Went in there about an hour before close last night hoping and praying for something to work I couldn t get approved anywhere else on a car but let me tell you Ryan and his co workers are extremely welcoming and energetic , and the best part he got my approved for my first car loan ! If you don t thing you can be bet get approved go see Ryan sperling at superior auto ! Great job p.s. I love my 2016 ford fusion !

Just got a 2017 Ford Focus SE Hatchback at Superior Auto in Evansville, IN. Lucy was an absolute AMAZING car sales rep. I absolutely recommend Luey at Superior Auto!

We were looking for a second car that would fit our budget and Jennifer work with us really well, from start to finish she make sure we wasn t leaving that lot without a car. Her customer service was above and beyond, i am very pleased with her service. Definitely would recommend

These people are a real joke, instead of communication about a payment that was overdue one whole day after months of never having problems they would rather just say nothing lock up the car and make sure there s no way to get a hold of them over the weekend. The rates are extreme and their customer service is terrible. Evansville really needs to do better hopefully just like Wendy s. They go out of business to.

I had been a customer for several years and two car's ago to rebuild my sons credit which we successfully did. During our time with Superior Auto Evansville, IN District Managers and employees alike have come and gone however for the most part my son and I had positive experiences. I found honest and helpful people at the Evansville, IN location. When you need a vehicle and have less then perfect credit as my son did a buy here pay here auto dealership was the only option. The down side was the interest rate as it was high and you pay a lot more for the vehicle; but what do you expect when your credit is shot? Superior Auto wants to keep existing customers but do understand when you reach financial maturity and are able to buy somewhere else at a much lower interest rate. I did ask prior to trading in our car elsewhere if we could get a lower interest rate and learned that wasn't an option.I want to thank Superior Auto for years of professional and helpful service. I do recommend Superior Auto to others who may need a hand up to rebuild financial auto security as we did.Thank you,

Really friendly staff and easy to work with! I've been looking for a car and had no hope of finding one. They were awesome and helped me get into a car today with a great deal! I definitely recommend anyone having troubles getting a car to give them a shot!

Josh is amazing!!!!! Got me in the car I wanted, and it exceeded my expectations!!! I just bought a 2014 Chevrolet Impala, very VERY nice! Runs smooth and I love the sunroof!! This is my second car I have bought from Superior Auto! The staff was very attentive, as soon as I walked in, they asked if I needed anything. So I highly recommend this place!

We came in with no Hope and guess what?!!! They make our day a blessing. Jennifer and Joshua are really helpful.. Me and my husband got a 2008 LEXUS ES on the same day and it's a beauty!!!!! If your looking for a car I recommend this place!

We laughed we talked and I bought a new used car! Even the new management handled everything great. I know taking over a new store it gets crazy but they gave me all the information I needed on the few cars that I was interested in! Thank you Superior Auto!

I had a very pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle at Superior Auto Sales in Evansville, IN. Joshua the manager was very professional and courteous, as well as his team. Personally I am not the easiest person in the world to please but I have to admit it was a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend to anyone in search of a nice used vehicle to stop in and they will work with you. You will not be disappointed.

Josh is excellent, He did everything he could to make sure i got a great car && deal.. I highly recommend...On my third car with superior (other two totaled) Josh has been excellent and very understanding, never met a better sales rep/manager..Go get your cars guys!!!!

I would never do business with a company that sends out mailers that are made to look like checks before opening them.Stop having scummy marketing and sending junk mail if you want new customers.

Superior Auto in Evansville Indiana were super friendly, they answer all your questions and they get you in any car you like all in the same day. I would recommend to anybody going there. And very affordable.

Great customer service!Would recommend this company to anybody that needs a little help with getting a vehicle. Haven't had a problem with my husbands vehicle since we got it in march! Never in my life have I had a company care so much about getting us into a comfortable payment and making sure we got what we wanted! Thanks again Superior Auto.

If you get a rewrite done it takes a week to get done so your waiting without a car. The manager is very rude. I got cussed out by him for trying to explain what was going on. I m not the only customer Josh has cussed out and been very rude to.

Worst place ever. All they do is sell over priced junk. They tell you they will help you with your credit but wont report to the credit union until they repose it. I got truck from them and two days later it broke down on the side of the highway (bad alternator). Then a month later started having transmission problems . Im hoping someone will see this review and take it serious. By the way i didn't miss a payment i gave the truck back to them and now they are trying to sue me for it. Update... thay have taken me to court and I have to pay for that junk truck.
