I ordered parts online because it said they had them in stocks. I pay then it says pick up a week later. So I go in to get a refund thinking I'll go somewhere else and the man does the refund then tells me it'll be 3 days before I get my money back! You guys really need to work on keeping your inventory up to date, I won't be back.

Very very nice young knowledgeable woman that works there...The man that worked there was NOT interested at all in helping me find out how to put my tail light in she went above AND beyond,went out to show me how to do it!! THANK YOU YOUNG VERY PROFESSIONAL LADY!

Large store with a very good stock the staff is friendly and knowledgeable quick in and out. If your looking to put your car back in service I would recommend you give them a try.

Let me start off by saying that I am a very harsh critic when it comes to auto parts stores. I have been to several big box stores throughout the Evansville / tri-state area, and the people that work there try their very best but they're limited knowledge of actual Autocare shines through when you're trying to select a part or diagnose the symptoms that are wrong with your vehicle. The big rock stores will bring out a code reader to tell you what the symptoms of your car are saying. Once those codes are deciphered then they try their very best to select the right part but the codes that are red aren't always what's the problem of the car. That's why I always go to Napa on Vogel Road, the staff there is very knowledgeable, extremely professional and know how to diagnose problems correctly. I have had less repeat visits to the store because they know what part works and will stay working when you install it in your own vehicle, especially David Egan. He brings a superior customer service and knowledge When selecting an auto part that no other store in the tri-state can match.

Napa batteries come with an 18 month warranty. My warranty was expired by a few days. They worked with me and I got a new battery covered under warranty! Dave has always treated me fair. Will continue to be a customer of NAPA!

They always have or can get you the right part at a fair price they check. Your part and compare to your it to your old part to insure it is correct
