Sams does an awesome job. They are very knowledgeable on front-end alignments and won't screw you over saying you need something fixed if you don't. As a mechanic, and I have brought several vehicles here to have alignments done, Sam's guys have caught bad parts that I have missed. Keep up the great work, guys!!!

Went there for a alignment and they tried to tell me I needed all kinds of parts and I said well I do all that kind of work myself, so as I left something told me to get a second opinion so I took it to best one the got me in 15 minutes and did my alignment, car drove straight as arrow then I call this sams automotive and told them about it all then they continued to lie to me saying I don t know what I m talking about and I told them I know what I m talking about I ve worked on a lot of cars and if I had a $20,000 piece of equipment laying around to do my own alignment I would of done it myself but I don t. Then Sam himself kept saying well you ll be back tried to get his worker to tell me how to check everything they say was wrong when nothing was wrong with my car. So don t deal with his scams

I've been going to Sam's exclusively for my oil changes, and they are very pleasant, professional and timely in their service. Personally I prefer to support small local businesses whenever I can. Happy to have found Sam's!

I needed a place to care for my car. I was being ripped off at a dealership. I am old and a widow and was new in town. My son referred me to Sam. He is honest and plus his wife works with him. They both wonderful to deal with !.

Just bought a car over the weekend, and having known Sam for a few years, I called him when I noticed something was wrong. He got me in quickly, diagnosed the issue quickly and the work was not only cost friendly, but second to none. Would strongly suggest taking any of your automotive needs to Sam s!

I most definitely do not recommend this place!!! He tried to get me for $400 for a service my car did not even need done! I took my car to get a front wheel alignment and they look at it and came back and told me my car had been wrecked and had severe frame damage and was so bent they couldn't do the alignment until I got that fixed. He said "I can do it for $409 and 3 hours and the $60 for the alignment. My uncle took it somewhere else and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the frame there was no damage at all and they did the alignment!!! He tells you that there is stuff wrong with your car when there's nothing wrong with it just trying to get extra money out of you!!

I have been using Sam's automotive for years for all 3 of my family's vehicles repairs and service. I have never been disappointed! Convenient drop off and pick up and quick turn around time! We also adore the lady who does the billing/answers the phone at this location. She is always ready with superior customer service and a smile!

He does gods work on cars. Very talented and funny guy. Labor is cheap. I'm just very glad I was able to find him. He reminds me a lot of my father who was also an excellent mechanic. You definitely need to try him of you're looking for a great mechanic. Do not pep boys ot stealership unless you have to. Sam is very prompt and has never failed me after lots of visits. You definitely need to give him a try even if you think your mechanic is the best. He won't disappoint. Trust.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Wheel alignment, Battery

After calling around and getting super high quotes and reading reviews we decided to come here. Im super happy with the work that was done and the price I was charged. Front brakes, coil pack and spark plug 400.00 it was done super fast. Thank you Sam!

I called this place based on discount tires recommendation for an alignment. Pep boys and best one offer a warranty with their wheel alignment. When I asked this guy he stated no one offers a warranty on one. When I mentioned the above places do he then changed his story and said well we may give like 30 days if something would happen. I had a sketchy feeling overall. Any reputable business would know their competition and what they offer in comparison. The whole interaction rubbed me the wrong way and I went elsewhere.

Sam is one of the kindest, most truthful mechanics you will find in town. He doesn't force you to break the bank for his services and gets your vehicle back to you very soon after dropping it off. Highly recommend!

Very satisfied with quality if work and price charged. I called 4 places for quotes to replace the front and back struts on my AWD 2011 Subaru Legacy. Best price from Sam. Sam was very thorough going over the repair to make sure he had the parts ready for my repar (as I live out of town and needed done in a day with no hiccups). Repair came in at price quoted, done in a day and I am very happy with the service. Sam is great to deal with, easy to talk to and an honest mechanic. Highly recommend Sam's Automotive off Burkhardt for all your auto repair needs.

Charged us 70 bucks to tell us that an air conditioner compressor is out and that they couldn't fix it. Thought maybe they used some supplies or something, but no, that's "diagnostic time." What a racket. 70 bucks an hour to do nothing. Will never come here or recommend this place.
