Did a $2200 job on the underbelly of my car that shouldn't have been done and sent me and my family back out on the road in a death trap

They were very helpful by getting my car in on the schedule that worked out for me & were extremely helpful with the entire process. Gave updates on what was going on & what the next step was. When I picked my car up I didn t realize they d detail the inside/outside so that was extremely satisfying to see. All in all I would definitely recommend Mill s Body Shop to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My truck has been there since 4/22/2023 ad nothing has been done. Mills shop floor scheduler keeps blaming Allstate Insurance for the delay. He keeps writing Supplements for more damage. He has told me several times it is going in the shop, and when I drove it was still on the lot across from the shop. The Scheduler was Chance. I made a trip over to find out what was going on. It's in the shop but nothing has been done. I went over there again to talk to him last He was not there. I asked if he would be there the next day and I was told he had been fired for lying to customers. I want this message to go to the owner of this body shop and I want to find out from him when my truck will be fixedHe also told me he had the parts there to fix it which was also a lie.

They were extremely professional and courteous. They did an excellent job on the repair. They worked with me, since it took longer to complete the job due to not being able to obtain parts in an expedient timeframe, due to part accessibility and shipping issues. The overall quality and attention to detail was great. Tim, walked me through the process and I received text message updates if something changed on when my vehicle would be done. The lifetime transferable warranty on their work gives me piece of mind as well. I would highly recommend using them!

Just Awesome!They will get you taken care of quick.If your looking for a place to get your vehicle done this is the one. They're very polite and their work is phenomenal. The insaurance companies have no problem working through these guys as well so it'll make it easier on your or who ever hit your vehicle. I had my car fixed here after my neighbor backed into my rear door,, they fixed it right up. The estimated time to do the job was about 4-5 days and they got it done in 2. Just shows how quick and speedy the repair gets done. Which is awesome since I didn't have to pay for the extra 3 days on the rental car.If any problem were to occur in the job they had done just bring it on back and they'll have it squared away easily. I hope this review was helpful

Got an estimate for damages to my truck. It was free fast and courteous. Over a month wait. Most places are back logged during this time of year.

Mills did great work on my vehicle. Very high quality! Very friendly staff. They went above and beyond! Worked with my insurance company and rental car company to have a car arranged and waiting for me when I dropped off vehicle.

I called Mills Body Shop on 12/15/22 for discussing a quotation related to my daughter car repair. The representative of Mills responded, and I asked why the high price (10K vs. 6K provided by the other Body Shop). The response from him to me was rude, referred to the "Kentucky Ave" Body Shop as bad quality place and immediately hang out the telephone. I called my daughter to immediately remove her car from the body shop. I have the money but due to the bad response and mean way, I will never refer anybody to them.

Once I had my car side swiped in a parking lot and then another time my car was broke into........Both times the entire staff was awesome, especially Tim and Amber ! They matched my pearl white color perfect and even had the insurance adjuster come back out b/c Mills found more damage that needed replaced that the ins adj missed. Took a few weeks to get my truck back but it was totally worth it !

Went and had my windshield replaced and when I came back to pick it up they had washed and detailed my car with no extra charge. I dont know if that was standard business for them, but they really went above and beyond what I was expecting.

I dropped my car off after being backed into and they had it ready in three days. Staff is extremely polite and courteous. Would recommend to others.
