My experience at Muensterman s was the best service I ve experienced in a long time. They were able to see me quickly. They were able to fix my car in a timely manner, and most importantly, they were extremely respectful. I will be coming back in the future.

Called for 1st time on Monday. Fit me in and was done on Wednesday. Cost a fourth of what Nissan was going to charge for just diagnostic. Absolutely, unbelievable service! Hope i dont need to see you again soon, but will definitely call if something comes up.Thank you so much!

Was visiting family in Evansville and had car issues. They started working on my car right away and was able to get me back on the road to head home. Very nice people and they were able to fix my car at a great price. Highly recommend!

I was visiting Evansville from out of town and had a weird sound in my car. They checked it out and took care of me. Super fast, incredibly friendly. I wish I could find a place like this close to my home!!!

Nicest and most honest people. Got a quote 1/2 the price of what the dealership quoted us for a/c fix. Won t go anywhere else.

These guys are great! I bug them about every month to fix or replace something. From new tires and alignments to brake lines and CV axles, I ve never been disappointed and have always felt the price was more than fair. I do a lot of my own work when I can, but I m very glad I can reach out to these guys when there s a job I don t have time for. Definitely recommend!

Had a great experience with this business. I called in to setup an appointment and they were very patient and helpful over the phone. When I brought my car in they had excellent customer service and even remembered my name which made me feel valued as a customer. They were fast to inspect my car and call be back with updates. This place is fantastic. Definitely coming back here for any car issues I have in the future.

I have always highly recommended this shop, however I won t anymore. I called and spoke with a man who took all of the information about my daughters car and what the problem is. He scheduled a time for me to bing it in for 4 days out. Then the next day called and asked the same questions about the car and said that he changed his mind and didn t want to mess with it because it would take too long. We are now taking to to Full Throttle.

I usually don't post on Google review, but this was a must for me. My daughter goes to UE and had some car problems. I do not live in area, but was in town to see her. I got a referral from a waitress at a local coffee shop to use Muensterman's. I called the shop and Mark helped me get the car repaired and the cost was less than he quoted. Mark was upfront and honest... Great Service and Honest People. Would recommend them to anyone.... Thanks Mark..............

I don't usually write reviews but this business is an exception. This is a family owned business & they treat you like family. They have what I call "Old School" customer service. I live on the NE side of Evansville & I drive across town to do business with these fine folks. They're the BEST!!!

Very honest and do good work. Needed brake line repaired and required the other brake line repaired as well. When they had my truck saw a couple hoses were bad and rather than leaving it that way they fixed that as well. Communication was good over the phone as to what was needed to do the job correctly. I'll be going back there for other repairs.

Muensterman's is everything you want in an auto repair shop. Trustworthy, ethical, receptive and reasonable. They treat you like family and if they say it needs to be completed and give a cost, I have never questioned their quote. I've lived in other areas of the country and have never experienced a repair shop that actually recommended to wait on replacing a part. They explained I could get another 6 months before being replaced. They were right and didn't even charge me for the inspection. Best automobile service station in Evansville!

This place gets so much business they don t want any more. The first time I called I was rushed off the phone, good-bye click, the second time was just click, the third time what do you want? Really? That s how you talk to potential customers? So I asked him if there was anyone there who had better customer service and he said no. No one else is here. Wow, were my friends ever wrong about this place and so are the reviews.

My family has been going here for 20+ years. I've even driven several states away to go here. Recently with my last few repairs, every time I try to get an estimate I get told no one can do it/call back next week/we'll get back to you. I know this is a busy shop because they do really good work, but they really seem to have lost something this last year and a half, which is really disappointing. Hopefully they will find it again.

Walked in the last hour of the day. Took me right in for an oil change & tire repair. Done in about 20 minutes. Really nice staff & the place smelled great!

I never thought that there could be an "honest mechanic", but I have only had the best service at Muensterman's.EX1: My car was making a strange noise. They listened to it, found the problem and fixed it free-of-charge.EX2: I thought that my car needed new breaks. They examined them and assured me that a new break job was not needed. That was a nice savings.

I've been using Muenstermans for over 10 years. The service is always great, and they go out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of. I cannot recommend them enough.

I came here yesterday to get my brakes checked out they told me they didn't have anyone available to look at my car so I scheduled an appointment for today to get my car looked at after I got off work. Just got here and immediately was told they had no one at all to look at my car. Absolutely terrible customer service. I'd never take my car here even if it was my only option. Never go here. Complete waste of your time.

I took my car to Muensterman's a few years ago thinking I needed new brake rotors. They looked at it and said I didn't need new rotors, just new brakes. I wasn't expecting to be down-sold!I've been a loyal customer ever since!

I have been there many times and I've always been treated fairly, reasonable prices Quick Service despite how busy they are they plainly explain everything in a way that even I could understand but got a good location not that far off the Lloyd Expressway in Fulton
