Got an oil change in a timely manner. However, I wanted to get my tires rotated and they told me that it looked like I waited to long to rotate them, which I hadn t, and it would be hard to get some of the lug nuts off. So they couldn t do it. I ve never heard that before and was pretty confused. So I ended up driving next door to discount tire and they rotated them without issue. So not sure I ll go back to Lucas for anything but oil, if even that now.

Unlike Tammy over here who doesn't know how to ask for an itemized paper to see why it cost so much or ask questions before taking the time to write a review. I actually had an amazing experience here. Tabs was so sweet and Cole was such a great help. They got me in and out in a timely manner and overall they were amazing! I will most definitely be back.

I won't be back. This is a first come first served type of service. Two people that came after me got their vehicles pulled in and serviced while mine was still in the parking lot. I was told it would be $79. When the guy came to explain what he did, there was no mention of any extra charge. When I paid it was $100. Poor customer service. You need to ask the customer if they are ok with the extra service/ charge. Then when I got in my truck the dashboard was not set back to where I had it and the inside lights and the headlights had been changed. DO NOT mess with customers settings.

I have been taking my two vehicles here for several years. They are always busy but I seem to get in and out pretty quickly. They are not high pressure sales on air filters or wiper blades but they will let you know if you need them. I did have them forget to reset the computer to remove the change oil warning notification, (just once) but when I went back they apologized and fixed it immediately. It always costs more to have a shop change your oil than doing it yourself, but the convenience is worth it. It took about 30 minutes from handing the guy my keys to pulling out of their lot. It's clean in the waiting area and the workers are always pleasant. They have snacks, drinks and a massage chair. They also have large video monitors above the shop access door so you can watch the mechanic crew work on your car, if you are concerned about shops doing what they say they are gonna do.

Stopped by with my mom to get our oil changed. Cole was extremely helpful and pleasant. He went above and beyond. Great customer service! We felt well taken care of and they got to us in a timely manner despite being quite busy.

Valvoline North really did me right!Frank was amazing and was very helpful he knows his job well and made me feel like I was in good hands.He even went out of his way, to try and help me find a solution to fix a different problem with my car, as did Casey. It was really refreshing to see such competence regarding their jobs/customer service.I would definitely go backLinda

I've been taking all of our vehicles here for years and continue to be very happy. Price is in line and they are always courteous and professional. Sometimes I stay in the vehicle and they have no problem with that but otherwise they have a comfortable lounge, wifi & coffee.

Lucas Oil on the west side of Evansville did an exceptional job installing a car battery in my car. They got me in right away. The battery was located inside a wheel well. A wheel well! Hard to get to and uncomfortable to work on. Definitely not a one-stepper. But the mechanic stuck with it till it was done. Much appreciated!

We use this location for all of our oil change needs. The staff is polite, knowledgeable, and honest. They recommend service and products following the recommendations of the auto manufacturer. We are never pressured to add unnecessary extras. We will continue to use this location.

There are not enough stars to show how much I recommend the staff and services here. I have an unusual model Hyundai that when I brought it in for a turn signal light replacement found out that the bulb was not universally available. I was told if I found a bulb, they would install it and gave me the part number to do so. I asked our local Hyundai dealer to order the part and they wouldn t unless I brought my vehicle in for a two hour assessment to determine the part number which I already had I found an online hyundai parts dealer and the staff at Lucas oil installed it for me. You have created a lifetime customer from this service and your kindness. Thank you so much!

We had just come from getting the tires rotated. Every where we get service the techs are never properly trained on tire inflation! Including this place! The correct tire inflation is on the door panel of every vehicle. They were properly inflated before your tech messed with them. I know this because the car came with a dash screen that provides this information. Now it will take my husband a bit to get back down to the correct inflation for my car.

The service here is the best ANYWHERE I have ever been. The technician comes in and talks to you explaining what is needed. They go above and beyond and make you feel so welcome and comfortable. The service is fantastic. I cannot compliment this team enough.. THANK YOU!!!!!!

Nice receptionist and got in pretty quickly as a walk in for oil change only. The price for an oil change was 75.00 so I will look around for a cheaper cost for my future oil changes. A girl that checked out before me received a 25.00 discount because she was a college student but I was told they do not offer any discount to a senior citizen.

First time I've been here. I picked the $49.99 package, which included a 21 point inspection.It took a good hour - hour/half to get my vehicle finished, but it was worth the wait. They were very professional, the facility is very clean, very nice atmosphere! They came and explained everything thay had done to my Jeep. You can watch them working on your vehicle with the "Pit Crew Cam", which I thought was really neat! They did not try to upsell me on anything. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because it ended up being more than the advertised price, due to extra quarts of oil etc.I will definitely go back!

I always take my vehicles to Lucas (Evansville West) for oil changes. They take walk-ins, service is quick and thorough, rates are competitive, and they never try to push a bunch of filters and extra services on me. What they WILL do is check all car fluid levels and filters a pretty thorough diagnostic for an oil change and let me know what they ve found before they perform any service. They even clean my windshield if it s buggy. And the associate working the front is always friendly, courteous and efficient as well.Service: Oil change

Worst oil change experience I ve ever had - took my 2016 Chevrolet Malibu in for a standard oil change only to come out with a massive oil leak that nearly blows my engine. Luckily caught it and never had a leak prior. Took them 3 visits to do their job and got it done for $80 which I think is absolutely ridiculous I even paid for that to get done 3 visits later. Absolute waste of time

I usually stop by around 9 or 10am for an oil change when I go and so far I've never had to wait. Super convenient and speedy service, and the mechanics always personally give me an update of how everything looks before they send me on my way. Appreciate it!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

If you re a lady, don t come by yourself. I have a road trip coming up so I came to get my oil changed around 5:30p, & the guy said it didn t need it said it was fine (even though it was low when I checked). I trusted his expertise and left. Feeling confused as to why the correct way to check oil has suddenly changed, I spoke to a friend who s a master mechanic and he said that he was probably just being lazy and didn t wanna do his job. NEVerrrrr coming back here again.Response: I accept your apology but no thank you I do not choose you and will never come here again.

They are always top of the line. Will recommend things that need to be done but won t tell you it HAS to be done like some other companies. In and out in 30 minutes when it wasn t too busy!

DONNIE DONNIE DONNIE. He Was Referred to me by Evansville at Green River Road regarding a Censor Out; OUTSTANDING WORK!!!!. . Please Check Him Out. The Reps. recommendation was Perfect. s Off To You Lucus Oil West for Donnie. He Also Noticed And Prevented A Casualty from Occuring with joints on my Tires being loose; and Very nicely tightened them; My 84 year old Mom and I had been driving around on this for a while after my 2020 KIA was stolen and I took a Much Later Model car (used).
