They tried not to give toyota discount. It took 3 times to get paperwork right. They did not honor their website trade in value. They charged $169 for 15,000 mile check which doesn't include oil change. I guess someone has to pay for all the goodies in the lounge. Over rated rip off artist!

I have purposefully waited on giving my honest review. After having a nightmare purchase and ownership experience of another luxury auto brand, I decided to go back to a Lexus. I had owned a Lexus out of a Louisville dealer and loved it. KK is much closer for me. Upon my initial inquiry, I got a personal follow up call from the sales manager. From that moment on until I decided on my purchase (several weeks) I was given A+ treatment and steadfast communication. Now that I ve had my new Lexus RX for nearly 4 months, I continue to get exceptional and unmatched follow-through. Dale Howland is a hands-down master of ALL aspects of customer service. Not only is he responsive, genuine, and experienced he s a straight up amazing technical savant (and that s no easy feat in today s world of vehicle technology!). THIS is what a luxury brand purchase is all about. I m a highly discerning customer, and it takes a lot for me to leave a 5 star review; I'm honored to leave this one. Thank you Kenny Kent, let s keep this partnership rolling

I was very pleased with my experience buying a new Lexus RX at Kenny Kent Lexus. Buying a new SUV during the pandemic inventory shortage was a challenge. Mike Miller was my sales professional and communications and follow-up were excellent. I worked with him over a period of three months to find the right RX for me. He was honest and reliable. He gave his personal cell number and was always responsive.

We purchased a new Lexus from Kenny Kent and it was the best car buying experience ever. They made it so easy and no hassle. Noah Meyer our salesman was very patient with me as I had to test drive ever vehicle on the lot :) The sales manager was so accommodating to my 13 yr. old son while waiting in the Lexus lounge even feeding him and putting on the game lol. I highly recommendbuying from Kenny Kent Lexus in Evansville you won't be disappointed!

After purchasing our 2024 NX 350h out of state, my husband and I stopped by with a tech question and were very fortunate to meet Noah Meyer. Noah volunteered to assist us with all the features of our new vehicle. We made an appointment for the following day, and Noah went over all the features in the vehicle in great detail, answering every question we had. Noah was more up to date on the programs and technologies of the 2024 model than anyone we d met thus far. We ll definitely see Noah for any future vehicle purchase!

I was sold an extended warranty and come to find out it was for the time of the factory warranty. Who would buy an extended warranty that is for the exact time of factory warranty after talking to dealership they made this rught

I had been warned out the Kenny Kent Lexus reputation, but as member of the Toyota/Lexus family I didn t imagine that customer service would be poor. As a customer of Kenny Kent Chevrolet I ve always been treated fairly and have bought my last two trucks from them.However the Lexus side Kenny Kent wasn t quite the same experience. First I had a quick and simple meeting with a sales rep. Then following morning I had another discussion over phone about availability. Then my wife had a rather rude encounter with someone in the front because they couldn t figure out who she was there to see. Once that was figured out, she was offered a test drive but was being ordered where to turn. Then she was given the numbers on a vehicle that increased from from a conversation I had just two hours prior on the phone. Then, once all the numbers were worked out, the undercut on the trade-in happened.As someone who does their homework on vehicles prior to looking to purchase, I was shocked that the dealership would lower the trade in value so much from what their own corporate website offered. When checking across sites such as KBB and other Lexus dealerships they all came in around the same. But in an effort to turn additional profit, Kent Lexus cut the trade in value by 65%.Someone should expect a little less or more for the trade value because their opinion of its value may differ from a business, but that was too much. I can appreciate that a business has to make something on a deal, but undercutting a trade value for the sake of trying to take advantage of someone seems beneath what I would expect from a luxury business.Now I have made appointments to take my business out of state and up north to a different dealership and build rapport with them. So now I can add my story the list of those who refuse to do business there, even though we produce Lexus vehicles at our plant. So it seems they have excellent quality, low quality service.Regretfully,Unsatisfied Non-customer

At this point, I see no reason to do business anywhere else for service. Oil change/tire rotation is higher in price than everyone else but they transport anywhere you need to go in the area and pick you up. Today, my power window on my ES350 started acting funny. Took it in at about 2pm expecting they d have it all night; maybe two nights. Called me TWO HOURS LATER and it was done. 131.00 to remove the inner door panel and fix the problem. I expected several hundred dollars. Dropped me off AND picked me up. This place is awesome. They give dealers a good name.Dave Cowden, Jr.P.S. They wash your car too.

Two part review. One for service, one for sales, both 5 stars. Michael Grimm is my service advisor and he has given me the service that I have come to expect from a Lexus dealership. I was in the automotive business for some time and have always tried to model the experience I provided based one the service that was/is provided to me any time I step foot into Kenny Kent Lexus. I do not get anything from this company to provide this review, but I feel compelled to let other know about what superior service is like. Great job Michael on always taking care of me and being transparent, looking forward to many more years of quality service.The sales experience was just as pleasant. I rolled through the lot a couple of months ago having just purchased a vehicle from another local lot just weeks earlier, not intending to purchase another for a long time. I met a high school friend in James Wiley that happened to be working there (actually the Toyota side). I told him I wasn t looking to purchase, but if he had a specific make and model, I would consider it. Unfortunately (I kid) they had a couple of vehicles that were within the parameters that I had given and were Lexus Certified. Long story short, I made the purchase a few hours later after I got off work. Zero pressure and the got exactly where I wanted to be to be comfortable with the purchase. Thank you to the KK group (Lex and Yota side) for making me a happy customer. Also, shout out to Steven Shutz for pulling some strings behind the scenes. Would ve bought from you had my guy not been there.

