Picked up a trailer the company I drive for rented, very easy process somewhat friendly staff although I confused them and myself they were still able to get me in and out very quickly! Trailer was in decent shape everything worked so overall a good experience

The tech that worked on my truck was great. Figured out what the problem was and got it fixed quickly. Only thing is for the long waits... get better chairs...

Came into this Penske service center today, 10/05/20, due to a problem with my truck. I had a fluid leak somewhere around my differential. Not only did they diagnose it quickly, they got me fixed and running quickly. Not once did I hear "we're too busy" or "there's no way we can get to you today". It was good to get treated like I do at my home Penske location in Garner, NC.

I have been doing business for years with this branch and have never had a bad experience. Brian and Amy are some of the most professional people I've ever met. I wouldn't be in business without them. I truly love this place. Thank you Penske!!!

Very satisfied with their service. I recieved the vehicle I requested without any problems. They are very dependable and honest. I have not had the same experience with other rental facilities in this area. I highly recommend them.

Three experience of renting with Penske was easy and affordable. Friendly staff and helpful with questions or problems. I would highly recommend others looking for truck rental service to consider Penske for their moving needs.

Poor experience my boss had reserved 2 semi's in July for Oct 1st delivery tried getting them a week early but only had one truck ready so we decided to wait until Oct 1st so we could pickup both trucks we drive 2 hours to pickup them up o lying to be told they didn't have any trucks took 3.5 days to find one and never did get the 2nd truck

Great service. The Indiana Penskes are the best in class. A pleasant surprise to actually see someone check oil and wash windshield again.

PTL is much better now that they've moved to their new location. Modern facility with friendly staff. More room. Better all the way around.

Those guys all hate their lives. Its amazing that such a huge company has those kinds of guys working there. 1 cool guy there. Older guy who pumps the fuel.
