Do not take your car here. Me and my wife have both taken several of our vehicles here. Both times they had my vehicle for over 3 weeks when the repairs should have taken maybe a week at best. Both times when I received my vehicle there was still things wrong with it that I had asked them to take a look at and they had either neglected or completely forgotten about. They will not diagnose all the problems with your vehicle, they will only go off of what you tell them, or what they think it could possibly be. I doubt their mechanics even have their ASE certs. Their labor prices are insane. Their work is shoddy. The owner is incompetent and uncaring. There are far far better places to go. Avoid at all costs if you want quality auto repair.

Nice people but still having car problems. All brake pads replaced and a bulb replaced in headlights. After taking my car back in after about 3-4 weeks of squeaky brakes, I was told they forgot to put anti-squel on the pads. That lasted about 2 days and my brakes are back to squealing.The old bulb in the headlight replacement was left in the headlight case.Edit: After getting another set of brake pads elsewhere, Donny worked with me and I'm super appreciative.Service: Auto brake repair

Great Godly people, friendly staff, not to mention there reasonable prices, attention to detail, and knowledge! Taken multiple cars there and haven never been disappointed!!! P.s. God bless!

Donny is very kind & knowledgeable. He was thorough in his explanations, without being condescending. Overall, the service was friendly, professional, & timely. I spent a long time in the waiting area, but I felt comfortable; I was kept in the loop on what was happening with the vehicle, & offered water. I will be coming back!

Donny was awesome. He was knowledgeable and explained what was wrong and how he was going to fix it simply and kindly. He showed us a part that was damaged in comparison with the new part he replaced it with so we d know what to look for if the issue ever occurred again. This is my new go-to place for car service.

Professional service, friendly and knowledgeable. Been in business for years and now I know why. Kept me in the loop via text the entire time. Got my Flex running smooth as silk and so quiet. Better price than any other place in town quoted me. Plus they love Christ! So all in all, I will be bringing my car back here for any major repairs.

Wish it could be negative stars... terrible service and then he caught an attitude when i didn't wanna pay almost 700 dollars for one piece to get fixed. After i told him i didn't have that he decided to charge me 150 just to diagnose. Which would've been fine if i would've been told this when i dropped my car off. You can call plenty of other places that do free diagnostic and dont charge 500 just for labor alone

My Chrysler Town and country died in the drive thru at the Donut Bank. Tristate towing towed me to McCullough. I left a note and they took care of me. Dead battery and a weak ground. I always recommend McMullough.

I took a car here some years ago and still remember how positive the experience was. Their hourly service was a bit high but they got right into the car, found the issue and had it fixed in no time.

The mechanics are very knowledgeable and do a great job. They have done a lot of work for me and have always do great work. Highly recommended.
