I wouldn't order any part from here if it was a gas cap which they probably order the wrong part. That's what happened to me and I had to rent a car costing me 218$ and while I was there exchanging parts the employee answered the phone and it was another customer complaint about wrong part ordered and I think O'Reilly's should reimburse me 218$ I'm filling complaint

Bad customer service. Don't know his name but the old guy with glasses is very rude. Sold me the wrong part and wouldn't refund my money. Told me he would exchange for the right part, but I didn't want their cheap part. Won't go back.

On Thursday 1/27/23 I stopped in inquiring about a fuse for my brake lights that weren't working. A young man behind the counter told me it probably would be the bulbs and offered to check them he found that both were blown and he replaced them for me. He was was helpful and friendly and I appreciated his kindness. I stopped at Advance on Covert Ave before stopping into O'Reilly and must say the man working there was not helpful at all and said he couldn't even tell me what kind of fuse that I might need and that it's probably a switch but surely never offered to check the bulbs. I will never go back into a Advance Auto again and I will always buy anything I need automotive from O'Reilly's and thanks again to the young man that helped this old lady and thanks to O'Reilly's for hiring a professional.

Pretty much the same as an "AutoZone", except for the pricing! Yes, unfortunately at this store you're gonna pay a little more. But, with that said they might just have what you need in stock when the Zone don't and has to order it.

If I could give this a zero, I would. I called to get a part delivered to me. They obliged and had my part on the way. This is where it goes south. I only had 100 dollar Bill's in my pocket and my part was 17.99. No biggie he says. His driver hands me 60.50 back as change... but the way she counted it, made me think she handed me the correct change. I opened the part and it didn't have what I needed so she said she would take my core off and bring me the other parts. Hour and a half goes by and she still not there. So I call manager Jeff. Who says she isn't coming back. So I tell him that I was missing 25 dollars and the rest of my parts!! He proceeds to tell me that she isn't coming back to do what she said she would deliver and if I could get down there I'd get my 5 dollar core back... but not my 20. Because he couldn't prove that she stole it. So do not go to this one. The driver chick is a thief and the manager doesn't know how to run an auto parts store.

Best service possible seriously! The manager Shawn at the covert store in Evansville is the best! He changed my headlight for me this morning! And believe me it wasn't easy! Best customer service I've ever seen!

Called for a product and explained what I needed. Waited on hold an someone else picked up to tell me the person had left. That just made me, thank them and go across town to AutoZone where I had no problem getting customer service.

Ordered and paid for a part (heater to water pump hose) on a Ford ranger. They told me when it would be there and when I got there to pick it up it had never been ordered. Other experiences haven't been bad but haven't been great either.

I went there this morning to inquire about battery and electrical testing for my vehicle. The associate that helped me was very rude and told me that the electrical testing has to be done at a shop. There was a sign out that said free electrical testing was done at that location. I have never had this experience before at any other parts shops. I will not be returning.

the location I usually go to I get to get in and out quite easy and I find that the parts are generally cheaper with O'Reilly's in other competitors so that is the first place I always go.

Matt , when asked a question about a bulb...replied he was a retired engineer,Then said did I want to buy them or not.BAD BEDSIDE MANNER.I guess engineers, aren't people oriented.
