We had a wonderful experience with Kyle and Jeff at Integrity. My husband and I were helping our daughter shop for her first car purchase. We had every intention of going several places to shop around. However, we instantly felt confident that Kyle and Jeff were the right people to help our daughter make the best decision within her budget. She absolutely loves her new car! We will be back for our future car needs!

Y all, Randy is the BEST! Integrity was honestly a dealership I hadn t heard of prior to our stop today (10/21/23). We needed a new vehicle that would be reliable and we had a tight budget. We LOVED the variety at Integrity! They literally had every vehicle on our list and we were able to test drive as many as we wanted; however after our first test drive we were sold. Randy was honest.. like I meal REALLY honest. He felt like a family friend we hang out with every thanksgiving. We had a specific style we wanted in an SUV and certain features we didn t want to budge on. Randy HEARD us. He truly was compassionate and understanding of where we were at. We didn t feel like another deal, we felt comfortable and welcomed. The owner was also incredibly kind!! Nobody was too busy for us and everyone was kind. 20/10 would recommend Integrity Motors Group To all my family and friends. They re kind, compassionate, competent and offer a very impressively vast selection of vehicles! Ask for Randy!

We came to integrity looking for a Kia telluride. Kyle hooked us up with a Palisade that we loved just as much! He was friendly and worked with us to get our payment where we wanted it. I would recommend Integrity to everyone.That was my first review. However, 3 days after buying this palisade we realized the air conditioner was not working. Called to get it fixed. Was told that the warranty didn t cover air conditioners and it would cost us minimum $500 to get this fixed. Had we had knowledge of this issue before we bought this vehicle, it would have 100% changed our mind. Just keep in mind that when you test drive these vehicles, they can put icing on a cupcake, but it will eventually melt off and you may not see the bigger issues until you ve already made the mistake! I do not recommend Integrity Motors Group to anyone as I think this was very unprofessional!I can t even give it 1 star now but it won t let me post without at least one

Bad follow-up and no trust. Recently purchased a vehicle from Integrity a few days ago. We test drive the vehicle we purchased, all good. I did notice some wear on the brakes from a visual inspection. They showed me the inspection report and had the mechanic check the brakes and stated they were fine. I put trust those comments and proceeded with the purchase with our salesman, Logan.After driving the vehicle home, I noticed a vibration in the brakes when braking after getting up to 45MPH. I called them to see if they could check it again, they stated it was sold as-is and I did not purchase the warranty. Basically, my problem. Was supposed to get a call back from the GM, nobody called back. I took in to get the brakes checked by someone else,, the brakes were toast. It needed a complete brake job, pads and rotors.There are other places in town that have much better customer service and understand how to build a level of trust with their customers, this is not one of them1. Don't trust their vehicle inspection report.2. After I had an issue after taking posession of the vehicle for 6 hours, they were not responsive or acknowledge my issue.I should have caught the issue in the test drive and take responsibility for that. However, they should not have told me several times the brakes were fine. Also, I should have at least got a call back. I'm sure they made a good profit off my deal. Feel like I have been scammed. Would not recommend.

We found a truck we liked online, and Ryan was able to communicate effectively and honestly. This was the easiest car buying experience! We brought in a truck for trade in and they gave a fair price. They even helped us out with recognizing we are military and don t have the sales tax! Great catch! Honest folks, extremely clean office space (toddler crawled on the floor), clean bathrooms, and THE CLEANEST DETAILED vehicles I have ever seen!! Would totally work with them again and recommend anyone to try them out! Thanks Ryan!!

I did not buy a truck from this guy Clark.If the right one was there I would !He has some VERY clean vehicles and he was not pushy, did not try to sell me something else other than what I wanted. And he did not walk in front of my car to stop me like other lots.Very cool showroom, clean and neat !! Thanks Clark !John (sales)

Logan Fraize took great care of me today at Integrity Motors Group. With some prior communication, he had the car waiting for me at the door. After a quick scan of my license and insurance we were out on our test drive. Logan worked with me to get the best value for my trade and a price I was happy to pay.James made quick work of my paperwork, and soon I was out the door. I've never had such a quick transaction at a car lot.Thanks to Integrity Motors and Logan Fraize for a wonderful and expedient experience.

If you are looking for honesty, reasonable, people that will truly try their hardest to get you in the right vehicle for the right price. I truly recommend Ryan. He was very helpful, straight forward and ready to help anyway he could to get me in a vehicle. Thank you all very much for the kindness and helpfulness that I have received today. Logan really worked with us to get us in a terrific vehicle that we can afford with a 2 year warranty. We even got a trade in amount that we didn't expect! No pressure and everyone was so friendly. The office and vehicles are clean, the restrooms are spotless. All the little things that matter. Integrity Motors gets the job done!! Thanks Logan!
