Exceptional, and modestly quick service for the job at hand. Had several issues wrong with my car but, they pinpointed exactly what would get it by to still be drivable, which was spark plug issues. Told me I could bring it back and gradually work on the other issues. Absolutely loved the fact that they weren't trying to shoehorn other issues in that weren't a must to work on that day. Will definitely go back there as the staff were all friendly and straight to the point. Also communicated back days later after the service to make sure my vehicle was still in good shape.

The guys were able to get my company in quickly and even did some routine maintenance that our company approved. They were polite and did a fantastic job! Nick was very quick and took time to explain things. 5 stars from me!

They are very polite. Always answers any question I have. Their work speaks for itself. I've had all four shocks put on my Cadillac and brakes changed there. That is the only place I'll take my vehicles to get oil changes. Very happy with the service that they provide.

Midas on St. Joe Evansville did an excellent job getting my car taken care of even the store boss was working as a tech and was able to get things completed and done the rite way. Was updated frequently and had no problems after. Also the budgeting plan put me at ease. Thank you will be back

Very glad they were able to get us in and our Jeep Liberty fixed however they need to work on communicating with their technicians. We were told it would take 30 minutes then it ended up being a 3 hour job. The checkout process was screwed up . They didn't have my personal information correct and it messed with my debit card. Finally had to transfer money to a different card. They made us late for our next appointment. Attention to detail guys is key.

I have been to many shops and no one does it like these guys. I used to take my car to a dealer but never again. These guys here on St Joe are quick, friendly and professional. I have brought many cars to them for anything and everything I need. They definitely have my business for life. A++ shop!!

I have had my exhaust systems on several cars repaired there. They do good work. You do need to make sure you clarify what is in the estimate. They estimated single exhaust and I wanted dual exhaust on an old truck. Review the estimate prior to work to get what you want.

I went to get an oil change at the Midas on St.Joe, and justice, Kyle, and Quinton came back to let me know there was a nail in my tire, If it wasn't for them finding that I would have never known. They are very professional and really care about their customers, thank you for a good experience. I will be coming to this store for now on.

Job was completed at a reasonable price and quickly completed. It was not an easy task removing original shocks from a vehicle that is 25 years old.Highly recommend this Midas and crew!

I got my brakes and rotors replaced here and they have been working perfectly. They also alerted me to one of my tires being defective so I was able to avoid any further damage. Kyle was also nice and reached out to me personally later in the week to ensure everything was working properly.

Extremely Knowledgeable, Fast Service, They did a complete Digital Vehicle Inspection at no charge with the oil change and sent me pictures of things needing attention. What a fantastic way to communicate with your customers!

Grateful they got us in but got told it was a 30 min fix turned into 3 hours and ended us late to pick our kids. If we were told correctly we would of just brought the car in the next morning and left it for them to fix

Quick, clean, and no hidden agenda! Everything you'd want from a mechanic.I had a wheel bearing that needed to be replaced. They gave me a quote with price and time estimated. So I dropped it off and they kept me informed during the repair with a diagnostic and pictures.I waited a bit longer than you should to replace a bearing so I wasn't too shocked when they found the steering knuckle was also a casualty. After ordering the extra part and adding it to the repair it still wasn't as expensive as other places I checked with.Highly recommend and will be back with my future service needs! Almost forgot to mention, they completed the repairs quicker than estimated also!

Midas on St. Joseph, Evansville Indiana does amazing job. They had my car back in a timely manner. As well they didn t stop working until they made sure everything was correct. They also made me feel very welcome and help me to under the product knowledge of each part that was needing fixed on my car. I will definitely be back. Thanks guys for putting in the work. Also Rabbit definitely takes his time as well as the manager to make sure I was comfortable and everything was done as supposed to.

For the price I Paid,461.00,as soon as I left the shop,I almost had a wreck,my truck wouldn't stop.it also whistles. I left it parked today.I looked the total job up on the internet ,for a 1994 jeep,it said 333 to 361 with labor.I think that would have been more fair.I won't return for my back breaks or any more work.they wanted 600 for the back..Smh...forget that.you live and learn. Being on SSI and dialosis, working with only 700 dollars and having to pay bills left me with nothing.they advertise they will work with you but that's nonsense.

I had my car towed there last week, they assured us that they'd start on it by Monday. It is now Wednesday and when I called yesterday about it, he had an attitude. This is our only vehicle and I'm supposed to be going in to be induced tonight! I've been relying on someone else for rides, had to go to the BMV and when I passed Midas, my car was still in the same spot the tow truck dropped it off. I'm 39 weeks pregnant with NO CAR and I was promised it would be worked on 2 days ago, yet it hasn't even been looked at! To say I'm frustrated and upset is an understatement. I am so sick to my stomach that I won't have a car to bring my newborn son home in but instead I'll have to call a freaking Uber

Staff was friendly and nice, Kyle the store manager explained what I needed and even showed me what he was referring too. After two visits. I have all new brakes, roater and 4 new tires.

The amazing Midas of Evansville on St. Joe Street is the place to take your car ! Kyle, the manager, and his whole staff did an amazing job on my daughter's car. It was only supposed to be a quick brake line job, on further observance, they discovered and fixed some hidden dangers! It was quite the find of the day, throw in a little unexpected excitement and BAM, my daughter has a safe vehicle for the baby and herself, and I was surprised with a $ 600.00 savings!!! Thank you so very much, Midas !!!!! We are going to have a long, wonderful, safe for the road relationship, Holley Huber-Hopkins

10 6 2023 Me and my daughter called to see if we could get a Brake inspection because they were getting ready toClose. Kyle told us it would be fine because we knew they were startingTo Get really bad it was we took itTo Midas. I told Kyle what had happened and told him I only wanted a brake inspection. So him and "Rabbit" looked at my truck.And then Kyle came back and was very worried about me and my daughter driving home on the brakesWe both explained we didn't have money tonight but he was explainingTo us they have different optionsTo where we can do different thingsAnd use their money but she pays itBack. Wow I don't know of a lot of places that do that anymore. OnceMy daughter was approved for oneThen we didn't owe anything that night it's amazing...we got our brakes done and Kyle even showed me how bad they were..they wereDefinitely bad. And they went back to repair them and then once hewas done all she did was go overA few things find out what she theTotal price was and what her payments would be..and everythingI thanked them both for staying over and making sure be were safe on the road..I got my receipt and my warranty. And when I looked down at my phone they were supposed to close at 5:00 we didn't leave until6:30 an hour and a half past what they were supposed to be both of these men are wonderful peopleAnd should get recognized for what they do go above and beyond their job. We greatly appreciate everything they have done. And I will recommend Midas on St. JOETO EVERYONE I Know!I even got a text from Kyle10 9 2023 wanted to make sure everything was going alright with the brakes. How many companies do that?
