Be careful about this place, they fix a simple issue but tell you it s bigger and so you re replacing things that don t need it. Scammers, TLG in Columbus, Ohio is same way so it s a company thing. Year and half ago Columbus TLG tells me it s my Turbo, I took my truck and left, still haven t had any issues with Turbo, ends up being a sensor. Just warning you guys! Office people are nice then when you turn around they get you with no lube!

Excellent service here folks .. I had a ride issue with new truck... A issue from the start .. ... I Went to several Peterbilt service departments and almost 70 thousand miles later when I found TLG Peterbilt in Evansville ... Guess what happened next !?!... Problem solved A BIG Thank you to all of them & God bless you all

Friendly people, VERY FAST truck service. Got clocked in around 8am and I was gone by 7pm. Fast considering I didn't have to sit for 2 or 3 days waiting

Great place to take your truck. They fit me in right away and the techs Nat and night mgr Devyn went above and beyond to help me get back on the road! Even continuing to work when it started raining! Ron the parts guy was awesome too being diligent to find me my starter! THANKS GUYS, you ROCK!

Had an emergency repair job on Wednesday night, late. Couldn t get in before they closed, but they let me park in front of the building until next morning.They actually had the fuel line I needed for my N14 Cummins! Said they would squeeze me in, which I was grateful for that. 30 minutes later they had my truck in the shop, and 30 minutes after that they were done!!Extremely happy with my experience and would highly recommended.Will definitely be back if I need anything.

Very Happy! Came in with check engine light..and of course busy. I was diagnosed, repaired and on to my next stop quicker than I anticipated. Kurt and Devyn worked together to make this happen.

Friendly helpful staff. Haven't had as much success with the service department. Had a truck here twice because of excess oil in the blowby. Both times they told us nothing was wrong. A week after the second time, the turbo went out.Update : it's been 1 1/2 weeks since I messaged them like they said in their reply below, no response. I gave them 2 emails and a phone number. So I'm dropping them to 1 star.

Went in for clutch replacement came out with a vibration, air leak on air lines to transmission, and hard to get into and out of gears when stopped. After several times and thousands of unnecessary repairs such as rear differential replacement and got truck back with axles not torqued and leaking and still having vib. Next trip back replaced clutch servo cause of still having issues with gears and clutch pedal had 2 1/2 inch free travel on a hydraulic clutch. Got truck back same issues. The dealership sent me to ofallon mo. Mid America Peterbilt where I was under impression they were going to hook a loaded trl and test drive it with equipment that finds vibrations. Mind you the vibration only occurs when going up long steep hills between 1100-1200 rpm s in 9-10th gears on an Eaton 10 speed transmission. At times it was so bad it seemed that something was going to come apart. Ofallon only tested engine vibration to find #5 injector bad which has been showing a misfire code for 5 yrs. yes and explained that was not the vib. Issue. I was assured it would fix issue and it did not. Brought truck back next day with a loaded trl. and their equipment failed so I left due to time of delv. On load. Got to Knoxville with load could not shift properly (grinding and not able to shift into gears while moving) took truck to Pete store in Knoxville to. Good people.good work and very helpful. That night it was troubleshoot and was told it could be internal trans failure. Took transmission out found input shaft worn out, carrier bearing fork worn out, and input shaft bearing bad ( had movement) and clutch wear pattern poor ( different from one side to other) replaced everything and truck runs great seeking attorney. First time I took truck to Evansville Peterbilt they changed the radiator only to put the old one through hood, door and sub panel. Took truck in for an overhead, didn t make it home before ck engine lights were on and only live 20 miles from location. It was late so took it back next morning to find out I needed main wire harness replaced ( maybe some big feet Da!) while overhead was being done in the grease bay I called because of grease all over frt and rt side of truck. Was told it didn t happen here. I asked them where my foot scratcher was and they said come in we will look for it. When I got there I was told let s go back to the grease bay that s where it was worked on

David Johns ! The legend of the salesman s ! That s the right person to ask for, because he is NOT a salesman who just want to sell something and who will answer your call when he want. David is very friendly, patient and professional salesman who will be 24/7 available for you, whenever you need him he will answer your call and he always work hard to help you and answer your questions. Big respect to TLG and David ! Great trucks !

Came here with a small issue that turned out to be a big issue. Got it fixed up right. These guys are professionals all around. Super polite and professional. I would definitely come back here for repairs. Kudos to this place.

Misdiagnosis done by night crew. Was told chassis node was bad and part not available. I later locate part and go to a different peterbilt only to be told chassis node is good. The wire going to node was bad. Headlights work just fine. Misdiagnosis done on regen issues. 1800.00 spent on hub fan.and $1400.00 spent on wasted misdiagnosis (fixed nothing) and to fix a clamp on exaust. Again gouged hrs. First and last time to this dealership.

Worst peterbilt I've been to. Poor customer service skills from the shop manager. Treated me like a criminal because I slept in my bunk overnight (me thinking they were 24/7 as was every peterbilt I've visited). Got a minor issue fixed with coolant line and left the shop with two more issues that they denied was their causing. Even when I suggested how they picked the rear of the truck up with a forklift could've caused the issues on ABS and traction sensors they denied fault. They wouldn't even look to see if it was a simple fix. They just told me to get out of their bay. The shop managers name was Alex I believe. Avoid if possible and take business to Nashville or elsewhere.

My driver stopped here to by a Windshield wiper arm assembly . They charged us $87.37. Since it was raining he decided to put it on down the road in better weather since it was on the passenger side. Well they gave him the wrong part even though we gave them the VIN number. So while we were unloading in Memphis TN we decided to see if we could trade it in at the Peterbilt dealer there and get the correct part, but since they don't belong to the same group we could not. The Memphis dealer sold us the correct part for $30.59 .We went back to the Evansville Location to return the wrong part and they told us since it was opened they could not give us our money back.To me this is a total rip off.... 1st they charged us over $50 more for the part and then wouldn't let us return it or even exchange it for the correct part. It's not my driver's fault that you can't give us the correct part. So now we have to eat the loss.Beyond Frustrated!!!!

This is the best Peterbilt dealership I have been to. They are very polite and did everything to help me. They got me going quickly. My favorite by far! Great people who care!

Really good bunch of guys willing to help out anyway they can. They helped me tremendously with that electrical issue thank you Bruce, Stan and RonEnded up being an alternator and they are the only ones that carry one.

Charged me 185.06 for warranty work that should of been free. They to diagnose.....and they found nothing wrong. The item they "supposedly fixed is leaking again......will not be back

DON'T GO HERE!! SPENT $14K AND PUT DIRTY ANTIFREEZE BACK IN THE ENGINE AFTER FULL HEAD JOB PLUS BROKEN PLASTIC WIRING HARNESS COVER! NO OIL LEAKS PRIOR TO GOING IN NOW VALVE COVER'S LEAKING AND GONE THROUGH 10 GALLONS OF ANTIFREEZE IN 2100 MILES.... VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTMENT.

Took truck in for alignment issues, they tell me early the following morning they ordered a drag link and truck would be ready by that evening.... following morning they tell me the part did not come in and would not be in until after the weekend.

Very busy. Do not expect to get service if you just walk in. Trucks everywhere. Don't know what that means! Good or bad!
