I have to take back my 5 star review. I took my Mazda to Rick for repair of power steering. He found a leak, said the part wasn't available. Finally he came up with a solution for the leak. When I picked it up he said it worked fine at normal speed but was still hard to steer at low to no speed. He also told me I should get rid of my car. Told me to try it out. I called him back a few days later and left a voicemail that I wanted the power steering pump repaired. Never called me back. But when I first picked it up he told me it was fine to drive.I just took it to Evansville Auto Repair and found out from them that I shouldn't have been driving it at all. Not only did the power steering pump need to be replaced but, by driving it, the rack and pinion was damaged. So now I have an additional repair with $550 in parts and $300 in labor. I could have saved all that money if Rick had repaired it properly or advised me not to drive it. Rick's a nice guy, but I feel that he really let me down, and was unprofessional to not either repair it properly or tell me to take it elsewhere.

Had my Mazda towed to Rick Reiter yesterday. Electrical system was out. Not only wouldn't start, no interior lights, even when charging the battery. In 10 minutes he found the problem, and 30 minutes later I was back on the road. And at a very good price!Thanks Rick!
