Didn t think it was possible to get a NICE /NEW car just out of bankruptcy in Nov. Kevin (@the used car building next door) helped me get the blazer I wanted. I put a few thousand down but this is the best and legit place to go after bankruptcy. Which I ll be sending all my friends here when they re ready. Kevin was honest and upfront with me . I appreciated the honesty esp just getting out of a crook deal at Henderson gmc. I appreciate the honesty and moral he brought to the table. Thank you for helping me !! I m extremely proud of myself and that s thanks to you helping . Also another good salesman my old roommate went to there is Rodger. If anyone reads this go to Rodger or Kevin, they ll make it happen.

Jerad Shockley was our salesman and did a phenomenal job. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for, and helped us find just that. After we purchased the vehicle, it was after hours when everything was finalized, and Jerad stayed over and took the time to sit in the vehicle with us, help me connect my phone to the vehicle, and guided us through all the buttons on their steering wheel, etc. We were very happy and thankful for all of Jerad s help! Highly recommend!

We bought a car here, and the car is fine. But they did a bad job of detailing the car that they said they would detail before we drove it off the lot. We went to get a cashier s check and realized the detailing was done poorly, and when we got back to ask them to fix it, the salesman that worked with us was gone, and they wouldn t detail the car without him there. We ve gone back THREE times asking for them to please do the bare minimum and detail the car we bought, and each time, they tell us to come back a week later because they can t do it. Once it was come back on a Wednesday, so we went back on a Wednesday and they made an excuse. Then it was Come back on a Monday, Wednesday, or Friday after this time, so we did, and when we got there they said, No, you have to schedule a time. It s clear they re just trying to get us to go away, but seriously??? We paid $20,000 for a car and you can t even vacuum the floorboards?

Jerad Shockley Was our salesman when we bought out 2024 Toyota Camry. He went above and beyond to help us and make our first new vehicle experience a smooth and successful experience. We highly recommend asking for him if you re looking to purchase. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for and if he wasn t sure of a specific answer we had he found out the answer. Again we couldn t give Jerad high enough praise for all he did for us in the process.

Aaron Martin was great as a salesman but the two men in the finance department were awful to work with on my new car purchase. I had to say 5 or 6 times I did not want an option and I was asked why like I owed them an explanation in a deposition. 3 hours later I could only get out of the office by agreeing to take an option I never wanted or needed.

We just purchased a Highlander from Kenny Kent Toyota in Evansville IN. We felt like royalty from the time we walked in the door till we drove the vehicle off the lot!! We were met by Mark Byrley and our salesman, John Doss. Mark sold us our 2008 Camry 15 years ago which has been an awesome car...so nice to be met by a familiar face! Russell Parker, the finance manager, was awesome when we closed the deal. He explained everything regarding options on extended warranty, etc. Our salesman, John, went over all the options in the car. My husband and I highly recommend, Kenny Kent Toyota. Mark, John and Russell are wonderful representatives of the dealership!!!

In spring 2023 I had a 2010 RAV4 with 177000 miles making a noise that seemed to be from the transmission. I wanted to know what was wrong. Service department would not just look at that issue, but had to do a whole vehicle inspection for which they charged almost $200 which was more than I wanted done. What I wanted and what they would do were 2 different things. I went ahead and had them do the inspection and I received a report recommending over $12,000 dollars in repairs for a vehicle worth around $5000. This vehicle has performed great for 13 years and has never needed any service outside of routine maintenance. On a recent 14000+ mile trip on the west coast it averaged 30 mpg. This vehicle has also never leaked any fluid, but the morning after the inspection there was radiator fluid on my garage floor. I think they had disconnected the radiator hose for the inspection and not put it back on well. The problem with the transmission noise seems to have been the rear differential which had a manufacturer recall, but was no longer covered by Toyota. Another issue was I then found out the lifetime extended warranty given to me by another Toyota dealer where I purchased the vehicle new was a worthless piece of paper which of course is not Kenny Kent's responsibility.

