Excellent experience, it felt like I was driving my vehicle off of the car lot. The repairs were done quickly, body work completed so well that you cannot tell it was ever damaged, paint looks perfect and I couldn't be happier. The staff were friendly and professional. The automated prompts were great for updates and communication. Very pleased.

With me working all kinds of hours they made it so easy for me to drop off and pickup my vehicle. They also kept me informed on the status of my repairs. They do excellent work and i would definitely use them again.

I was involved in a collision in March of 2022. A lady in a midsized SUV ran a red light and hit my 2022 Mirage on the passenger side. Geico recommended Jim Phillips Collision to get my car back to brand new needless to say they did not do that!! I had to take it back immediately due to issues with the paint job and I also told them about a noise that was coming from the front end and the steering wheel was not centered when going straight, they had the mechanic ride with me and when we returned I was told they would put it in with the insurance and someone would call me back in a few days after 10 months of no one ever calling back I called and spoke with Mel and she had me come in so she could see the rust spot that had began as well as document that the noise was still there. She told me she would call me back and never did! So 2 months later I call back and they get my car in to fix it. They have had it for 2 days now and I just received a call telling me that the insurance isn t going to cover the front end noise because they don t think it is from the accident!! They said it is a wheel bearing!! How is that not from the accident when the noise was not there until I got my car back from them??!!!I just picked my car back up from them fixing the rust spot and found out that since their mechanic didn t hear the noise last year they never even contacted the insurance! So now the insurance isn t going to cover it because they didn t know about it in the first place!! I am so upset!!I wish I would have taken my car the Dewigs Body Shop!!Service: Body & Trim

Terrible customer service. They bite off more than they can chew here. I had to be the one to reach out to them to get a status on my job and was left confused with what was going on. I almost ran out of my insurance allowance for my rental car with how long my small job took. I had a similar repair needed in the past. I will say it s a night and day difference of service from my experience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My vehicle has been with this business for almost a month now, and they have yet to complete my repairs. In fact, they just started my repairs a few days ago. The only time I have received an update is if I call and ask for one. I do not recommend this repair shop if you need your vehicle repaired quickly. Overall, the staff is friendly, however the service I not satisfactory

Very highly recommend to anyone who takes pride in their vehicle s appearance. I was shocked to see how well my car was fixed. In past accidents, the body always looked patched and not as good as the original but with Jim Phillips Collision the car looks as good as brand new! They kept me informed on progress and even though it took 2.5 weeks, the final result was a perfect job that was well worth the wait.

I am very particular about my vehicle and I am very happy with my auto body repair! Being involved in an auto accident is never pleasant, and dealing with the insurance companies are very frustrating, Jim Phillips Collision Center took over the auto repair hassles for me and even helped with getting my rental vehicle. They are a locally owned family business offering professionalism, quality work, in a very time efficient manner repairing your auto needs.The office is very professional, friendly, kind, and courteous. A small family business with great customer service. They will get your vehicle taken care of and keep you updated during the whole process. Jim and Melody are amazing people who will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with the job done. I doubt I ever use a different collision center I was so pleased with my experience.

The staff is very friendly and helpful when discussing repairs and timeline. Although my car was not completed by initial quoted date it was at no fault to the shop. It was a supply chain issue with parts. This is the best body shop in Evansville and as a small business they hold up well with other competitors. Will continue to use them for all my vehicle's body shop needs!

After my third repair over the last decade, I am as pleased as ever with Jims. Their staff is informative, friendly and knowledgeable. Getting your vehicle hit sucks, but the wonderful staff at Jims makes the repair process easy, quick and truly wonderful. Thank you guys again for another flawless repair!

I was in a wreck 2.5 weeks ago and I was needing some repairs done to my car. Me being me, I knew nothing about collision or repair shops. So, I googled a couple and picked the one with the highest rating. And, let me just say I m so happy I went with Jim Phillips. His staff were very knowledgeable Chelsea and Melody. And, they had my car painted (hood) and repaired within 5 days. If you re looking or need any work done to your vehicle, I highly recommend Jim Phillips! Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Absolutely unprofessional service. I went in for 2 repairs. One for my door and fender, and one for my back bumper. They said it would take a week for both to be repaired. Two weeks later I went to pick my car up to learn that they had completely forgot to do repairs on my bumper and that my windows would no longer work through the door controls. I would never recommend using this business for car repairs if you value your time and sanity. If I could give 0/5 stars I would, but sadly 1 star is the lowest I could go. I waited a week longer than stated for HALF of what I was promised.

I want to give 3 stars just because of the female workers here, but I can't. What was scheduled as a 5 day repair (7 with weekend) took 18 days in total. I was told by the female receptionists that the wrong parts were ordered so it would be another week. They took care of what I owed and everything and I was very appreciative. Week goes by and I get another delay until Wednesday and then another until Friday because he forgot to order a fog light. Just got it back today (Friday) and I was talking to a guy there i think its Jim idk. Extremely rude making excuses saying it wasn't their fault when I brought up the ordering wrong parts. Blamed it on everyone else but him. Would have given 3-4 stars if he took the blame and was a bigger person about it because the car turned out fine but the service from him was awful.Service: Body & Trim

Have had 2 company trucks in for repairs. Good friend and neighbor referred them. Totally happy with their service, work and friendly staff. I will be taking all my company and personal vehicles to Jim Phillips from now on. Brian and Tracy Schmitt

They are open to the public but will not accept private pay customers. Even with up front payment! Suppose the insurance company is easier to overcharge!
