Got a car from Kenny Kent 3 different times from them and they did me right each time. Friendly atmosphere with great sales men and finance department.

I dropped my car off at 9am for an oil change, cabin filter, air filter, and an alignment. They called around 11am to let me know their recommendations. Great, let s do it. At 3:30pm I called to get the status of my vehicle so I could plan the rest of my afternoon. I spoke to 4 people who did nothing but jerk me around. One even said he was in a different building and didn t have the number to the dealership. I asked one to transfer me to a manager and she transferred me to the main line. I called sales and explained what was going on and to please help me find out what was going on. She also transferred me to the main line. Finally my service person called literally 5 minutes after I got the run around from the entire dealership. When I got to the dealership he was no where to be found. I politely asked another person to please check me out so I could go home. Zero customer service and the customer service employees were quick to transfer you to the main line so that you could start the entire process all over again. 100% would never recommend. They will never touch my vehicle again.

Had a very bad experience with someone specific Kris Griffen. He did a terrible job in communicating with the finance details in the contract. He was also very disrespectful and racist saying so now you speak English

Zachary Kitch here, great place to get a used vehicle. My 2017 Chevy Trax has had no issues, is extremely compact and comfortable, and also was a perfect recommendation from one of the dealers. My wife and I currently have 1 kid and this suv has been a real life saver. I appreciate the effort gone into thought and appearance with Kenny Kent Chevrolet.I only use their service department for my vehicle and they give great advice, recommendations and are extremely friendly. I really appreciate Brooke, she does an amazing job!

Roger was very nice....offered cokes and not pushy! I had an issue with the volume switches on my new (used) vehicle and they fixed it right away. I received a rental car during this time....took 4 days and I was able to keep it the entire day. Several people from Kenny Kent worked with me during this process and all were super nice!

Paid 2200.00 for preventive maintenance and got stranded half way home had the car towed back and cost another 1100.00 for additional repairs. The service department did not pay the tow nor reimburse me for the time and inconvenience their mechanics cost me from not taking care of things the first time. When I pay top dollar I expect exceptional service.

Based on my experience, past and present, with Kenny Kent Chevrolet and GM, I will NEVER purchase a Chevy or GM product again. My bad experience started at the closing table and got worse. When they couldn t solve my problems, I chose other mechanics who were more informative and helpful. It turns out my complaints were legitimate because there ended up being a class action suit which GM lost. I never received any notices, even when told I would, causing my problems to go longer than they will now cover. They always have an excuse. The car was unsafe to drive most of the time owning it. I ve run off the road with it because of its issues, had it die in the middle of intersections and on highways at midnight, having to add oil every few days to keep it running. Finally, that no longer worked. The car shook and barely moved to where I had to park it, still owing two years of payments yet. I only got to drive it four years before I was told it needed a new motor. Even replacing it was risky because of all the problems they were having with this model. Owing on this one, plus the thousands of dollars put in repairs, did not allow me the ability to purchase something else. Thankfully, my brother let me borrow his car, which I m still using after two years. If it weren t for him, I would have no car at all. After contacting GM multiple times (they never contacted me), they agreed to pay for the tow to Kenny Kent for a diagnostics but never told me I would have to pay for the diagnostics or the tow back. I offered paperwork showing all the repairs and an estimate for a new motor that was required, but they weren t interested. I had a lemon law attorney working on it at one point. GM didn t even communicate with the dealer that it was coming in and what needed to be done. The dealer eventually tried to look up the case numbers given to me by GM and found nothing. When Kenny Kent told me, once again, there s nothing they could do, I became extremely upset. In tears, I tried to explain my experience with this car with them and was told to dry my tears and grow up, that if I didn t calm down they would call the police and have me removed, was told my car needed to be off their premises or they would have it impounded. They did not care, once again, to help me solve my problem. I was told they expected loyalty in order to help me. Loyalty is built on trust and that was broken by them time and time again.

Delt with them for a lot of years. Most of the time I was satisfied, and when we traded our 2015 in for a new 2018 Tahoe. Now 4 months later and some things were working and now they are not . They can't say why.just not happy with them right now.

My family and I have been taking our Chevrolets to Kenny Kent Chevy for many years. And, after experiencing the level of professionalism among their service technicians, salespeople, and others associated with this dealership, you'll take your Chevrolets here, too. Everybody here is friendly, the salespeople are truly honest and won't pull any bait-and-switch or vulture-like tactics, and the people in the service department know their stuff. Their service pricing is downright fair, too. I wouldn't trust anybody else with my ZL1, and it's always an excellent experience at Kenny Kent.

The service department is really nice, and friendly. They do everything they can to help you out, and if your vehicle is in the shop for an extended time. They give you a loaner vehicle at no cost to you.

Found the vehicle we were looking for quickly but took hours to actually the paperwork started and I feel like they rushed the paperwork and didn't explain any of it to us. It wasn't until we were home that we notice the actual price with all the fees and add ons.

Bought our Colorado at Kenny Kent three years ago and they still call to make sure everything is still alright. All my service needs are taken care of also. Can't beat a Chevy Truck or Kenny Kent!

Had us set up to get a Cadillac cts, when we got there they had the car waiting and it turned out to be a Chevy Malibu.. Weird experience... not even close to the same car..

Went to have an ordered part installed. Waited 1 1/2 hrs. only to be told the part was still not there. Loaner car filthy, inside and out.
