I normally do the service on my wife's vehicle, but I've been super busy lately. They told my wife what the issue was and they asked "why would you pay us to do it when your husband can do it." That's a great sign that they're not trying to get over on you. They solved the issue for over $700 less than what Raben was going to charge her. That's why I told her to get a second opinion. Quality Automotive has me as a customer now for anything I don't have time to work on.

Jeff and the staff at Quality have always taken care of me and my families car repair needs. They are very down to earth and honest at this shop. I appreciate their understanding when it comes to car repair, and they have some of the best rates in town! I would highly recommend this shop for anyone looking to get their car repaired correctly and at a fair price. They also stand behind their work, and that helps put my mind at ease when choosing a mechanic. It would be nice to see the shop have weekend availability but they have always worked well in seeing my car in a timely manner. No complaints at all!

Completely satisfied! I was referred to them. I found them completely honest, reasonably priced, and knowledgeable. I will give them first shot at any future work. I understand stand they can't do everything but a breath of fresh air dealing with auto repair. Thanks, guys!

The best place in Evansville for minor car repairs. They are reasonable on price and are one of the few shops I've been to that will actually make every attempt to keep your costs down. They even went as far as to tell me that I didn't need to replace a specific part I thought needed replaced. Told me it was a non issue and the car would still run fine without it...Now where would you hear that coming from a mechanics shop? They have earned a loyal customer for all my car care needs

3/24/22 just had to take my daughter-in-law's van in for work. And once again they did really good work very quick and at reasonable price. Very pleased with this company. Staff are extremely nice.They were very courteous and did a good job. Once they could get me in, they finished in a reasonable time. I'll use them again when I need repairs.

You always heard your dad preaching about the importance of knowing a good mechanic who will shoot you straight and treat you fairly? It s becoming harder to find these days as corporations take over the mom and pop garages.Well, their are a few still out there and none any better than Jeff and the team at Quality Automotive. Every time I go into Quality they are always so nice, timely and efficient. Yesterday, though was a different kind of customer service. I called frantic about a screw in my tire, they said bring it right in and within 10 MINUTES I was back in my car headed to my next appointment. Not only that, there was no charge. They are truly a class act and I will not take my car anywhere else.

I am so happy with their work! They installed new ignition housing for me on my first visit which was the best price around and super fast. Several months later my car was running bad with the powertrain light coming on!! I was afraid it was something big but turns out it was just a faulty wire and they got me in and out quickly. My car runs great now!! I can t thank the team at Quality Automotive enough! I live in Chicago and had some work done to our car 2 weeks ago at a shop up there. I came to Evansville for the holidays and our car started acting up again. I called and spoke with Bill at Quality Automotive who was so kind and did us a HUGE favor squeezing us in before we headed back home. Jeff (owner) and his team corrected the poor job that was done by the shop in Chicago and got us squared away within the same day. Its worth the drive to get all of our repair needs done here in town from QA&T! Great customer service, so reasonably priced, and just all-around great people!!!

I m always skeptical of using new places. I was actually referred here by another mechanic here in town. Quality Automotive has went above and beyond for me. Not sure to trust them!! since when does a front end alignment cost more just bcuz you got all new front end parts put on. I think it was bcuz I'm a female so they think I'm stupid. Very disappointed in how I was made to feel just bcuz I'm a female sigh.

Simply the best, no doubt about it whatsoever. Another shop was going to charge me $600 for brakes plus $200 just to fix a broken latch on my door. These guys fixed my brakes for $354 and didn't charge a dime to fix the door. The brakes work great as they do on my other car I had them put brakes on last year and it's nice to have my door latch working again. Not only did they charge fair pricing, they've always finished the work on the same day I've brought it in. Thank you very much and if I have to have more service (hopefully it'll be a while) I'm definitely coming back to quality automotive!!!

Fixed issue with vehicle and charged a reasonable price. Will definitely be going back.
