Service is fast and friendly. Prices for the tires are about average. The total price including installation and road hazard protection is the lowest I could find in Evansville. Also, they thankfully don't try to sell you gimmicks you don't need and the installation is very quick. I give only four stars because it's a hassle to make an installation appointment because nobody answers the phone at the entire Sam's Club in Evansville.

2 stars because the price was better than other locations in town. Service though is why it's only 2 stars. From the time they took off my first tire and put on my last tire over an hour. 5 guys walking around and 2 cars in the garage area and only 1 guy working on my vehicle.

Been a Sam s Plus member since 2001. After my experience purchasing tires for my vehicle, I question why? The complete experience was awful & I would NEVER recommend them. Go to any other place. Look at the reviews. I made a mistake thinking it would be convenient.

Employees were rude , service was terrible! We will never again buy tires from them. It took 2 months for them to get the tires in. And an appointment to put them on doesn't mean anything! After 2 hours they only put on 2 tires! Never again!
