Service was spectacular! My cashier Chandler was super knowledgeable on all of the aspects I needed to know about! He did however need to leave the register for a period of time but that was in order to save a baby kitten in the middle of the road. He also did a backflip!

Amazing people at 993. Nate went far, far above what I ever could have expected. Our alternator went out as we were traveling, of course at night. Nate helped us every step of the way. Top-notch employee.

They have pretty much any auto part you would need. They can also order anything they don't have. They are right next to a competitor so you have options in this area. It is kind of hard to pull out of the parking area when you want to go to North on 1st avenue. But you can do it.

I had the worst experience ever I went to ask for help with headlights and the associate Jonah was very rude and racist towards me, he told me to go get help from my own kind.! Do not recommend

I suffer from a broken back with chronic debilitating pain I had a plug blow out of my back tire on Diamond Avenue and I had a friend with me who is an amputee needless to say we both are in bad shape to change a tire and managed to pull into O'Reilly's parking lot and the young man named Cameron that works there went above and beyond his work detail I am so blessed that today he was working not only does he educate me but he also made sure that it was done correctly and then I got home safely I cannot say enough good things about that young man and that how blessed O'Reilly's is to have him as an employee I hope you guys pay him accordingly he is a good man and a hard worker thank you again Cameron

The website says they replace headlight bulbs, yet when I went in to have that done, they would not change the light. I don't think it should be advertised and in their website info if they don't provide that service.

This review is based on a product. Not the employs at this location they are very helpful and freindly.good service.I purchased a motor from orileys for my service truck it has been 4 years and I have only put 29000 miles on it now it makes a rattle noise all the time and the mechanics say it's a internal engine problem and they just want to put another motor in it..I feel like this should have lasted way longer and more miles for the cost .

O'Reilly's served me well today. I was looking for wheel paint which they had the paint and color unlike their down the street competition. They also mixed touch up paint for your car color code on the spot. Very satisfied all under one roof!!

Store manager knew his stuff and got me taken care of. 2 stars though due to his antisocial and rude attitude. Couldn t even thank me for giving him my business after I showed gratitude for his help. Customer service has declined in most store fronts in all industry these days. Therefore my overall experience tanked greatly after seeing how rude he was after getting my money. I won t be back.

So, I called ahead... Talked to James and told him multiple times what kind of motorcycle an six plus times... "James" even repeated it back to me.. But I got to store .... Oh boy.... I could already see he pulled one that 3/4 smaller.. Manager Robbie, asked what it was for... "Sooooo," I said "ok.. Feeling like repeat.. But... Remaining calm,.. Sooo, Robbie asked if I had told him(Jamie) what Battery was for I said yuppers... He even repeated it back to me... Manager was very nice, friendly, even though I was having bad day, I think manager Robbie was very helpful, first he listened. he couldn't price match his battery to theirs 115. An other place is 70.. But he did do a sweet deal for me... So on Friday (whoops, that's today...) get bike going places...,,,/h;;&..&.. f#!f .,.Freddy%thing#f2f f2f##====r hi

The guy today [Charles] is originally from Green River store, but he was helpful, friendly & just great 'customer skills'.My initial 1st visit here [3wk ago] I didn't care for their customer service or their lack of organization/knowledge when picking up my ordered part. Store cleanliness lacking too.

Never been to this one before...needed all fluids basically; getting ready for the first storm. This is my first car that I've had to care for by myself. They showed me the different options and were very kind. One also came out and helped me check and fill what was needed. I appreciate that a great deal! Thank you! Their customer service made a daunting task a simple fix, and I was able to leave there with confidence that I was prepared.

When your battery dies and you need help, who ya gonna call? Well, after a jump, I got to O'Reilly's where the most courteous man changed my battery. That sounds simple, but the fact is that I had no idea where my battery was. It was in the floorboard behind the passenger seat. The man was so kind. I recommend this place to everyone!

They're helpful but it seems they don't know what they're talking about half the time. If you talk to the right person, they'll get what you need the first time. Otherwise, plan on 5+ visits.

I was waiting in line (mind you I m female with all male workers. 2 on the phone and two waiting on a male customer).One worker gets off phone. I still wait patiently.Another male walks in store and male worker just off phone acknowledges him. This male says yes and walks up to him bypassing me.I say nothing and go next door to Auto Zone who has no problem waiting on me right away.
