Fantastic service. This is my third vehicle I've had tinted here. Price is very nice. The service and how fast they get it done is amazing. This in my opinion is the best place to get tint done.

I had a very light tint on my car when I purchased it and wanted it darker. I took my car to Mark Coles to have the tint stripped and get darker tint. When I received my car back there were lots of air bubbles under the tint on EVERY window. I gave it about 3 weeks before complaining and they got me in for a redo. When I went to pick my car up there were some of the same air bubbles in the tint. I spoke with one of the guys and pointed out the bubbles. He confirmed that not all the windows were redone but they would do it real quick. He also said that it was normal to have small bubbles under the tint from dust particles from the tint.I have been to other facilities to have my windows tinted and have never received my car back with as much dust in it as what Mark Coles left in my car. This is why I have so many bubbles under the tint. My advice is to pay the extra money and go somewhere else. It will cause less of a headache in the long run. I will not be coming back to Mark Coles.

Best place in town! We always get our vehicles done at Mark Cole s! They did my window tint while I waited, and the prices are one of the lowest in town. I was in and out in less than hour, and they didn t leave any solution residue on the doors. I always recommend them.

UPDATE #2: I waited a couple of weeks to take my car back to Mark Coles. They did as Chris promised and got the tint darkness to the level I originally requested. Although that was just yesterday, at this point Im very happy with it. The weather is supposed to be pretty cloudy for several days so no sitting it in the sun to speed along the drying. So hopefully it will dry fine with no problems or bubbles, etc.There was the same (maybe not quite as bad) residue on the outside of the car. But I know that will come right off. However, Im not looking forward to cleaning the residue off of the interior. The back dash has white residue on top of the dark "fabric" that lines it.But setting aside the issue of having to scrub down the inside, so far, one day out, Im happy with the results! Thanks to Chris for fixing this.UPDATE UPDATE: After leaving my initial review, I was able to speak with Chris. (He's very very nice). I explained about the tint not being as dark as I requested and also my concerns about the residue over my car.He said to let the current tint dry completely, about a week, and they would add another layer to get it where I want it. He also explained that the residue is from the mixture they use to apply the tint, which I realized, and that it is not harmful to the paint. They would rather leave it than having the unfortunate event of scratching someones paint cleaning it off. Especially black vehicles which mine is. All it takes is a good rain or run through the car wash.So, as of now, I am very happy with the willingness to rectify this situation!DO NOT USE THIS TINT SHOP!This has been a very disappointing experience. They charged a $10.50 Convenience Fee which I was never told about and it doesnt reflect as much on the yellow ticket I received. But it sure is on the credit ticket. I understand that the windows will need to be cleaned in a couple of days per the instructions but that doesnt answer why my Entire car is smeared and spotted with whatever they use to attach the film. I have pictures and video. And also the inside front dash is a coated, smeared mess as well. I truly feel sorry for anyone that would hire them for home windows because if the house is left in the shape my car was, it would be a bad experience. And they have the unmitigated gall to charge a $10.50 Convenience Fee, for what?...the damaged mess they left my car in.Also, when asked the shade of tint I wanted, I was TOLD what shade would go on the windshield...why did she ask? And as far as the side windows and rear I specifically told her that I did not want to be able to see in from the outside. So she told me which one would do that. I questioned her again about it because the sample she said would provide that did not appear to give that amount of privacy. But she insisted so I thought she knew more than myself so I reluctantly said ok. Right...you most certainly can see in the windows.I Do Not recommend this place. It will certainly be a WASTE OF YOUR MONEY as you will not get what you want and have to work to clean up their mess on top of it.Service: Vehicle window tinting

We have taken numerous cars here for window tent. Not only have they rented the windows they also removed old tent & applied new & it looks amazing! They also have put in our stereos, speakers, front & rear cameras & a few other odds & ins. Highly recommend & the prices are so reasonable!

Just had my windshield replaced in a 99 Dakota. The were cheaper than the other places in town (I got quotes from 3 places). I dropped off my truck at 9 and picked it up in the afternoon! I got my 2019 Camry tinted here. This is my 5th vehicle I've had them do. Love the lumar film and the quality of work they do. Always in and out.Update 2nd picture: 1 year later and lots of mods, tint still looks good!

I was in need of a re-tint on my window as the previous tint started to fail and become impossible to see out of. I called Mark's 1st thing in the morning, and they had me in by early afternoon and done in 20/30 minutes. It looks very well done,and I will definitely be back!

Affordable and great quality tint but not happy with the interior of my car when finished. Liquid from their spray was dripping all over down all four of my doors. They could at least wipe it down before finishing up.

Paid $100 to tint 2 windows. After 1 month, there are tiny air bubbles under the tint.

I've been taking my vehicles here for 20 plus years. They have tinted every one of my vehicles.The guy that tiinted my windows today is an absolute beast! It is not possible to be more efficient and effective as that guy. Thank you for your sense of urgency and getting me on the road to the Grand Ole Opry tonight.

I've taken 5 vehicles to this establishment to get the windows tinted and I've been impressed with the results, good quality work, and neither trip took more than 45 minutes, staff was super friendly every time I showed up. If you are interested in having some tint work done on your vehicle then schedule an appointment with them and they have good prices too!

This place has been tinting our windows for YEARS... I went to a different place 1 Time. And ended up have Mark Cole's strip it and re- do it BeTTeR! I will not ever go any place else agian. Thank you Mark and Chris for GREAT work!

Several years ago had my windows tinted.This year they started bubbling. Apparently Ford Fusions are notorious for this happening. They replaced the tinting for free and it's all good now. Very pleased!

I went in with a lot of questions and left with answers and an appointment. I just picked up the car, it looks great! I have a panoramic rear window - with two 90 degree curves- and it turned out wonderful. I will be taking another vehicle to them soon!! A wonderful family owned and operated business- highly recommend!

Upon receiving my car back after my window tint, neither of my key fobs would unlock or lock my car. I took it to my mechanic thinking it was just a coincidence that the batteries died at the same time and had the batteries replaced; however, that didn't fix the issue. I then was at the mercy of the dealership where I dropped a few bills and it was determined that my antenna was not working and that it was probably something to do with my window tinting. So, with hesitation thinking there is no way I can prove this, I contacted Cole's and was in communication with Chris Cole. Chris was nothing but professional, courteous and took full responsibility without hesitation and went above and beyond to correct my problem .
