I don t live here I live in Houston ,tx and my truck was derating speed and had all those lights on the dash i came in and Russell got me back to rolling in 30 mins all codes were cleared and I was back rolling shout out to Russell he was nice and professional

After my driver had received the dreadful SCR fault code while under a load, we found Palmer Kenworth of Evansville on a Friday. Like all dealer shops, they were busy and best case scenario was out by Monday maybe Tuesday. They overwhelmed by finding the part FRIDAY NIGHT! Saturday morning I get a call you re good to go . There are still good shops and customer service out there. I ll have Kenworth of Evansville locked in for the future.

I had the best truck dealer experience that I've had in over 15 years over driving. The people here are courteous, professional, and compassionate to drivers being broke down. I wish I were able to give them 50 stars but maybe that might be enough. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Wonderful service.Fixed the idle on the fly!But the greatest thing is that the RESTROOM is SPOTLESS!!! The cleanest I've ever seen out here on the road.Thanks fells!

Three stars to Dave mechanics head, clear explanation, and resonable estimates. But once you get to the billing department, that is where they try to get from you every cent, thinking you're an ATM, I asked to speak to Dave over what they did to my truck and show me the parts they changed, was denied and they act with attitude towards me, was told Dave can't explain that. Three non mechanics are trying to explain to you what was done to your truck, bllaa bllaa labor blla blla labor bllla labor . All I can say about them overpriced period.Foto of my invoice try to understand it, forget about 5 days waisted.

Great expieriance.. by far one of the best of the best shops arround. We were towed in and stressed out. They were so Professional, Friendly and upfront honest that they calmed us right down. Expecting to be there several days because of the sensor issues these days but we were rolling in 48 hours! Really can't say enough.. Every person we came in contact with was so friendly. Out of our normal route but we will detour when needed just to go here for repairs.

These guys did some great work on my T680. Efficient and quality. And this human factor... They treat us customers with a warm greeting and great respect. Brian, Dave and Jimmy were very kind and professional. If you're in the area and need your tractor worked on, definitely give them a call.

Have never had any KW dealer treat me the way these guys do that s why I keep going back ! The work is 2nd to no one and quality of there work is awesome. From the parts guys to the service guys and Sara who smiles at you when she takes your money lol You All ROCK!!

The guys here are badass. They fixed my a/c issue real fast. No 50 million questions asked like other dealerships. Definitely will be back if something else needs done. They take their time and make sure not only is the problem fixed but go over everything to make sure everything is working correctly. I'm actually so pleased with the work I'm writing this review in the truckers lounge.

The worst of all kenworth locations. Every Palmer location we have been to has had the worst customer service, the worst turn around time and seems like the least knowledgeable techs. I always do my best not to be that customer but these locations are horrible. My company has only had a few experiences with them and every single one has been horrible. Lack of communication, everyone you talk to sounds like they hate their job, they chase issues like they don t know what they are doing or just want to rack up your bill. If you have a small company, be prepared for this place to put you out of business. If they give you an ETA add a week and a half to it. They have lost my business. I will let my trucks burn before they are in another Palmer location. It s sad that company management continues to let this reputation continue.

I went here for a sensor and come to find out it was a turbo actuator that why my truck wouldn't reading in dash low derating. Once I got that done setting at shop waiting on the bill or paperwork to be done the radiator busted. Ok now got all that done and once I started to leave stop around the corner to dollar store got a few items come back to truck, still had the same situation that brought me to them... Low derating in dash. Be here almost a week and having trouble with them getting it back in shop. Had sleep over night outside gate me and wife my co- driver until 7am to open because night crew didn't have the staff to look at truck. Morning crew takes forever to look at truck! Disappointed!!! but have nice ipeople but feel they are not to knowledgeable!!! Already took payment but job not complete...

Great place to get you truck worked on. They got me in and out in less then 24hrs. Extremely nice people and professional. If I'm in the area I will definitely stop again if need repairs done.

Been here 3 times. Quick to get me in the shop. Quick troubleshooting my issue. They are fixing the issue right now as I type. Terry in the service department did great with communication,warranty company, & getting them started on my truck. Ill be back.

I had to get towed to this shop because my truck derated and indicated the DPF filter was full. They got us in right away but said the filter didn t need cleaning; it was just a nox sensor so I cancelled the claim with my warranty but After they replaced the sensor the truck wouldn t regenerate and instead of calling me they sent the filter out for cleaning without my authorization. For this reason I wasn t able to resubmit my claim to the warranty and it added a whole day to repairs resulting in the loss of two loads. The Night Shift blamed the dayshift for the whole thing which doesn t do me any good. Twice they quoted me under $1,000 for the sensor and $266 for the filter cleaning but the final bill was $3257. I didn t have a choice at that point but to pay so I could get my truck back.

I drive a 2020 Kenworth. I have been the only driver to drive this truck. I had transmission issues and was towed to this dealership. They replaced some parts. They got the truck running and shifting. This truck has never shifted and pulled sooo good. It will actually pull and not bog down in 12th gear like it used to. Come to find out, my truck had issues straight from the manufacturer. They did an awesome job on my truck!!!

Came to get a windshield replacement. They were quick to get me in the shop and had the problem fixed and me on the road in under 4 hours. My only complaint isn't something they can control and that is the lack of cell reception in the driver's lounge. Gary in the Service office is the man!

Always fast and friendly service. The guys here have never let me down on getting my truck fixed and back to me in a quick way. I d definitely recommend them to anyone who s in the Evansville area and needs to get they re truck worked on or maybe get parts. Great work guy s.

BEST service EVER at ANY truck service ever. Was brought in right away and told me immediately how long and how much it would be. They were also able to recognize other issues without being prompted. Would HIGHLY recommend this place. EVERYONE was amazing. Would definitely give more stars if possible. Owner/operator Terry Turnbaugh out of Hampstead, MD.

They were great fixing our problem. Only complaint was our truck was sitting ready to go before noon we were waiting for over 2 hrs. Was told service manager was at lunch that's fine everyone needs to eat but he was back an hr and a half before we saw him and we were the ones to actually go looking for answers

Came in with a bad air leak from a sleeper suspension bag,and Walt in service got me in and out in an hour and a half! Big thanks to these guys for the quick service! Highly recommended!!

Friendly people did help me out with some of the problems. You had to stay on top off them for every thing. Seems like everyone that had problems where there for a week or two.

Came for a scheduled oil change, AC service and headlight on a leased truck. They also found a defective tire while servicing the truck.While appreciate the thoroughness of the service. The length of time it took to complete was not.

Brought my truck in for them to fix. They told me 11 hours for the jobEnded up taking them 28 days to complete. Don't go here. Unless you plan on getting the run around and waiting for a month...

Palmer Truck Service provided the best service for our Kenworth Cabover truck. Had the truck towed in right before closing around 10:50pm and the guys at the shop were helpful in finding us a near by hotel with transportation. Guys worked hard on getting parts in a timely fashion and had us back on the road in no time. Thank you Palmer trucks and if you are having problems with trucks, THIS IS THE PLACE TO HAVE IT SERVICED.
