Service was A+, got a great deal on a nice truck. They took the time to detail the truck before delivery, and made sure every little thing was taken care of. Every department I interacted with was jovial and nice, receptions, parts, sales and last but definitely not least the service department. I would definitely recommend paying these guys a visit if your looking to make a purchase anytime soon.

They have had one of our 26' straight trucks there now for several weeks and are completely unable to diagnose the problem. The truck is still under a manufacturer's warranty and yet they are still incapable of diagnosing or fixing the issue. If you have ANY other option to use I would highly suggest doing so, this place takes forever.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I was thoroughly insulted by an employee on night shift. I was asking her if she was working at the register or just doing the pizza. She told me to use complete sentences or she couldn't help me so I asked again. She told I haven't used a complete sentence yet. Seems like she was stereotyping. By the way I'm black and she's white. The point is I was trying to figure out what I said wrong to upset this lady called April. That's her name. I hope these are complete sentences for her. The guy cleaning the shower was very pleasant. I really appreciated his service his name is Adam fitting the first fleshly Man on earth. The shower was very clean.

Great team!! Had a broken driver side window from debris from a dump truck and they got me right in, and got it replaced, even though it was late, so I didn t even have to spend a night without it!! Thanks!!

I went in on a Friday at 12 noon for a coolant line leaking... Brian in parts told them I was coming in and had the part on hold for me ... service was quick on getting me in a bay , Andy was fast and did an awesome job ....For a Friday in and out about 3 hours ..Thanks guys , highly recommend.

Nice place to do business. Friendly staff. Had the part I needed when NOBODY IN THE WHOLE UNITED STATES AND CANADA DIDNT. I found it at Sternberg. Amazing place

Great parts department thanks to Larry very knowledgeable in parts an repair of International Trucks and other makes able to get Caterpillar engine parts clean environment courteous staff clean shop can get your truck worked on there

I bought an international truck from them the engine blew up within 12 miles and they would not help me out cost me almost $30,000 to have the engine replaced with a new Navistar rebuild

Place is a highly overrated joke. Get repairs and they leave half the bolts out of the transmission to the point its nearly falling out. Overpriced for their crappy work!