We are from out of town but our local dealer did not have what we were looking for. We started the process they ran our credit but would never give us the rates. I did not want to put $1,000 deductible down not knowing what I was getting into financially. If they had shown me rates and they were in our budget I would have gladly put down the deposit. After waiting over 2 hours I get a text they sold the vehicle. Then no I m sorry is there something else we can do? You are working on this car for me then ghost me. I repeatedly asked to speak to the manager and Jacob S. Would never give me the number i left a message with Joe Walton but no answer.I don t appreciate running my credit and putting a hit on it to then be treated so rudely and essentially sell the car out from under me. I Definitely wonder how ethical this company is. Do yourself a favor and drive on down the road to another Toyota dealer that will treat you well.

I experienced a quick, efficient process buying a new Tundra from Kenny Kent Toyota. I had researched the truck I was interested in and was able to move quickly to a no nonsense pricing negotiation over the phone and text. These guys listened without being overly pushy, would definitely deal with these people again. Joe Pearson is great to work with and up front about what the dealer can and cannot do.

My encounter with Kenny Kent was a distressing debacle, a stark warning that giving them even a one-star rating feels overly lenient. After thorough research and high hopes, my wife and I were met with nothing but deceit and manipulation. This abhorrent behavior was compounded by their smug indifference, as they bluntly informed us our chosen vehicle was sold to another person as we were progressing through the purchase process, a clear testament to their prioritization of profit over ethical business practices and customer respect. The cold, dismissive attitude of the staff, devoid of any semblance of apology or attempt to rectify the situation, only added insult to injury, showcasing Kenny Kent Toyotas complete disregard for the values of integrity and professionalism. I urgently caution anyone considering engaging with this dealership to reconsider and take their business to a dealership that upholds honesty and customer dignity, avoiding the unscrupulous traps set by this establishment.

Traded in our 2021 4RUNNER for a 2023 RAV4 HYBRID. Chris was our salesman; he was great to work with, easy to talk with as well. He made sure to go over all the details about our new vehicle and overall provided great service! There was another man who came out to speak with us about numbers but i forgot his name. He was very friendly and great to work with as well, he offered to buy our 2 year old snacks since we were at the dealership at dinner time which we definitely appreciated and are grateful for. If you want to know where the bad reputation of used car sales people come from, look no further than "R.W." who presides at the Kenny Kent Toyota auxiliary lot on Green River and Pollack. I will give Rick credit for one thing, he was not the pushy salesperson that a lot of car sales people can be, but that is where the compliments end. One day, one single day after we brought our 2016 equinox home the check engine light comes on. Rick has us bring it in to them, and I know there's not a whole lot they can do there as the shop and maintenance crew are at the other location. I used a home computer reader to get the error codes (which there were two) which i then wrote down and sent with my wife (it is her vehicle) into see Rick. Not only was he rude and dismissive towards her, he refused to even look at what i wrote down. He simply gave her some recycled sales person garbage (I've sold cars, I'm well aware of what certain people tell customers) then he used his own reader to clear the code and add some sort of foam to the gas tank. I understand what as-is means when buying a used vehicle, but I never would've been so careless and dismissive to a customer one single day after I gave them my impassioned sales speech about how "we buy quality vehicles and we sell quality vehicles" it just reeks of lousy customer service and an "all we care about is the sale" attitude.

I have nothing but good to say about my experience with Kenny Kent Toyota. I only dealt with two people, Russell Parker and Jerod Shockley, they both were kind , courtious and professional. They had quick answers to any questions I had. If you are considering a Toyota Kenny Kent Toyota is the place to start. I have had this Toyota now for three days and it is top of the line.

I m still happy with my purchase, but don t believe what they say about where the car you re looking at comes from. Robbie straight out lied. Not a huge deal but if you don t want a prior rental car, ask for proof.-since I cannot respond to their nonsense comment. First of all, I had to ask for the car fax and Robbie says do you want to see the car fax? Yes. I did. And then he proceeds to tell us that this was a company car probably a plant where employees drive them. He flat out lied. I even told him that I had a prior rental car before and I didn t want another one. Probably why he asked IF I wanted to see the Carfax. But your carfax doesn t tell who the prior owner is. So, your argument isn t valid. I m just one customer, but I won t return.

My husband and I were both in contact with this dealer. We were both told (on the phone and email) that we would be told if the vehicle was sold as we were going to drive from 3 hours away. We called 5x without answer, were already 1.5 hours into the drive, and told it sold the previous day. Do not travel far distances for this dealership.
