Easy process and reasonably priced! Great communication. Plus a three year warranty on all work!! No complaints! I received an update via text every step of the way. They sent pictures along with each issue. Placed each item in a recommended priority to be fixed. Each issue had a quoted cost and gave a digital option to accept or deny being fixed at this time. Will recommend to anyone looking for auto repairs!

I had my headlights changed due to the bumper needing removed. The service was quick and very affordable. I got a quote for additional work needing done and it was very reasonable as well. The staff is very nice and helpful. Will be using Smith s for all my auto service needs!

Amazing service center! There s a reason Smiths Service center is a 5 generation family owned business. Smiths has taken care of my 2019 F250 for the past 4 years. They are wonderful to work with. With after hour drop off, text alerts about services due, to a complete emailed copy of the health of your vehicle, Smiths leads the way in a local owned and operated business. Honest, integrity, and priced right. Smiths has earned a customer as long as I live in this area. Amazing customer service! Very genuine ,trustworthy ,and family oriented .Wouldn't trust no one else. I've had others work on my vehicles before but my older van drives better then ever now that I tryed Smiths Service Center. They truly care about people and do only what needs done and doesn't try to add things on thats not absolutely nessacary. They check everything over and keep you informed every step of the way .They had my van back to me in a very timely manner also..You won't be disappointed many decades in business also. Knows what there doing the 1st time .Very good pricing as well . Definitely a 1st class shop, with top of the line honest people and mechanics. Which is so hard to find else where.

These guys have helped me out so much with my 99 suburban. I bought my first car ever with cash instead of making payments on a new one. I went to every shop around the east and west and was offered 4, 5, 6, 7 grand to get my "repairs" done! I showed them what all I had heard needed done and what makes them different is they will actually send you a video of what doesn't look right with your car. For example my pit was swinging and I never even knew till I checked the invoice and saw the video of the mechanic just wiggling it they gave me the best deal and even a discount for under 3k! They text you with updates and always are friendly. Wouldn't go anywhere else in evansville. It's smithsville in this house.

Went in for one service and after their routine check was told back pads where needing replaced. I had absolutely no signs of needing break pads so after a couple months I decided to schedule . Upon drop when I handed over my keys I asked the price for my back pads and was quoted almost $800. (Mind you I thought highly of this establishment even though they never fixed my original problem). When I questioned the extremely high price I was told by the bald guy " we don't replace pads because of squeaking issues we just go ahead and replace the whole thing and use the best system.. long story short my male friend told me to go back and get my car immediately! He had driven my car and new better. I regret even letting them finish my oil change.. mind you when I went to retrieve my vehicle the guy offered a lower price never denying I only needed back break pads smh. Where is the honesty in charging beyond total break replacement? And saying well I had a "luxury vehicle " it was a 2015 hyundai sonata!!long story short ended up getting my back pads front pads and a break light fixed at a local chain for under 400 hundred dollars. Smiths is disgustingly dishonest and not to be trusted especially if you are a woman. I will forever tell about their dishonest practices and they lost a customer

Everyone I spoke with was Nice, professional and more than willing to help. They fixed the problem in the time they said it would take and did not drag it out. I will be referring people and I plan on bringing my other vehicle also. I had an overall pleasant experience!!! Thank You!!!!

Very friendly and helpful. Communications by text and the tech sending photos of the problem with my 25 year old truck were time saving. The photos of the broken parts on the truck were very helpful. It was a pleasure doing business with Smith's Service Center.

Absolute best garage! Great service from Jessica at the front desk to Colin in the back who always takes care of my car and keeps her in top shape! Good old fashioned customer service ! Can't beat it anywhere! I love the full inspection. They will let you know what you can wait on, and what urgently needs to be done. Oh my goodness gracious! Thank you Walt and Smith s Service for saving me $1000s! I was told elsewhere that I needed a new timing belt, water pump, etc, but Walt said that work was done and there s a sticker to prove it! I have 30k miles to go. They completed the other maintenance needed and did a great job on the lift gate repair I needed! Thank you so much!!!

I am new to town, my family have been customers through two generations, they informed me of issues and were able to get parts and have it fixed by noon the next day.
