This was my daughter s first buying experience. Adam was absolutely amazing. He made her experience run very smoothly. We love Adam!!! Also, I feel like they did not try to pressure her into anything. They were very fair in pricing also. We highly recommend this dealership & Adam.

My experience with Evansville Hyundai was pleasant. Was treated with respect. There was a friendly family type atmosphere. Justin Vinson was my Saleman,who was a part of going above and beyond to put me in a great car. Very knowledgeable about the product and took the time to answer all my questions, and address all of my concerns. Hyundai is the ticket!

The Salesperson was not your typical car salesman. Justin was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. He rode with us on the test drive and explained all the features and answered all of my questions. He also made sure we got all the rebates and financing that was available. The purchasing process was easy. This is the second vehicle we bought from this dealer in the last month and would buy again.

Justin Vinson was our sales person. We drove on the lot and he came straight to us and helped us in every way we needed. He was very professional, very upbeat, and likable gentleman. He was very patient in showing us all the electronics on the palisade. One of the nicest sales person we ve had. You should add seven stars to his review, so hopefully you reward him in someway. As a customer I believe he deserves a reward or a bonus. If you ever happen to go to Hyundai of Evansville, I would highly recommend you asking for Justin Vinson!

I started my contact on-line, they were very nice and helpful. By the time I was ready to proceed with a test drive and final details they were very efficient, nice, and best of all I felt no high pressure anything from them. Went for my first oil change and was treated like a queen. Check in is so easy. You hand them your keys and they take you to the lounge. Where they offer you free cold bottle water, coffee, snacks, TV to watch, along with comfort seats. The rest room is also right there no having to look for it. And if your mobile device needs charging they also have you covered with every plug in and charging cables available. Oil change took about 45 minutes. When your vehicle is ready they call you by name and walk you to the service center and you sign your paperwork. When you are finished you get walked to your car and they even open and close your door for you. Inside you will find they give you a fresh bottle water to take with you. And it doesn't stop there! They also vacuum your carpet and wiped down your dash. It's the little things that make getting your oil changed something to look forward to doing. Thank You for making every person feel like a King or Queen. All the little things you do for customers is appreciated.

We scheduled an appointment to drive a few vehicles . Adam met us and asked some questions and really listened to us and our likes and dislikes. With his knowledge of the Brand and models, and by tuning into our needs and dislikes he helped us to find the perfect vehicle for us. We never felt rushed and actually left after closing with our Brand New Sante Fe and the confidence that Evansville Hyundai will be there for us beyond the day of sales.

If you're thinking about a vehicle purchase, go see Darby! She listened and was informative with no pressure. Encouraged me to shop around and was confident I'd be back. She was right! Excellent service. Very generous and respectful. I had 5 recalls on my vehicle and they were able to assist and service all needed. I highly recommend Hyundai of Evansville. When I only thought I had one recall, they informed me that my vehicle had additional recalls and scheduled us in with a weeks period. The service worker who assist me through the process was well mannered, polite, respectful and generous as well as the other service workers. A very welcoming place of Service and Business.

Highly recommend Hyundai of Evansville. My husband and I have purchased many cars from many different dealerships and every one of them could learn from Hyundai of Evansville. From the very start of this process, everyone was on their game. Darby Borden was the complete superstar. She went above and beyond to help us out. She is very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. The finance department wasted no time on getting us in and out the door in our new car. Kenny Mr.get em done helped me find exactly the vehicle I wanted and even better than I imagined!! He was extremely fun to do business with and made the whole experience really enjoyable. This was by far the easiest and best experience buying a car! First when I called I didn t have to wait on hold. I spoke to Mr. Get it done aka Kenneth Parish. He really did a great job keeping the focus on what I wanted instead of what they had and he was able to literally get it done where other car lots ranging from southern Kentucky to Indianapolis had all said they couldn t help. The process was simple and everything was ready when I arrived so my time on the lot was more efficient then going through a fast food drive in. Everyone was completely professional and they didn t attempt to charge over msrp like many other lots.. highly recommend

I had an 8 am appt. I was promptly met at 8 and my vehicle was taken in right away. Serviced, vacuumed, tires rotated, and a nice cold bottle of water in my cup holder. My service advisor was nothing short of awesome! I highly recommend Hyundai of Evansville to buy a vehicle and the service department is top notch!

I would like thank Jamison for his excellent services. I live in Illinois and I could not seem to get any assistance with purchasing a new Vehicle of my choice. Ever since the Santa Cruz trucks hit the market that was going to be my dream truck, in the color white with lots of the bells and whistles. Jamison made it possible. I went in today after seeing an advertisement that the dealership would pay off any existing loan even if you were upside down on the vehicle. I was ecstatic due to the amount of miles I drive daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly, my car has lost value significantly. I am "upside down" now due to the amount of miles. With my hopes high, I went in and found the perfect vehicle for my family. After the numbers were run, it was apparent that the advertisement was a pure scam to get people in the door.

The price was transparent, they honored all the discounts as advertised. The paper work process was streamlined and painless. And in no time I ended up with a great car for a very good price. The service was excellent. They had me in and out in no time at all. The young lady that took my information was extremely helpful, polite and respectful. I had a dizzy spell upon arriving and she made sure that I safely made it to the break room and for that I'm extremely grateful. She even checked in to see if I was feeling better. I'm grateful for this car dealership and the staff on hand.

I was told by my sales representative in the dealership my 2 options. When I called back to pursue one option, I was then told something has changed and it'd be this. I understand my sales representative was with a customer but to just blatantly lie to get me off the phone, or to not bring this up the the day prior is honestly wild to me. I want everything up front you don't need to lie to me. Just be honest. From every experience I've had here thinking it'd change, it never does. Happy that some people have had good experiences here cause it's sad to see dealerships acting like that. You want repeat customers and word of mouth to grow business.