I recently moved to the area for a job and on my first day here a semi truck passed me on the interstate and a piece of equipment from it hit my sunroof and left a very large hole in my 2018 GX.It was also raining at the time and would very easily ruined my interior had I not pulled off to cover it.I pulled into Kenny Kent Lexus and was very quickly greeted by a group of sales people when I walked in. I explained that I needed help covering the hole and was very quickly told that there was nothing they could do to help me and everyone very quickly scattered as there was no sales opportunity.As the group was walking away one man suggested go find a trash bag and some duct tape.I left and pulled into the Mercedes dealer a little way up the road and the sales manager and his lot guy brought out automotive crash wrap and sealed my sunroof to keep my interior from damage.I have had 4 Lexus vehicles and countless Toyotas and am in no danger of buying a Benz but I can guarantee that I won't buy one or get service here.I chose to drive 3 hours to get my sunroof fixed later that week.This dealer's customer service should be as good as Mercedes.Do better. Mercedes at least understood that there are better solutions than duct tape.

Had never been to this location before and it was a little difficult to figure out which door to enter for the Service Department. Once inside, the Toyota Service Advisor wasn't very friendly or helpful. I scheduled an appointment for my Toyota to be put on the diagnostic machine for a low tire light that kept coming on. I would check the pressure in each tire and they were ok. I reset the light and it would continue to come on. Also mentioned that my heated seats were no longer heating and my touch screen on my radio wasn't working properly. So Kenny Kent put my car on the diagnostic machine while I sat in the lobby and waited for approximately an hour or so.The not so friendly service advisor came out and informed me that there were 2 sensors bad. They didn't have either one so they would have to be ordered, the new piece I would need to fix my radio would be approximately $1,000 & the heated seats that I purchased in my new 2015 Toyota Corolla S from Marion, IL Toyota were aftermarket and they wouldn't work on them. So, I left the Toyota dealership with NONE of my issues resolved and still had to pay approximately $150. I gave the not so friendly service advisor the go ahead to order the 2 sensors that I needed & Its been approximately 3 weeks now and I haven't heard a word from them.

I had a fantastic experince with the team at Kenny Kent Lexus purchasing a NX350H. The deal was put together over the phone, email and text. Starting with Donaven then Mike Miller, Noah and Bobby in finance. A great team effort. My wife and I drove 5 hours yesterday to pick up the car and everything was ready and the car was waiting in great condition. Noah did an amazing job explaining the controls to my wife. I cannot thank the KK team enough for making this remote purchase so painless and stress free. If we buy another Lexus KK will be my first call. Highly recommended.

Mistakenly, I bought a new Lexus at Kenny Kent three weeks ago. The salesman was fine, but the Kenny Kent Lexus/Toyota finance Department was another story. I went in with a nice trade-in and pre-approval for $30,000 from a big local bank.We worked the deal including giving us $17,000 for our trade-in with the new car being $42,000 with taxes and fees. Subtract the $17,000, that left a $25,000 balance, $5,000 under our pre-approval. The finance guy insisted we fill out a credit application. We have very good credit (around 830), and I didn t want my credit hit again. He said it was a soft pull. I fought with him for a while, and he even (supposedly) called someone at his end to see if their policy had changed about not hitting our credit again when dealing with this large bank. It had not, according to him.He said he couldn't let the car leave without a credit app. I tried to tell him the preapproval covered it, but to no avail. The only other solution to him was for us to write a check for the balance. They would hold it, until we drove back down there again (50 miles round trip) after getting a check from our bank. It had already been a long day, and I gave in.My credit was hit again, and I now have an external loan for our new car. One word Liar!

Wonderful experience and amazing pricing. I drove 7 hours from WNC to purchase my vehicle. I ended up hitting traffic and was running terribly late. The team at Kenny Kent had everything ready to go when I arrived at 8:45pm. They were all so patient and friendly despite me being there after hours. They made my car buying experience smooth and stress free.

I recently (2/20/2021) purchased an LX470 that was serviced exclusively by this dealership. On the way back home to Michigan, a wheel broke off the hub assembly due to all 5 of the lug nuts backing off the studs. This, naturally, led to a 170 mile tow bill, a destroyed hub assembly, wheel, and tire. Upon closer inspection, all 20 lug nuts were tremendously loose. It is absolutely unfathomable to me how a shop that charges $130/hr in labor could make such a comical mistake. I couldn't imagine taking ANY vehicle to this dealership after seeing such a level of incompetence from a "premium" establishment.

Horrible service experiences for brand new Sienna. Cracked windshield 1st month. Fixed after months of waiting for someone to be approved to fix and it was repaired with seal was sticking up. Did I mention brand new vehicle? Made 10k mile appt for oil change, just to wait 1 1/2 weeks for it. When I showed up with 3 kids in tow, Kent Kent didn't even save my appt as it was not in the system. So frustrated as my mileage is at 9920miles :( I would not recommend. We drove to KC Summers in Matoon, Illinois to purchase and they were awesome. Might have to make the trip for our services as well.

These guys advertise a lot and I find their commercials misleading and really annoying - particularly the part where that Butch guy (who looks more like a Chazz than a Butch) claims that "we just do things the right way." We bought a vehicle from them a while back and the experience was just like any other I'd had before. We traded in our vehicle for a Lexus. The salesman Dan was a nice guy and did a good job overall and I don't fault him, I blame the dealership. We agreed on the trade-in value of our vehicle, the price of the Lexus and I thought I knew what the total cost would be. When the paperwork was drawn up, I was charged with those annoying "dealer fees" that really made the whole experience unpleasant. On top of that, we had to listen to a lengthy sales-pitch for an extended warranty that we didn't want. My wife likes the vehicle so that's good enough for me, but, I don't plan to deal with them again. They don't do things "the right way" they just do things like every other dealership.
