for a couple years. This place is fantastic. Always answers my questions however silly they may be. Great prices and they are a local business. Doesn t get better than that. They will continue to get my business as long as I live here.

Says they are open today. I m here in the parking lot. I see some lights on but the doors are locked. Disappointed. Hours on google need to be updated as Closed on Christmas Eve. Some of us don t work normal 9-5 jobs and need reliability.
